  1. Haha, that's why I made it clear in my post that it would take more than a teaser to sell me on her inclusion.
  2. Poor girls...the craziness never ends for them! I really hope they'll be able to get some R&R in-between their several comebacks this year.
  3. I have been utterly blown away!!! First of all, I love that the setting of the music vid has a dystopian feel to it...when I first heard that the video was going to have a futuristic setting and saw some of the teaser pics I automatically jumped to something like Britney Spears' "Toxic" video as a reference. And while I still see some of its influence here (the girls' hair and outfits primarily), this looks much very much like it was inspired by Mad Max, as was reported. I also see a lot of Final Fantasy and Chrono Trigger here. Secondly, while I'm still not thrilled about the additions, I can sort of see what KKS was saying when he called Dani an "unrefined jewel." Her pictures don't do her justice, she is a lovely young girl. It's going to take a lot more than a teaser to sell me on her inclusion, but so far, so good. I wish she didn't have so much screen time in the teaser either, but I can also see why they decided to feature her so prominently; it's their way of letting the fans know that she fits well into T-ara's overall aesthetic and not to worry, that they're not COMPLETELY inept. It seems to be working, too; I've noticed that a lot of people have rescinded their initial opinions of Dani based on this teaser alone. Third, while I'm happy to see the EunHyoJi trifecta looking as good as ever, I would have loved to see Boram, Qri, Hwayoung, Soyeon, and Areum in this teaser as well...even if it's just bit roles, I think now more than ever CCM needs to be enforcing that T-ara is now a group of nine, and as such things are going to need to change to accomodate that. This is a really good time to be addressing issues such as screen time and line distribution, especially since it was such a huge problem when there were only seven of them...I can only imagine how it's going to be if things keep going the way they have with nine girls. Obviously there are girls that will receive more attention within the group, but that doesn't mean that Boram, Qri, and Hwayoung aren't any less deserving of some spotlight time as well. I'm not sure why Soyeon and Areum weren't featured...you'd think that with Soyeon gaining so much popularity over the past several months and Areum joining promotions before Dani that CCM would want to get them a little bit of screen time as well. I know this sounds like a bit of a rant, but all in all, I was extremely impressed with this teaser. I wasn't sure what to think when I heard that "Day By Day" would be a sci-fi video since they can be notoriously hard to execute if there isn't proper budget and you don't know what the hell you're doing, but this looks amazing. The song itself sounds amazing too, and I love that T-ara has opted to go back to their Absolute First Album roots and give us a dark, sexy, sad song, since it's what they do best. Amazingly enough, it fits in well with the video, which I wasn't sure it would, but the video's harder edge and the song's sadness combine to give the whole package kind of a hopeless, melancholy feeling...and I think that's exactly what they were shooting for. For all intents and purposes it looks like T-ara will survive the craziness that's been surrounding them, as it looks like, for the most part, anticipation for both this song and video are almost universal. Well done, T-ara. And KKS...if you know what's good for you, you'll stop messing with T-ara from here on out. You mIght have been able to pull this off once but don't go crazy adding and subtracting members in the future, or you really WILL ruin them as a group. Leave well enough alone, since we all know that T-ara's pretty much all CCM has at this point. Mess with them too much and you'll be SOL.
  4. THIS is why I'm a King/Diadem. These girls are so sweet...even through all of their trials and tribulations they still are looking out for their fans. Bless them. <3333
  5. Wow, this is great news for her! I know she's been getting a lot of attention since "Cry Cry," so I'm glad to see her hard work is culminating by her finally getting a recurring drama role. For some reason I think she'll do very well, Soyeon usually doesn't mess around when it comes to her job lol. Still pretty upset that this is going to be (yet) one more thing for the girls to have to squeeze into their already too tightly packed schedule, but hopefully this is where Areum's supposedly completely amazing voice will come into play...if she's supposed to take some of the weight off of Soyeon like KKS claims, this means that Soyeon might be able to focus on her drama and won't necessarily have to be present at all of the group's performances like it seems she's had to be in the past. One reason that I think Soyeon never took an acting role earlier is because the group relies on her and her voice too much...that's why she's always present, or if she can't be present then things get cancelled (like when she contracted H1N1 and promotions for "Like The First Time" were completely cancelled). Anyways, if Areum and Soyeon share co-billing as the main vocalists, that means that if one of the girls has solo or separate activities to do that overlap with the group's schedule then the other one can pick up the slack. Sounds good to me anyways, lol Guess I'm just trying to see the positive here.
