From what I've seen in the pics the girls tweeted, Hwayoung and Boram were visiting Castello Sforzesco so they weren't with Hyomin, Eunjung and Jiyeon who were at the Duomo.^^

Apparently they're shooting in front of the Duomo and in Galleria Vittorio Emanuele. Hope it helps.^^
