Okay, its an achievement, granted but KKS, is really pushing them to the point that I feel tired on behave of them. Everything isnt fame and money. There is something called "Health" that's more important. T-ara N4 have their own plans and they will be busy as Hell and same goes for QBS sub-unit as well. In addition to that Korean CB, Japanese CB and Budokan Arena and 11 performances, as much I love them to see on stage and gain fame, its a NO No this time. Neither they arent robots nor wonder women to be able to tolerate such heavy scheduled. Man, KKS is making them to promote 1 year's schedule in 3-4 months time span. At this point, I just want them to rest and go on a vacation.

Interview summary : N4 said 3 unnies are supporting so much for CSD. Especially, Qri filk the song and promote it. N4 specially thanks to Speed. They are trying to serve BBQ for Speed once a week. Most energetic member is Areum cause she's so young, cute and active at the stage. Captain of N4 is Eunjung cause she's a Show champ MC. Then..dance tutorial..

This is T-ara's SL Chart Standing for the month of September. As far as I remember, they released SL on 2nd of September through Gom TV. During the Scandal, they managed to be in Big 5 in all four category so I dont find it any difficult for them to do that again. Well, may be they could get Top spot as well like you wished them to be. Personally, I believe this Mini-album must do and will do better than Mirrage considering the situation, gravity of their past sandal on the situation and ofc, with the irresistible upbeats and catchy song though music is subjective.
As for image makings, I still have doubt that they will be able to get what they had. Ofc, they can be more popular than prior to scandal and the no of K-Queen's may be more as well but they certainly have stain on their image now which I doubt time could wash away but yeah, without a doubt, they can add more to their attachments success and obviously new fans in fandom as well as can even bring those fews Queen's who were left behind during scandal

We share so many good, and often coincidental, thoughts together. It'll take time to rebuild what was torn down back then. It's not impossible, just needs good work and support to achieve it. And the way things are going now, it probably won't take that long.

Like I answered back in my PM as well, its not about the comment or logic but the way of approaching T-ara's article itself. Anyways, My question to you wasnt about this article itself but the real meaning of fan "as in" the question.Though my question was somewhat away from the thread for which I apologize but the outcome aka reply was worth enough.. Btw, Scatter the article itself isnt talking about them being in hiatus for 11 years bt its talking about the 11 years hiatus they had after the completion of Drama" Rular Life" which had same name as T-ara's song "Rural Life".. To be more precised, its talking about the 11 years hiatus they had from last "Rural Life" (their Drama) to T-ara's "Ruarl Life" (T-ara's song). Basically its about the time that took them to come together as a couple from one Rural life to another Rural life and the time interval i.e. 11 yrs was termed as Hiatus.. Well that's what I understood from the description and I dont think CCM or reports will make such obvious mistake coz Choi Bool-am had his last drama in 2012 as stated in his Dramawiki..

Hell, T-ARA have just gone through all the dramatic chaos last year, and even the damage after-effect still exists until today. At times like this, I prefer them staying together and move as ONE group. The strong members' bond and good atmosphere in group are what they need the most to resist all the hatred and bashing now
Besides, this... I feel really bad for Soyeon-Qri-Boram.
I assumed that "individual activities" for the 3 of them which CCM stated is just a passing-by-formality-comments like usual. Heck, they are humans, if I was them I would be pissed off. Areum just joined, and got all these things that Qri-Boram-Soyeon could only dream about for almost 4 years. I understand Areum is amazing and that CCM want to promote her as hard as they could by putting her with the most popular members, but still...it's a bit unfair for Soyeon-Qri-Boram -__-

Short version: It's about how the survey was done (from a math perspective).
Bit longer (also more math):
2 stratified means (iirc) that you have your poll results (1st sample) and then select a 2nd sample from within the first sample and use this 2nd sample for your statistic. This is done to prevent a certain bias from your selection method.
i.e. if you did your 1st sample at 10am in a supermarket, you would probably get almost no children (they're at school), and not a lot of the working population (they're at work). So to be still representative you select your 2nd sample to be certain age groups, certain occupations, gender, and randomly chose people fitting those criterias from the 1st sample.
"Sampling Error: ± 1.5" Just is the possible error which can occur when using your polled population. So it's i.e. possible that T-ara (which are listed at 5.5%) could actually be as high as 7% (5.5+1.5) or as low as 4% in the reality. This also applies to everybody else in this poll. But the actual result is very likely (see below) to be within 7% and 4%.
95% confidence interval means, that the result is correct in 95% of cases. Keep in mind they only asked 4,157 people and they're extrapolating from those people to the whole population. In 95% of cases of a survey done with the same method (asked population, result, ...) is going to be a correct representation of the whole population.
95% is a normal number for confidence intervals, others are 99% (or even higher if it's something critical, where i.e. lives depend on it). You can fit in a higher confidence interval by increasing the asked population.
It basically just says "We're 95% sure that our result is correct".