  6. Ohhhh, gotcha. Haha sorry, I was a bit confused with your choice of wording. I agree that their health and well-being should definitely come first, and if they were to disband because they wanted to then I would support them one-hundred percent. But I'm also trying to take into account the fact that it's just not that simple; if it were it would have happened by now. I'm just at the point where I feel it's dangerous to assume anything except that the girls need a vacation and a new CEO or label. This whole situation is just too complicated to be making assumptions on anything though; it's quite easy to say that the girls' physical well-being comes before their hopes and dreams, but it's a completely different thing when you're told you may have to choose between one or the other, and most people aren't going to choose what you might consider to be the obvious answer because, quite frankly, there isn't one in the case, because it's a hard decision to make...they have to choose what's more important to them: a normal, healthy life at the expense of having to give up everything they worked so hard to achieve along with the possibility that they will probably never be able to work in that industry again, or continuing to weather a storm that they hope they can one day rise above. The only thing I'm sure of at this point is that the seven girls who I've grown to love will always have my support, no matter what they do. I will buy Day By Day, just as I have bought all of their albums up to this point. I will pray that they achieve the best possible outcome in this whole situation and that, at the end of the day, they are able to find happiness in whatever it is that they decide to do. But that's all I'm sure of, and for the time being that's how I'm going to approach this whole situation, because ultimately nobody will truly know anything concrete until this story reaches it conclusion, and let's face it, it's far from over with.
  7. I don't know why my words would reassure you...it's a shame that the girls are probably going to take a hit from all of this mess considering that they didn't even have any hand in perpetuating it in the first place. I don't want them to have to suffer because of somebody else's foolish choices. As far as hoping other groups beat T-ara for sales or awards, I know how hard they worked for everything they accomplished...I remember tearing up a little bit when they took that deep bow after their first win on Music Bank in over 2 years for "Lovey-Dovey" because I knew how much it meant to them. At that moment you could tell that, to them anyways, all of the blood, sweat and tears they had shed over the past six months had finally come to fruition for them. That's why I can't wish that they don't have success on them either...no matter how horrid the situation is right now, I know that to some extent they are still doing what they love, and that sense of accomplishment probably makes it all worthwhile for them. Knowing that your fans love you and are rooting for you is sometimes a huge motivator to get things done, regardless of whether it's just swallowing a horrible, jagged little pill or deciding that enough is enough and getting out of a bad situation.
