[14.05.16] Jiyeon spotted grabbing a meal at Burger King with her friends
On the night of the 15th, Jiyeon was spotted enjoying a quick meal at a Burger King location with three of her friends! And on the morning of the 16th, images were published via an online community with pictures of Jiyeon at that Burger King and where she is seen with her friends, looking at posters of herself upon the wall.
Jiyeon’s posters are displayed upon the wall because last month T-ara’s agency entered into a deal with the fast food restaurant chain Burger King in addition to the major coffee shop chain TOMNTOMS to display pictures of Jiyeon’s fast approaching solo debut in various locations across Korea.
Being displayed all across Burger King and TOMNTOMS is a great opportunity for Jiyeon since both of those places are incredibly popular, with tons of locations, and are so often visited by a large variety of different people.
And what other female solo artist has the honor of saying she is in hundreds of Burger King’s across Korea? I think it’s just Jiyeon – now known as the Queen of Burger King!

[14.05.14] Info - Gossip Girls debuts at #3 on Oricon Daily album sales chart!
T-ara’s third Japanese album has debuted at #3 on the Oricon daily album sales chart behind Jun.K’s LOVE & HATE and the Frozen soundtrack respectively! Gossip Girls debuted on Oricon (Japanese equivalent of America’s Billboard and Korea’s Gaon) with 6,554 copies sold in the first day.
Compared to T-ara’s previous Japanese albums, Jewelry Box sold 23,796 copies in the first day while Treasure Box managed to sell 10,056 copies in the first day. Although it is a decline, selling over 6,500 copies in the first day with virtually no promotions is still an accomplishment for any group and helps hold still T-ara’s position as the #3 girl group in Japan right now.
If you compare T-ara’s most recent album sales (Gossip Girls) with their best selling album’s first day sales (Jewelry Box), the change in sales is sadly a 72% decrease. While if you look at KARA, who are largely considered the most popular K-pop group in Japan, and their sales, they also have the exactly same decrease in sales — 72%! Their most recent album (Fantastic Girls) sold 20,081 copies in the first day compared with their best selling album (Super Girl) selling 73,076 copies on the first day.
The same exact decrease in sales for both of the groups is just proof of the Hallyu Wave’s diminishing popularity overseas in Japan. Despite that, the sales for T-ara’s recent album is good for any group for one day in the Japanese market – and who knows what the rest of the week and the final weekly sales will be?!

For me, it's "Lucky Wannabeee!" and "Knockin' on my Heart" but I genuinely enjoy all the songs! Lucky Wannabeeeeeeeee is soo fun and happy
I like the tempo of "Keep On Walking" and "Just Now" is really trendy with the American/EDM sound but it's also fun and happy to listen to. I'll wait to listen it to more in the summer for now haha

[14.05.10] Info - T-ara announce four fan-meets in Japan
T-ara will be holding four different fan-meets across Japan in honor of the release of their third Japanese album Gossip Girls!
T-ara announced back in April that they would be holding some Japanese fan-meets, but more information has been released today. The fan-meets are called “T-ARA’s Summer School－Let’s Sing・Dance・Sing !” and T-ara will meet their fans through three different parts to the events: a mini live, a talk session, and a high-touch event. The first two dates are in Osaka and then three days later they will head over to Tokyo.
- July 9th – 18:30 JST – ZEPP Namba in Osaka
- July 10th – 18:30 JST – ZEPP Namba in Osaka
- July 13th – 14:30 JST – MAIHAMA Amphitheater in Tokyo
- July 13th - 18:30 JST – MAIHAMA Amphitheater in TokyoBoth theaters hold about 2,000 people.
The tickets for the fan-meet are currently on pre-sale and officially go on sale on May 12th. They’re kind of spend-y being priced at 8,640 yen/about $85 USD, but nonetheless, the fan-meet will include three different sections of events/activities.

[14.05.09] Jiyeon’s sexy solo mini-album “Never Ever” gets a new release date: May 20th!
Jiyeon’s solo debut mini album finally has a new release date! After the whole music industry, including Jiyeon’s solo single mini album, faced an inevitable postponement due to the Sewol ferry tragedy, comebacks have finally began this week.
Core Contents Media revealed today that Jiyeon’s mini album will be released on May 20th. They also reiterated that the new side of Jiyeon will be completely different side the public has never seen from Jiyeon before. The music and performance will be incredibly captivating and sexy.
In addition to announcing the new release date, Core Contents Media also released a new teaser image showing off Jiyeon’s great body.
Previously, we had seen Jiyeon's spoiler BTS video and were waiting to see a music video teaser. Luckily, Core Contents Media revealed that on the 13th we will get another teaser video for Jiyeon!

