    With or without eyeliner, Jiyeon is gorgeous. But without eyeliner, she looks more cute and innocent than with it, and there is a slight difference in her appearance

    Well that really isn't anything strange. Most people I know got braces at one time or another in their lifetime, usually when they are young.