  8. I highly doubt that the girls are at the point that they just don't care anymore; if that were the case they would've spoken up and said something about everything going on by now, even if it was at the risk of being kicked out of the group. Obviously some of the girls are more invested in their careers as idols than others, but to say that they simply don't care if their albums or singles don't sell well is reaching...they wanted the success they've earned, they worked hard for it, and although I know they are still in dire need of a vacation it probably isn't as cut and dry as "I don't think they care if they flop at this point or not, they just want a vacation." There are a lot of variables and factors unknown to us since we don't work in the entertainment industry and I'm pretty sure that one reason the girls have been so reticent to speak up as of late is because they DO care what people think of them and how well they fare, as well as how it would affect their careers. Yes, they want a vacation...but they also want to keep their jobs, and there's more to it than just being forced to tow the line. They can leave if they want to, and for some reason they haven't yet. They're either trying to see if they can just deal with the changes and learn to accept them or biding their time until they're able to form a united front and deal with this in such a way that they can affect change without risking everything they've worked so hard for...but if they simply didn't care we'd be seeing the disarray in the group in some way, shape or form. Their speaking out got them in trouble once; instead of getting what they hoped for they nearly lost everything they worked so hard to obtain, so I have a feeling there's more to it than meets the eye. Temptastic and "Yayaya" were indeed considered disappointments as the girls had just had a pretty successful run with their Breaking Heart repackage (it and Absolute First Album have sold nearly 100,000 physical units combined) and "I Go Crazy Because Of You," which ended up being one of the biggest hits in Korea in 2010. Factor in that "TTL" and "Bo Peep Bo Peep" were sizeable hits for them in 2009 and it shows that they had built up a lot more momentum than many actually realized. So to go from that to not even cracking the top 100 most downloaded songs of the year with "Yayaya" and not even shifting 40,000 units sold with Temptastic was a tumble for them. They were on target to become one of the bigger groups to come out of 2009 and for a short time lost some steam to f(x) and even Miss A. There were other factors involved as well, including Jiyeon's scandal and Hwayoung's addition, which either did nothing to help the group or harmed the group's image pretty badly. But I digress. Relating that to the fact that T-ara seemed to have to work doubly as hard afterward, it became pretty apparent that T-ara was having to promote so extensively for "Roly-Poly" due to not only their own recent stumble but Co-Ed School and 5doll's inability to meet T-ara's success upon their own respective debuts. It was around this time that KKS realized that T-ara was indeed his moneymaker and began milking them for all they were worth while neglecting his other groups in the process. Co-Ed, SPEED, and 5dolls have all had time to debut or come back in the past year, yet we've heard nothing from them while T-ara has come back 4 times in the past year alone. And I'm sorry, but you and I just don't see eye to eye on the boycott issue. It's good to know that laws protecting idols are coming into play, and ultimately that's how this needs to work out...hopefully less abrasive measures can be taken to protect groups like T-ara, who are vulnerable and need their voices to be heard. Like I said, there are just too many variables at play to risk the girl's careers by orchestrating a boycott, though. At this point most fans realize that KKS is not just messing with the girls but with the fans themselves; who's to say that he won't take action by COMPLETELY ruining T-ara or disbanding them? I don't think he's the most stable man in the world and a boycott would likely just send him over the edge, along with whatever price T-ara themselves would have to pay for its failure. He blames them for EVERYTHING that goes wrong, and I imagine he'd find some way to pin this on them as well. Saying that we should orchestrate a boycott and hope that it brings about a positive result is really reckless as far as I'm concerned as we have absolutely no idea what the end outcome will actually be. A lawsuit is almost surely coming one way or another, but I doubt a boycott would move it along any further. It's extremist and no better than the fans who cause black oceans at concerts or send threatening letters to people who speak badly of their biases. There are better ways to get the desired results; more often than not actions like this just do more harm than good. When I say T-ara isn't stable I mean that they don't have the same amenities that the girl groups you mentioned above have, with the exception of KARA, who doesn't come from the big 3. They don't have a major label backing them, they just now are about to get their very own fanclub, so there is no unity or stability amongst the fans right now, and furthermore, T-ara's fandom is in a state of absolute, utter chaos. Nobody agrees on anything, people are bailing out left and right due to the changes, pretty much all the momentum T-ara had gained over the past year has come to a screeching halt. Considering that many wagered that T-ara would probably be amongst the top 2 groups had they just been left alone and allowed to come back in the summer as planned, it's pretty disconcerting that other groups like f(x) (who have shown that they are a contender with "Electric Shock") or Miss A are waiting in the wings to swap out with someone who even makes one misstep. Even Sistar has shown themselves to be formidable with the release of "Alone." Add to that that groups like Dal Shabet, A Pink, and even Nine Muses are growing in popularity, and there really is no room for missteps right now. The only group I would truly consider "safe" at this point really is SNSD, and even they're reaching what I would consider the apex of their fame. Ultimately my point is that a group can fall into obscurity just as quickly as they can attain relevancy, and with T-ara's predicament being so complicated I wonder just how much they could survive before it was all too much. They've overcome a lot of obstacles but this is a huge mess that even groups like SNSD or 2NE1 would have a hard time with; with T-ara being relatively new to the big leagues and already having a past record for inconsistency I just don't know if they could handle member additions, a complete overhaul, and a poor-selling album. Stronger groups have disbanded over far, far less. Anyways, it's pretty much a moot point at this time and junction; I see no reason for a boycott since I'm pretty sure T-ara's digital and physical sales are going to take a pretty good hit regardless of what the fans do. I don't see this selling as well as Black Eyes, Funky Town, or Breaking Heart; if anything they'll be lucky to break 25,000 and I don't see "Day By Day" outperforming "Lovey Dovey" or "Cry Cry" on the charts. It's not because I don't think the material isn't good; I'm very anxious to hear the finished results of "Day By Day" and am sure that their new mini will be fantastic, I just think that all of the ridiculous changes are going to take its toll on the group's newfound success. And that's how it should be...if the album isn't meeting the same levels of success that the group had during the Black Eyes/Funky Town eras, that's going to be enough of a wakeup call for KKS. And it's not going to sell as well, let's be honest here. They're already in a pretty bad situation; something like boycotting is simply pouring salt on the wound.