[14.05.04] Info - T-ara interviewed by Choa Nikkan Sports magazine about their new album Gossip Girls
T-ara will release their third Japanese album Gossip Girls on May 14 and ahead of the release, Choa Nikkan Sports had the chance to interview them when they were in Japan for one of their album promotion activities at the end of March. Although there are only six of them, they are confident of their new album which has a lot of original Japanese songs. The conducted interview lets them speak on the new album and their recent personal lives.
Q: It is the 3rd album already. How is it different from the previous works?
Hyomin: T-ara’s past works were mainly based on the concept of cuteness. This time it is based on the image of a mature and elegant lady. The recorded songs range from American Pop to House Music.. We tried a variety of genres.
Soyeon: The CD Jacket was based on the concept of an American celebrity being photographed by paparazzi. We also used the concept of student uniforms. The feeling of photographing this concept was fresh and we hope our fans will be happy seeing it.
Q: What were your thoughts when the theme was decided to be Gossip Girls?
Boram: It feels a bit exciting doesn’t it? Because it was something that we had never done before, we were very happy during the photo-shoot.
Q: Any songs in particular that you like the most?
Soyeon: My favorite is Lead the Way.’ There is depth in the melody. Among T-ara’s Japanese songs, there aren’t many medium tempo songs. I like the melody of this song very much.
Hyomin: I like ‘Lead the Way’ as well. I think it is a song that shows the charms of a lady. In the past, our songs had been dance-centric. In this song, we spent a lot of efforts focusing on our singing. We hope everyone will listen to it. I think I will want to listen to it when I am at home too.
Boram: I like ‘Just Now’ for it’s edginess. When you are not in a good mood, listening to it helps to lift your spirits.
Eunjung: I like ‘La’BooN’. It is a song that raises the emotions when you listen to it. Your mood will be especially good when you listen to it during exercising and driving.
Qri: I like ‘La’BooN’ too.
Jiyeon: ‘Keep On Walking’ fits my preference.
Q: When talking about Gossip Girls, T-ara too had experienced some events in the past that had stirred up commotions. Which events made you feel like you had overcame the difficulties to become a better group?
Eunjung: We experienced changes in some areas. It felt like growing up. The most fun part is that when we see the back-view of a member now, we can know her mood for the day. We also know when a member’s condition is good or bad. Because we overcame the difficulties together, even if we don’t speak it out now, all of us can understand it. I think of it this way.
Qri: When I suddenly feel lonely, the people that I hope to be at my side are the T-ara members. We meet a lot privately to watch movies and go for massages.
Q: On the flip-side, are there days when you don’t feel like seeing each other?
Eunjung: At that time, we will say it out directly and everyone will say “got it.” (laughs)
Q: Recently, any updates on individual or anything that caught your interests?
Jiyeon: Hyomin and I are preparing for our solo activities in Korea. I am working hard for it and everyone will be able to see my individual style during the solo. Although the stress is more than the fun.
Eunjung: We have high hopes for you. (laughs)
Soyeon: We have been receiving quite a few fashion store invitations. I am very happy that we can try out different images/concepts.
Eunjung: I bought a bracelet made of natural stones. It is said to be a Power Stone and it is made up of stones with different colours. I liked it a lot.
Hyomin: I am preparing for my solo and working hard in practicing my dance and learning. In my spare time, I cook to relax. Recently, I made a pizza.
All: We want to eat it too. Make it for us the next time.
Qri: I watch 3 movies a day and I am hooked on thriller films.
Boram: I performed in a musical in February and there were quite a few Japanese fans that came to watch as well. It was a good memory and I hope there will be opportunities again to perform in a musical.
Q: Any last messages?
Soyeon: Thank you to everyone for always supporting us. We hope everyone will listen to our album. During the times that we can’t meet, we are missing our Japanese fans too.
Eunjung: Our group activities in Korea are going to begin too. Please look forward to it.

