The one thing that distinguishes T-ara from other groups is their amazing longevity! These girls chart more like a U.S./Western artist than they do a Korean artist in that their songs penetrate the general public and still continue to chart long after their promotions are done. Love him or hate him, KKS had a point when it came to making sure the girls didn't start a fanclub up too early as it allowed the entire nation to fall in love with their songs. The only thing that a fanclub will add in are much larger physical sales thanks to a more stabilized fanbase.
Anyways, this is great information, and definitely effective to use against naysayers who want to say that Lovey Dovey hasn't been a big hit for the girls. Think again!

Gaon has just released its latest Weekly charts featuring both Big Bang's Blue and Miss A's Touch. With those latest data, a considerable drop in Digital Aggregate (DA) can be observed. 8 months ago, for the same amount of downloads, songs will usually achieve a DA worth 20 millions more.
Nevertheless, the amount of downloads have a remained steady. From collecting them, it is easy to compare and estimate a song success, even when released at the different times.
T-ara's Roly Poly achieved great success last year. Thanks to its impressive longevity, the song managed to rank 1st on the Gaon Yearly charts (which sums up every kind of digital charts from every Korean charts), scoring in the meantime, the highest amount of download to date, before IU's You & I recently broke this record. For those who had questioned T-ara's ability to maintain its streak, a collective data on T-ara latest released songs, Cry Cry, We Were in Love (with Davichi) and Lovey Dovey proves that Roly Poly will not be the only song from T-ara to make history on Korean music charts.

[12.02.16] Quick News - T-ara's Jiyeon thanks fans for gifts at "Dream High 2" set





Being busy as an actress and as well as a singer, fans delivered gifts for T-ara's Jiyeon.
Jiyeon's currently cast in KBS 2TV's drama "Dream High 2" and today, fans came to the set and presented a special gift for Jiyeon and staff (Diadem's joint-support project).The actors and crew have been filming through the cold winter, so a warm meal was prepared.
Jiyeon said, "I'm happy that the actors and staff can enjoy a hot meal together in the cold. I want to thank my fans more than anything for it."
Jiyeon plays girl group member Rian in "Dream High 2" and in real life is a member of T-ara, who is currently promoting "Roly-Poly" in Japan.

[12.01.31] T-ara Triple Crown... Will attend volunteer event






T-ara won the first place in SBS Inkigayo on 29th January, which completes their Triple Crown. Fans had been wondering whether they will keep their promise or not.
T-ara has declared that they will do a volunteer event for people with difficulties if they win in Inkigayo for 3 consecutive weeks. They had promise if they win #1 in any public broadcasting channel, they will ride subway and shows their thankful heart to fans in the station. They keep the promise in only one day after the win.
To keep the promise, T-ara with a charity organization will find elderly with difficulties on 1st February and held a volunteer event. The organization that will be holding the volunteer event with T-ara is 'People Living With'. It's an organization that operates free study room and free food for people with difficulties, especially teenagers.
T-ara gathered 10 million won to buy rice and instant noodles for the volunteer event. 7 million won was their bonus after they win the Triple Crown, and 3 million won are from the members.
T-ara revealed, "The good results came out because everyone has been giving us a lot of love. We will become a more hard-working T-ara in the future."

No, no, and NO! The concept itself is already different. The only similarity between the two song is that they're really upbeat songs. One is the oldies clubbing music style and one is the current mainstream clubbing music style.

For Malay radio.. for now.. no . They haven't and never play T-ara songs unless we request at Era FM Online. Well.. I'm not Chinese actually. But I know One FM got Korean songs,so there's one day,they played these 3 songs and said that those 3 songs are the top 3.