  9. I swear, I've seen Boram wearing that hoodie in a TON of their LD performances. She must love it a lot. XD The performance was good, it's not as sharp as some of their other performances for the song (namely the Korean ones) but it's good to see them still promoting LD! It's helping, too-Jewelry Box is relatively stable on the charts when compared to some of their singles, which fell out of the top forty pretty quickly. It's at number 13 today and is in its third week on the Oricon albums chart...not bad!
  10. A lot of fans aren't going to do that simply because it's simultaneously punishing the girls who didn't do anything to deserve it. 7-ara didn't ask for this, and for fans to simply boycott the album isn't just going to hurt the new members; it's going to hurt the other seven as well. I'm sure their morale is already low and if they perceive this boycott as their fans abandoning them in droves, I can only imagine how harmful that blow would be to their self-esteem. Plus when an album underperforms KKS simply makes them work harder; after Temptastic and "Yayaya" underperformed he seemed to make the girls work twice as hard to make up for lost revenue. It may make things even worse than they are now. No, the only way it's really going to get any better for them is if they take legal action against CCM and sue for better working conditions and fair treatment or just try to get out of their contracts completely and join another label. Plus K-Pop is fickle; T-ara may be top-tier, but their status has never been viewed as very stable when compared to groups like SNSD and 2NE1, so they may not recover if their next album does poorly. Competition is very stiff right now and for every group that successfully makes it to the top of the food chain there are five groups nipping at your heels and trying to get a piece of the action. TL;DR: It won't work.
  11. I hate to admit it but this is kind of how I feel. This girl needs to stop and remember what she said just a few weeks ago...she wanted to wait until December so she can practice and not bring the other group members down. This is thoughtless behavior on her behalf, simply because a general schedule has been prepared for the girls for the rest of the year and I'm sure that her putting in to debut sooner is just going to mess that up. And what happens with the music they've already recorded? I'm sure they've pretty much got all of the music that they were going to release for the rest of the year in the can or almost finished; I can only imagine how much time and money it's going to take if she wants to debut and they have to re-record music simply to include her. Then there is the choreography they may have to relearn to accomodate Dani, and this just becomes more and more of a clusterf*** every day. Homegirl needs to slow down and give the fans time to get used to the idea of her. This mess that KKS has perpetuated by shoving her in everyone's face is just getting so tired. People can complain about Areum not really making herself all that known all they want, but at least she has a certain level of mystery to her. Dani's old news and she hasn't even debuted yet. #Truestory I'm guessing it's either that or they're going to go the BigBang route and just translate their upcoming material into Japanese and release it a month or two later. I figured we'd get more Japanese material before year's end, this is CCM we're talking about. Lol.