It hurts, so it is youth.
The camera is only natural to Hyomin. After T-ara’s debut in 2009, a camera that captures her every move has always been around her. At the same time as an actress, to Hyomin the camera is a paintbrush that paints another self to her. She was the subject to all of those enormous cameras. In order to capture Hyomin’s face, the camera got so close that her face almost bumped into photographer Cho Seihon‘s face. What she was asked of was no other than a delicate sentiment. Like when a movie director goes for an extreme close up in order to fill the whole screen with extreme sentiments. Even up so close, through a flush of rage from her girly and lively face, she pulled out the emotions of holding in bitter tears in front of the camera that backed away like a slightly sullen lover. The thought occurred that it’s Hyomin who can make all kinds of facial expressions from the bright expression of the vampire girl in Director Tomas Alfredso’s “Let The Right One In”, Lina Leandersson, when she said “Can I come back?” to her angry expression from when she got rejected. Just like that, Hyomin was a woman with various facial expressions.
Interviewer: You already entered Sungkyunkwan University Department of Performance Arts before you debuted as a singer. So it seems that you already had a dream of becoming an entertainer before a singer.
Hyomin: Actually, my dream was a theater and musical actress. And so, I participated in the drama club activities when I was a high school student and even learned acting in an acting academy and a small theater company before the entrance exam.
It seems that you were a girl who had charms to her acting.
Hyomin: When I was young I was an extremely passive person. Since I was a kid, we had so many art supplies at our home given that my parents majored in arts. As I was thinking whether I, too, should do arts, I saw the Anyang Art High School uniforms by coincidence. I think I thought that I got to wear those pretty uniforms. That was probably during my second year of middle school.
You weren’t originally from Anyang Art High School, were you?
Hyomin: That’s right. As soon as I applied there my (grades) dropped. So I got so spiteful. To the point that I bought books about acting. Back then, I probably felt that I should go to a university that’s better than the ones my High School friends are going to. I did better than normal at the SAT, so I was able to attend to the university I’m attending now.
You gained recognition as you first debuted in a girl group, then you finally started your acting career, that was your dream, with the horror movie “Ghastly”. The moment you were confirmed in the casting is a moment you cannot forget in your lifetime.
Hyomin: Actually, because this opportunity has been my dream since I was a student. I was so happy at the thought that I was slowly approaching my goal. My parents too were so happy, they prepared lots of delicious food that day.
However, the reaction to your movie debut was considerably cold.
Hyomin: Each of Eunjung unnie and Jiyeon filmed a horror movie at the same time. Both of their movies went well. However for “Ghastly”, the judgements on it being ‘Rated 19’ overlapped and it did poor. But on my stance, this work was just my first step. of course, it would’ve been great if it started off well but it couldn’t. However, rather than being disappointed, I was more excited about finally having acted in a movie.
After that you were casted as the lead in Japanese movie “Jinx!!!”, it even had a Korean premiere. But it indeed did poor on box-office.
Hyomin: Truthfully, the fact that this work was premiered in Korea, alone, made me satisfied.
What kind of role do you definitely want to try in the future?
Hyomin: The role that I really want to try is a character that you can never predict. Seeing the girl Moon Sori sunbae-nim played in Director Lee Changdong’s “Oasis”, I thought that I really want to do such a character with lots of stories behind it. I’m not still that young. But I want to have as much experiences as possible. I also want to try a play and a musical.
Although your singing career is also important, it seems that artist Hyomin has more interests in acting. In this area, do you have any sunbae that you set as your role model?
Hyomin: Thinking of an actress who’s really good at acting, there is one that I would definitely watch any new work of hers. It’s Jeon Doyeon Sunbae-nim. I think that the aura that she gives off, by itself, is very cool. Also, Kim Minhee unnie is one of the actresses that I want to be like.
Today, the camera got too close that it almost touched your nose. It was a little bit awkward.
Hyomin: This is the first time I get this much close to the still camera. I inwardly thought that it would be similar. But since it’s the same camera anyway. Also, because the feelings I was portraying are similar as well. I have a close relationship with writer Cho Seihon. So I think I was able to be in touch with my emotions without any burden.
What kind of relationship is it?
Hyomin: He’s, in fact, my photography teacher. We got to know each other through T-ara’s album jacket shooting. After that, I started to help him like an assistant at photo-shooting of other artists in the same company, and slowly learned photography from him.
Is photography a hobby of yours?
Hyomin: I still can’t call it a regular job. As I am intending to learn it again, I don’t have the time to do so.
Do you have lots of cameras?
Hyomin: A lot. I also like collecting them. I have from toy cameras to DSLR Nikon to D800 to even vintage ones from about the 20s. I even have the lens that teacher Cho needs. Actually, although I like playing with camera angles, I like taking pictures of other people so much on the contrary.
Have you also tried film cameras? We are curious if you felt of their difference from digital photos.
Hyomin: Of course. I have various film cameras that I use including toy cameras. The happy thing about the work that you shoot with the film is probably the ‘anticipation’ and ‘curiosity’. I really like the period of anticipation spent wondering what was it that I filmed, and how did I film that.
As we are shooting today, your face by itself is so beautiful.
Hyomin: Rather than beauty, it seems to be the great variety of faces due to the change of the angel and facial expression. Looking at my photos, there are times when I get surprised at my facial expressions. There are also times when I look strange. haha. So I think it’s just the charm of the photographs themselves.
On the coming May, you’re debuting as solo singer Hyomin not T-ara Hyomin. This is a very great deal to an artist.
Hyomin: I am not feeling this yet. I think I have to go up on stage for the first time first so that I will be able to feel it. Although it’s my first work under my name, I’m not feeling greedy about this. If I say this it will be considered a lie. Rather than wishing to do better than T-ara, I want to show people that “that kid is a T-ara member but she can show such stage by herself” and “so that friend is a friend who had lots of charms”.
T-ara is a girl group who climbed to the top on the same time they debuted. However, nowadays, even when you release new music you still are not being able to get back to old days’ glory. It must be so upsetting.
Hyomin: All of the members feel the same. Because we can’t blame the the outcome that has already been on anyone. It’s our fault. By this we are admitting to our mistake. Just as much, we are going to oblige ourselves to try even harder. Honestly, we did get upset. Because we worry what to do if our efforts all go down the drain.
Being called an idol, acting-dol, concept-dol, etc. This is definitely because you’re an idol group member. You might have perhaps wanted to gradually get rid of this idol title.
Hyomin: Before being called as such, I had a choice I’ve decided myself. That would be a girl group named T-ara. So I didn’t necessarily feel the need to get rid of that. Although I do hope to be called an actress rather than an acting-dol, right now T-ara is far more important to me. Right now is a very important point of time for us as group members.
We are curious of whether your music is all your choice.
Hyomin: The only genre that we haven’t yet tried is obvious. It’s our own preference of music that is very different than T-ara music. Jiyeon is debuting as a solo on 30th of April first, it’ll be quite refreshing to listen to her and my music.
You are clearly taking the route of a singer, but as time passes it feels as if you’re focusing more on acting.
Hyomin: I have so much interests in acting so that could happen. That’s why I try not to choose the short way. While standing on stage is a very valuable experience for me, doing movies is also an experience I can not throw away even when my movies did poor on box-office. I want to try my best and properly show everyone when I mature. Of course, there are also still lots of things I want to do as a T-ara member.