Honestly, by the preview I think this will only be a video journal/Behind the Scene of their Int'l fanmeets..
But You know this just reminds me about what Kim C said in a talk show I saw in KBS World this week (Do Dream? forgot the title), anyway they end up talking about celebrities and scandals, I forgot the whole line but the the gist was ~that sometimes its just better to keep silent & ignore the scandals. People will say & think what they want and often giving explanations will only make the scandals bigger. But celebrity scandals do fade away by time. The most important thing its to push through & prove yourself to the public through your actions and work.
And I think T-ara has done this.. Even a 'delusional' diehard fan like myself was suprised that T-ara had the guts to have a comeback on September but they did their own thing and just look at the results in the Gaon Chart for September 2012:

Ok its not perfect, but basically T-ara was the most succesful girl band in September despite the haters and that they were competing with the likes of Psy, FT Island, G-Dragon & TVXQ.. and if we add in the international fan meets, photobook sales, Japan promos? They did much better that most idol groups with or without the shadow of a scandal above their heads.
Let the Antis fool themselves in thinking that everyone hates T-ara.. but the fact is obviously some one is still buying T-ara products. (I'm eagerly waiting for my preorder of 'The Best of T-ara Photobook+Album+DVD combo from Yesasia (thanks diadem forum for that link)

I'm going into this fully expecting not to get any real details, or even anything close to the truth. I am worried however, that others are going in expecting a full detailed account of the true reasons Hwayoung was removed from the group and will just be further incensed when that doesn't happen.
Being a true realist, this seems as if it's a publicity stunt. Now that Korean promotions have ended and they'll be out of the limelight for a little while as they promote over seas, it seems like a pretty convenient time to release a mysterious program that promises to answer questions everyone had pretty much accepted they wouldn't be finding out the answer to. It lights the flames and gets people discussing T-ara for another few weeks.
Now with that said I do hope we get some real insight as to what the situation was and is, but I certainly won't let those hopes get too high and I suggest others follow suit.

As long as Dani would be help to t-ara, i dont mind but.. I really miss 6-ara and those happy times !!!

Why am I teary eyed just by reading this article? Very very wise words indeed coming from someone who has been in the entertainment industry for years. This actress should be applauded too for daring to speak out in the midst of this issue.

---> Round of applause, standing ovation. I agree. Face palm to all those who cut T-ara in their shows especially Five Fingers and WGM. I have been hoping that continuing with their dramas and other TV appearances (and ignoring the public's rage) would actually make T-ara grow on them despite the controversy. That way, the viewers would have no choice but to see their faces anyway and then eventually get comfortable with them because that's what's available on TV, and then they would eventually see that T-ara doesn't deserve those hate because they seem nice pretty and kind plus they act well. So it should have been, "I'm PD of this drama if you don't want to watch then don't. I'm sure there are people who will watch anyway. Your rage won't control me."
Instead, the public's rage controlled them. Cowards. Tsk tsk. Cutting them off like that would just affirm the public's clouded mind and so unclouded minds would think, "ah so even the PD agrees and cuts them off so I guess the rumor is true" or people would say "oh so it's a bigger issue than I thought." So instead of clearing it up by removing them, their removal just made it messier. Probably the drama would be off the hook, but to the expense of the actress. Then the actress would have nowhere to go to because you abandoned her when you were her supposed to be her source of strength. And then the actress would not appear anymore and would just be nothing but a smeared name and a bunch of photos, hated and bashed through media and internet, no chance to regain respect because you took that chance away.

---> I totally agree. The Five Fingers production team failed to trust their material and actors. If they only thought "ah we have an amazing cast, plot and script, no controversy would stop us from doing this, we can receive praise if we work hard enough" things would have been better and Eunjung could probably gain respect again through the drama. Instead, they didn't want anything to do with the mess, just got coward and selfish, cut the rope that Eunjung tries hard to hang into.

I guess it also helps that Davichi's Kang Min Kyung, another artist from CCM, is there as well... and hmm even Nam Gyu Ri who was formerly from CCM (could she give tips on how to break away from CCM successfully? LOL).