  12. Bahahaha at Hyomin painting hers to look like a veiny eyeball. She's such a spooky kid.
  13. Haha, Roly-Poly really is something magical...it appeals to people of every race, age, color and sexual orientation. Case in point? Queen Kyary! I never would have pegged her as a Queen, but therein lies the power of T-ara. Regardless of what anyone says I think that their foray into Japan has been pretty damn successful! They've been getting all sorts of attention lately.
  14. I really, really hope they'll all be in the MV, but I'm not getting my hopes up...Eunjung, Qri, and Jiyeon were the only three to make any sort of lead appearances in their Lovey Dovey drama MV. I want to see ALL of them though... Anyways, both of them look good, loving Hyomin's look! Glad we know that she's featured more heavily in this MV since she was just given a small bit role in the Cry Cry drama video. Day By Day doesn't really fit well with the video they're going for, but Lovey Dovey didn't fit with the mini-gangster drama that they ultimately ended up filming, so that's not too much of a surprise.
  15. Haha that was cute...Boram kinda looked like she was pissed during a lot of the performance while Hwayoung looked like she made a goof near the end of Lovey Dovey. I can only imagine how hard it is to perform in a stadium that hasn't been set up for a concert though...they did awesome considering that they were having to dance on grass, they probably couldn't hear themselves very well, and there were balls whizzing past them near the end of their performance because the players were getting ready to start back again. Love my girls!!!
  16. I don't know what I'm more worried about...T-ara abandoning the sexy concept forever because of a 14 year-old member, or T-ara continuing with the sexy concepts even with the 14 year-old! Anyways, Areum is quite lovely...glad to hear that KKS is talking up her abilities as a performer instead of talking about her height, age, and how he plucked her off the street to be in T-ara. I'm starting to wonder if Dani will truly join T-ara too...I, like several others, have started to wonder if she's a decoy to help deflect some of the bad press away from Areum since KKS had to be aware how much hate Hwa got when she joined. Then again, this is KKS we're talking about, and he is dumb as hell. Lol
  17. Pretty good, considering that several people were saying they doubted T-ara would even reach that total amount sold PERIOD. The album is holding up pretty well in its second week so far...it dropped to number eight, but considering that T-ara's last three singles have all dropped out of the top ten in their second week that's good for them. With the help of the tour to help raise awareness I don't see why this couldn't sell 100K and go gold, which is a pretty amazing feat for a new act in Japan. I doubt they'll ever reach 500,000 with this album but that was never an attainable goal to begin with. T-ara aren't SNSD or KARA, who are kind of the exceptions, and not the rule when it comes to overnight success in Japan.
  18. ^^Jewelry Box has sold about 45,000 copies since it was released three days ago, while Lovey-Dovey has sold around 23,000 copies...it hasn't been in the top thirty for a few days now but I'm guessing it'll sell about 6-10,000 more before it's finished. Wow, I notice that Hwayoung has taken a pretty big role in speaking for the girls during their time in Japan...I always seem to notice that it's either her or Soyeon that does all the talking. That's great, she's such a jack of all trades for the group.
  19. I've seen some beauty shots of her, she's actually quite pretty! She fits into the T-ara mold of beauty aesthetics very well, and we know that she was a trainee so that makes her addition somewhat acceptable...at least we KNOW she trained and worked at improving before her official debut. To be honest I'm kind of starting to wonder if Dani was a decoy to help protect the eighth member from being torn apart. Everything about Dani is so, so wrong, it hurts my head thinking about how she just does not belong in T-ara at all, while this new member just seems to fit very well. I'm still not thrilled that she's being added, but at least she seems to fit the original description of why KKS was adding new members in the first place...to take some of the burden off of Soyeon (even though I don't think she minds at all, she's been getting a lot of recognition lately since "Cry Cry").
  20. Yeah, I'm amazed that even if they have issues with communicating while in Japan they do a good majority of their interviews without the assistance of a translator. Thankfully Soyeon is there to help them out, since she and Boram seem to be the two that are the most fluent in Japanese. Say what you want about T-ara's constant remakes in Japan, but they have a much better handle on the language than a lot of other K-Pop groups do.
