Sorry but I actually don't agree with this sentiment..
First of all I actually support KKS' strategy of keeping them busy with work despite the scandal. You got to understand that T-ara members actually love to perform and be active. Being a entertainers is their profession and long time dream. Keeping them in self imposed exile in their own houses doing nothing will only be harder on their mental states. Most of them are in their 20s & not having a work related thing to do everyday is hell for people in working age who have drive & ambition.
Personally I think what killed them in the past is not because they had continued comebacks every several months, but because in each comebacks they had too much schedules per day (dramas, variety shows, live TV performances + rehearsals, and non-TV live events). Back then a news site compared that while even top groups like 2PM & SNSD had 2-3 or 6 at tops events per day, T-ara could have 12-13 events! That superhuman scheduling will kill you no matter how much you love your job. However, just preparing & promoting songs with Eunjeung doing the occasional MC work is actually easy-peasy compared to what they used to do.
Second, the work actually shielded & sometimes energizes them after all the beating they get. When they made the Sexy Love MV, they were shielded from the impact of the height of the scandal. When Sexy Love came out, it showed them that people actually still chanted for them & bought their songs. If you followed the Mainichi T-ara, you can see that the Bunny Style promotions which should've been a grueling multi-city tour was actually enjoyed by the girls like a refreshing vacation, with just a few a couple of hours of work on the side. And the trip to LA? You can see how excited they were with it & how amazing they performed at Music Core during the same day they arrived back in Korea, jet lag and all.
Third, their careers? If T-ara stopped performing for a year they will become just another group that was broken by a scandal & I bet CCM will shelved them or even break the group apart. And now look what happened to their careers after the scandal with T-ara toughing it out & facing the haters head on:
Sexy Love got top 5 in both GAON & Oricon. It placed #46 of Billboard Korea's 2012 Top 100 Song of the Year despite only being released on September AFTER the scandal (just a comparison: Miss A's I don't Need a Man was #49). Bunny Style: Members were given a chance to sing solo and in groups (This is a BIG jump for their careers especially for Ahreum, Boram & Qri). It got #2 on Oricon, would've been #1 if it just didn't came out at the same time with the debut of AKB48's sister group HKT48. Eunjeung got back in TV as MC for Show Champion. From Vitamain to Dream Team to Gag Concert etc.. the girls are once again in mainstream TV outside of Mnet. N4 released a song so AWESOME it was heard round the world to the US! QBS is preparing for their debut with Boram & Qri FINALLY getting more of a push in the group. Yes 4Minute sold more songs than N4 but hey it still got into top 20 & Jeon Won Diary was more of a statement & rally call for their fans than just for "making money" (even CCM realized this & only made 40,000 copies of the physical CDs). Seriously without the scandal T-ara will always be the group that we love but they will always be considered Tier 2 after SNSD and 2NE1 for various reasons.. after the scandal for me T-ara became the group who are, borrowing from Popdust, actually "flipping the K-Pop script on its head." This is a historic milestone! In the past a group had to stop activities after a scandal no matter how much their ACTUAL fans still wanted them to continue on...
Keeping busy just after a scandal, selling top 20 songs, going on with different sub-units, performing in various countries, working with another "scandalized" artist in the US may seem unnatural for the average Korean band... but this is T-ara, and that is why I respect & love them even more.. and hope for more activities this year (just don't stack it all up in a single time period like in the past, CCM)

I absolutely can't wait for T-ara N4's big US debut and I know that everyone will love the girls. And as for the new choreography and fashion for their song, I will love it even if they show some skin and do suggestive dancing. I don't have any worries or concerns at all. I just remain optimistic about their upcoming performance and I know that they're going to have a whole lotta fun in the US starting this coming Memorial Day weekend as they do their American activities. I'm definitely ready for T-ara N4 to come to the US

I already know and understand that in everything there is a chance for things to go wrong, but that doesn't mean it should be something to aspire towards all the time. Reality encompasses a great many aspects in life, definitely including the vast, infinite positives. Please allow me to present some measures that can, or at least try to, ease such burdensome concerns, . . .