He recently gained lots of attention over in Korea after the release of his song "Show Me Your BBA SAE" late last year. I personally think this will be the start of idols jumping on the bandwagon to get him to mix their songs, as Orange Caramel already had a song mixed by him on their latest album. And as you know, T-ara are the trendsetters!

[14.04.24] Female solo singer A disposes new music video’s controversial clips.. Is “solo singer A” Jiyeon?
According to a blind item post on Instiz, a female solo singer called “A” has discarded parts of new music video ahead of her comeback.
The article reveals that the music video featured controversial clips of the singer with rushing water and in a water-filled box. The music video shoot took place on the 16th before the ferry accident came to light, but considering the current atmosphere, it would only be right to not disclose the controversial content of the video.
The music video description fits Jiyeon pretty well, as we saw a soaking wet Jiyeon dancing in the rain in her previously released BTS spoiler video.
The agency of the singer said, “A lot of money and hard work went into the shoot, but considering the current situation, we gathered opinions on if we should dispose of the content. It was only natural to. We do not want to cause any sort of inconvenience at all to the families of the incident so we have decided we will not show those parts.”
The singer was scheduled to comeback at the end of April and the beginning of May, but it’s been delayed. The agency said, “We do not know for sure the timing of the comeback since broadcasters are not sure either. We will carefully watch the situation and rearrange the schedule.”
It was revealed that the planners of the comeback are incredibly worried now. Performing on music shows and getting on the rankings is a priority, but it looks like music shows won’t be back until around the second week in May for sure. Even with that, it’s difficult to guarantee a good spot. The comeback for “A” was supposed to be in April because the solo singer had already had a comeback with her group prepared afterwards. The already narrow-gap for her comeback has disappeared.
Jiyeon’s solo debut was going to be at the end of April through mid-May, since T-ara is also preparing a group comeback in Japan with their third Japanese album Gossip Girls on May 15th. Of course, with T-ara’s jam-packed schedules, Jiyeon had a very minimal amount of time fit for a solo debut.
Despite that, the agency of “A” has said they are flexible though. They said, “We will look at the what’s the best. It’s more likely that the album will just have come out around July during the World Cup.”