  21. I think the difference here is that Hwayoung WANTED to be in the industry, she was scouted on an entertainment show she appeared on, so she already knew this was something she wanted to do. I also wouldn't necessarily say she's improved since debut as she's always been talented...she has just been given more opportunities to show HOW talented she is as of late, whereas when she debuted she was kind of pushed to the back or given lines like "I like-a like-a dis" that did nothing to showcase her abilities. But she absolutely KILLED her part in "Ma Boo," and that was enough for me to realize that there was something special about her. Hwayoung has always kind of possessed a natural spark that catches your eye, too...in performances like "Cry Cry," where she doesn't sing at all, I always found myself watching out for her because she exudes confidence and sexiness in that choreo. I'd argue that she did the best job with it out of all the girls... But I digress. Dani, on the other hand, is just too damn young to know what she wants, and if being an idol hadn't even crossed her mind before she was scouted then my hopes aren't too high for her regarding her capabilities. BoA, who was similarly scouted, trained for YEARS before she was allowed to finally debut, whereas Dani will make her debut in mere months. T-ara are quickly becoming Asian-wide superstars; the last thing they need is a weak link in the form of an adolescent girl who is just figuring out who she is, much less what she wants to do with the rest of her teenage/young adult life. This little girl just better realize that once she's in T-ara, she's in it. She better stick it out for the sake of the other eight girls and not screw it up for them. She needs to bust her ass and bring her A-game since this whole ordeal has brought so much stress on both the group and the fandom that I'm surprised T-ara hasn't stepped up and said something yet. She has a lot to prove and if she ends up being dead weight it'll be pointed out fast by people who will have no problem obliterating a young girl and calling her the filthiest names imaginable just because they can. No special accomodations better be made for her outside of what is legally required for minors in the industry; if the older members are suffering and busting their butts, she better be right alongside them doing the same. After this I don't want to hear about member additions, deletions, NOTHING for a good long while, if ever again. And God help me, if T-ara end up taking the After School route and do the ridiculous admission/graduation system, I'm out. Kahi's recent announcement that she would be leaving AS to pursue a solo career brings the number of original members in the group down to 2. Anybody that's followed AS can attest to the fact that they are nowhere NEAR the same group they used to be, either in concept or in sound. It's a ridiculous system, and it just won't work for T-ara because it was never part of the plan for them to begin with. Hell, it hasn't even really worked out all that well for AS, and fans KNEW it was part of their concept. But these changes that KKS insists on implementing don't feel organic and are hardly sound; they're just ridiculous gimmicks that are just hurting the credibility T-ara had finally gained in the industry. If I didn't know any better I'd venture to say that KKS is INTENTIONALLY trying to destroy T-ara, because nobody can be so stupid to believe that such drastic changes won't hurt the group, especially when they're at such a precarious point in their relatively young careers. Now is the time to be promoting STABILITY, not restructuring them to the point that the fans won't be able to recognize the group as a whole any longer. Better yet, instead of scaring the girls into submission, why don't you listen to them, KKS? Their cries for a break are legitimate and shouldn't be stifled; there's no reason to punish them for telling the truth, and if you want them to get through the dreaded "3 year curse" intact then I'd be doing my damnedest to keep them happy and satisfied, not pouring salt on their wounds.