    1. Language - They are currently improving on it. Sure, we know how much they've tried before in the past, but still yet, that was back then, and they are taking some time to improve their current language skills right now. And yes, it all depends on how well they acquire and learn from the new lessons, and their abilities to use it well. Plus, they have Dani. Sure, she hasn't officially debuted, but she is an employee of Core Contents Media, and that at least still helps the rest of the members for having her right there. We're very thankful for Dani for making this even possible, and I hope, and others as well, that they will improve their English to communicate and understand well with their fans here, in the U.S.
    2. Chris Brown and Other Artists - Here, in the U.S., it is sometimes possible for artists to correct and redeem himself/herself by first apologizing and taking responsibility for the actions that were taken, as well as learning from them. And then do many tasks that has positive results and feedback. Chris Brown apologized, then pleaded guilty in a court of law. He didn't try to hide his mistakes. He didn't deny the wrongs he committed. He became a better man by accepting his very own actions and accepted the consequences given by the judge. It is true, he will be attending another court hearing about whether or not he successfully completed his community service portion of his sentencing, but that shouldn't negate the better side of himself for doing what he can to redeem himself. With such noted goodness on his part, his comeback yielded enough good responses from all over the world. Sure, not number 1 all around great, but good enough to at least give him a chance to keep a career he enjoys doing in his life. Yes, we all know about him getting officially dumped by Rihanna again for cheating on her with another woman, but still, at least they broke up understanding one another, and moving on without having to resort to any violence, which is a testament to his court ordered completion on domestic violence courses. And let's be clear though, Chris Brown is not one of my favorite artists, but I do respect the man, and hope he is able to improve himself in his life. He makes some good music, that should be enough to move on for better things ahead for everybody. Same goes for Snoop Lion.
    3. Previous K-Pop Artists in the U.S. - Since the early 2000s, K-Pop artists struggled very, very hard to get into the U.S., until ground was broken in 2008 with BoA releasing a full length English Album and collaborating with U.S. artists. None of the previous artists couldn't do that before. Thus, making her a success, even though the outcome did not meet goals and expectations from the higher ups. She didn't give up on her fans here in the U.S., that's for sure. Wonder Girls had a cross country tour with a popular U.S. boy group. They most definitely did not give up on their fans either, and came back with more music, and even got to be in an episode length movie, that was aired in the U.S. Again, none other K-Pop artists accomplished that much in the U.S. Girls' Generation got on popular U.S. talk shows, like oh my goodness, nobody didn't expect that to happen. Yet again, none of the previous artists achieved this much. 2NE1 won an MTV international competition. That alone speaks volumes of success. Even though the expectations were running quite high, that doesn't mean it's a failure, not by a long shot. Currently, we're trying to guess what T-ara's outcome will be without having T-ara performing yet. Doesn't that sound weird? Sure, success can be a gradual means, by building and building the fan base. There's nothing wrong with that. It is best to wait and see, and at the most, support and stay positive, and maybe even help out a bit so they can be more successful. Just like the staff members here on Diadem. ( Much love Diadem! )
    4. QBS - I like Qri, Boram, and Soyeon too. Their talented and wonderful members of the group as well. Yes, they will be debuting their sub-unit in Japan, but that doesn't mean they can't join the rest of the members in the U.S. afterward. Let's see how well they do in Japan. And don't forget, T-ara as a whole group will be making a comeback together later on too. Who knows if T-ara will include U.S. promotions as well and include more collaborations from other artists for that album. Schedules could change in the future too, after all they had to rearrange their previous schedule to accommodate Chris Brown's invitation. So there shouldn't be that much worries. It's a work in progress.
Best to be patient now, and then see their teasers and full releases later on, so we can be more accurate in our own expressions.