Great news for Eunjung fans today! After three years, we will finally be able to see our Baekgu going back into acting through the new film "The Boss Begins" (director Park Seunghyun)!
On the 15th, an official for the movie revealed to Asiae, "T-ara's Eunjung has joined the production of 'The Boss Begins' alongside Lee Jangwoo and Son Hojoon."
"The Boss Begins" follows the trilogy of the 2001 film "My Boss, My Hero", 2005's "My Boss, My Teacher" and 2007's "The Mafia, The Salesman". Park Seonghyun, the director of the movie "Three Kims", will be the director of "The Boss Begins".

T-ara's agency Core Contents Media has made final plans for Jiyeon's solo debut in April!
On the 28th, Core Contents Media said that Jiyeon will release a solo song produced by Double Sidekick on April 30th.
T-ara's main choreographer Bae Yoonjung of YAMA&HOTCHICKS, as well as the choreographer of Girl's Day's "Something" and KARA's "Mister" will work on the choreography for Jiyeon's debut.
Jiyeon will also establish a new image by working with the stylist Im Soojung who often works with Davichi and Teen Top.

Girl group T-ara (Qri, Boram, Eunjung, Soyeon, Hyomin, Jiyeon) will have members pursue a solo career for the first time since their debut five years ago.
According to officials on the 10th, Hyomin and Jiyeon and preparing to release solo singles in April. They are considering promoting simultaneously, but also considering having Jiyeon promote in early April and Hyomin promote in early May. Through T-ara’s Gossip Girls album, we were able to see a brand new side of T-ara. Our six members hold two years and eight months in their hands since their debut in Japan.
For a release event, T-ara headed over to Japan. With sparkling smiles, the six members gave a positive interview for Sanspo in relation to the new album. In particular, Jiyeon showed a lovely side of hers by taking off her high heels during the photoshoot and standing barefoot on the floor in order to eliminate the height difference between the members.
Q: T-ara will release the long awaited third album Gossip Girls on May 14th, after about 2 years and 8 months since the debut in Japan.
Qri: It is almost 3 years since our debut in Japan, frankly speaking I couldn’t believe in it at first. At the same time I’m so glad and I really want to meet the Japanese fans
Soyeon: This time Gossip Girls will be different from the two previous albums. Apart from the songs from the singles (Lead the way, La’BooN, Number Nine, etc.), it will contain many new original Japanese songs. It will also contain Japanese version of “Do You Know Me?” which is the latest Korean hit song. We portrayed melodies of house, Latin and American pop in the songs. You will see different side of T-ara!
Q: The title Gossip Girls is a bit surprising, what is the album’s concept about?
Eunjung: (laughs) This is the image of American celebrities. We did the photoshoot for the CD jacket in an atmosphere of being constant objectives for paparazzi and then we take off our uniform jackets and having a party in a limousine. For the first time the story defined the concept of the photoshoot, so look forward to it.
Hyomin: The uniform was inspired by the US TV-series Gossip Girls and it was a bit fancy to wear. Yet still remembering student days and looking younger and happy because of the uniform brings up a fresh mood
Q: How was the recording?
Jiyeon: As Soyeon unnie has said earlier, this time we introduced new genres into the songs of the album, and the new tempo was a bit difficult (laughs). We’ve been recording one song a day over a period of one week
Q: T-ara took a challenge for a trip to Hawaii On Fuji TV’s Sakigake! Music Ranking Eight which was recorded for the Limited Edition ver.A album
Boram: The members were competing with each other in different games for a trip to Hawaii! Because we wanted to go to Hawaii we tried very hard to win and it was fun!
Q: Who got the trip to Hawaii in the end?
Boram: (laughs) Please look forward for the DVD
Q: Well then, recommend us songs and tell us about your favorite songs from the album!
Boram: I’d recommend the main song Just Now. This song has an American pop theme and it is very bright and positive