  22. I am so sick of hearing about this girl...the more I hear about her the less legitimate the whole thing sounds. So, she's 14, she didn't even want to pursue a career in the idol industry, and at this point we really have no clue if she can sing or act because she was scouted by KKS on the street, no less. She can dance, but T-ara's choreography has never been known to be extremely challenging, and a good dancer is only going to make T-ara's issues with fatigue during their live performances MORE noticeable, so what's her purpose? I'll tell you: she's a visual, plain and simple, and it pisses me off. Her age isn't what's holding her back from debuting sooner than December...it's that there was plenty of work to be done before she could even set foot on a stage as I'm guessing she probably has no natural talent whatsoever. Furthermore, T-ara doesn't need visuals, there are plenty of beautiful girls in the group, all of which could be pegged as visuals depending on the territory you're in or who you're talking to. If T-ara needed anything it was a strong voice to help build a bridge between Soyeon's lovely but understated vocals or Eunjung's powerful but at times uncontrolled singing. THAT'S what we needed, not more dead weight for the girls to contend with. Dani will have lost her usefulness by the time she debuts as I've noticed a lot of people are sick of hearing about her, and it's only been two weeks since we found out about her. Furthermore, T-ara never NEEDED new members to achieve a total overhaul...KKS could have achieved a similar result by putting the girls on hiatus for several months to a year to work on their vocals and dancing abilities. He's going about this all the wrong way, and he's killing T-ara's momentum in the process. Hopefully the other new member will be what Dani is proving NOT to be...a talented, hard worker who helps bring the girls of T-ara to a new level. But right now I don't see it for Dani. At all. Hwayoung had to bust her ass to get in good with netizens, and she made sure it was known within a year's time of her debuting that she was a multi-faceted performer...excellent rapper, decent dancer, fair vocalist, surprisingly talented songwriter. She may have brought nothing new to the group, but she was a sound addition in that she is talented and blended well with the group. Dani better gear up and be ready, because I see her having it even worse than Hwa did when she debuted.
  23. Acute gastritis is inflammation of the stomach lining...it can be caused by a multitude of different things, but it's usually associated with taking too many NSAIDS (anti-inflammatory drugs like Tylenol, Ibuprofen, Naproxen). This is more than likely why Boram developed gastritis; if she's having to take medicine like Tylenol or Ibuprofen every day, gastritis can develop. Another malady to watch out for is liver failure. This news is saddening on so many levels...for some reason I feel like the stage is being set for Boram to leave the group after reading this. I'm sad for one because this is T-ara's FIRST MAJOR TOUR EVER, and Boram is not going to be able to join the girls on their first tour date; it's possible she may miss the tour entirely. That sucks, as even if the girls are overworked I'm sure that on some level they recognize that this is what they've been working for, and Boram has played a major part in the group's Japanese promotions so her absense will be missed. She deserved to be there standing alongside the other six when they took their bow on the first night. Going back to the original point I made, I just fear that this may be used as a way to gently "push" Boram out of the group in the coming months. In a way it's the perfect crime...the foundation is laid by the announcement that she is having to be pulled from the group's promotions due to gastitis, leading to a public discussion on her health (which, let's face it, has been pretty poor since she joined T-ara); a few months later, Boram exits the group, citing that her health is her first priority and that she wishes to recuperate. The only problem is that KKS has become such a nasty monster that we could never be sure if that was truly the reason she exited the group...if it is true, then by all means, I applaud her on taking her life into her own hands and making a decision that will benefit her for years to come, but if this is all some elaborate ruse to push her out of the group while simultaneously absolving CCM/KKS of any guilt then I hope it comes back to bite the idiot in the ass, so hard. And I don't want to think like this, at all...I really don't. I want to think that they're being compassionate to her and they understand that this is truly out of her hands, but I just have a feeling that nothing good will come of this. Praying for you, Rambo. You're my bias in the group, and I'm so sorry that you won't get your time to shine on tour like you deserve. I hope you have a speedy recovery.
  24. Wowwwww!!! I love the two new songs, I'm glad they uphold the T-ara tradition of being incredibly high-quality pop songs. TTL=PURE LOVE. So glad my Boram is getting some love, and look at that! People wanna dog her for having no talent, well...now we know she's pretty decent at rapping. Lol. All in all, I'm glad I went ahead and bought the Diamond edition, judging from the quality of the songs (which I was worried about) and the goodies it's paid for itself. Just one question: with all of these incredibly GOOD songs to choose from, remake or not, why in the HELL did they go with what are arguably the most poorly translated versions of their Korean hits to be the J-singles??? That's rhetorical, I just can't understand how these can sound so good while Roly-Poly and Lovey-Dovey sound so rough.
  25. Hahahaha, I just realized that now it's a pretty close contest between her and Bo Ram between who's going to be the visual maknae. With her height my money's still on Rambo.