Qri: I like the song from the single called Lead the way. I really liked it during the recording. I’ve listened to it about 100 times. And I often listen to it nowadays
Hyomin: I like Lead the way too. Until now, dances of most of our songs had a briskly feel but this song is a medium tempo ballad and it was a new challenge for us
Jiyeon: (In Japanese) I’d recommend Keep On Walking. (In Korean) When you’re in a bad mood and you listen to it, it will cheer you up
Q: There is a nostalgic J-pop feel in it, in a way?
Hyomin: I’ve been listening to J-pop for a long time and when I’ve heard Lead the way for the first time, I’ve thought that with such an atmosphere this should be a good song
Q: Memories～You gave me guidance～ is the image song for the Japanese movie Jinx!!! where Hyomin played the leading role. This song has also been recorded and included on the album?
Hyomin: (sings a few lines) Jinx!!! is the movie with me as the lead, and the excitement only doubled with having our song as a theme song (laughs)
Q: Tell us your memories of the movie making
Hyomin: There are really a lot of memories. During a 3 week period of the movie shooting in Fukuoka, I made Japanese friends for the first time. It took me some to accommodate because I was in Japan for three weeks for the first time. But the people from the staff were very kind and this is the best memory
Q: Speaking of Japanese movies, Eunjung also appeared in Dodge GO! GO! as a child actress?
Eunjung: (everyone is surprised and a big fuss is going on) That’s embarrassing! I did not used make-up during the times of junior high school at all! Five Japanese and five Koreans successfully passed the audition and we’ve been practicing dodge-ball with the representative players during the movie shooting. Ah, yet still, I’m very embarrassed!!
Q: Double A side LA’BooN has also been included?
Eunjung: This is my favorite song. I think this song fits perfectly for the spring drive. The song has Arabian nights motive.
Soyeon: I’d recommend “Do You Know Me? (Japanese ver.). This is remake of the song by a famous Korean band Sandpebbles, recorded in 1977. T-ara’sversion of this song is completely new. The song is included in the Japanese album, I think the Japanese fans will like this song; we rerecorded it in the Japanese language anew.
Q: In Korea, everyone played a role of a different character on stage as in musical for this song?
Soyeon: At first Jiyeon’s and Hyomin’s characters were not set, but during the practice we defined the characters which fitted for each particular member, like during the times of Roly-Poly.
Q: The message in the Japanese songs can be heard clearly, did you practice a lot?
Jiyeon: (laughs) Really? We’ve practiced a lot
Q: Since the title of the album is Gossip Girls, tell us a bit of gossip?
Eunjung: When to go to buy coffee and drinks, I unwillingly get food as well (laughs)
Soyeon: Lately, we were invited to attend a famous fashion show in Korea, the members and I went there being sponsored with very expensive clothes. However, we had to return the clothes at the end of the show and it was a bit sad to return there in our everyday clothes
Hyomin: My little gossip is that I have two dogs and I buy a lot of clothes for them to wear, but I rarely bath them (laughs)
Qri: I really like shoes and I wear expensive shoes, but at the same time I wear very cheap socks for about 500 won (everyone bursts into laughter)
Boram: I spend a lot on cosmetics, when we are in Japan I buy a lot of cosmetics, I usually buy three bags.
Jiyeon: I’m not such a type who cares a lot about clothes, I can wear what my mom buys me, without saying anything. I like nail art, I’d go to a shop when I wear expensive clothes.
Q: Jiyeon and Hyomin will have a solo debut in Korea?
Hyomin: (In Japanese) Oh, thank you very much!

T-ara are named after a crown (tiara) for a reason – the Queens of the music industry debuted in Korea in July 2009. After the release of their song Bo Peep Bo Peep, they were heading to the top and with good performances in variety shows and various activities, they continued on to debut in Japan on September 28th, 2011 with Bo Peep Bo Peep. They accomplished a feat straight away by becoming the first foreign artist in history to win the 1st place on the Oricon weekly chart with their debut single.
