I have mixed feelings on this.
For one, it is highly likely that this Management Koo is another arm of CCM (or MNET), and this contract is just another way to latch them in and never let them go. ( I so hope not.) I'm still bitter about the T-ara changes that'll happen and honestly, I would celebrate the day that 7-ara moves completely away from CCM, whenever that maybe. (Hopefully soon!)
On another hand, I want to be optimistic that CCM, after all, did want T-ara to maximize their potentials as actresses and signing up with another agency will help them in this goal.

If CCM wanted to make T-ara more vocally talented, just take out Qri and Boram, honestly and turn them into actresses or something. CCM only put Hwayoung in T-ara to lower the age average, so why didn't they just take out Qri and Boram? I don't have anything against them, but they really don't do much in T-ara except for doing the occasional "yeah yeah" in their songs. Adding two new members is just going to screw T-ara up even more -.-

(in this way, soyeon complained both on variety show broadcasts and possibly internally too (since she's the leader now and it seems to me like she's very vocal when it comes to issues like these also), of the heavy workload and became "prideful & lazy" as labelled by KKS, and so expressed that she might not extend the contract. in order to punish such a "rebellious" act, KKS instead of bowing down to soyeon, decides to introduce 2 vocalists (we all know how good soyeon is at singing and that's why probably the trade-off here is 2 for 1) so that should she really leave, there are people to take over.)
from yesterday's twitter updates from hyomin where she posted a photo of them in 'catwoman' costumes, she questioned if they are able to be the 'infinity challenge' of the music industry, with eunjung and boram declaring their love for t-ara. could it mean that they already know drastic changes are gonna be made to their current direction and that's why they are cherishing the moments they have now? =(

It is obvious that this change is to punish Soyeon! Soyeon is vital to T-ara because she is the voice but with 2 new voices in the group...she will lose her power and will have to behave as CEO wants to keep her position in T-ara.
And to be honest...Eunung and Hyomin can help Soyeon for the singing part because they are very good singers...and especially Eunjung who only raps now while she has shown to be a great singer.

Yea I read the article as well and frankly, I think it's safe to say that KKS is suffering from an extreme case of permanent brain damage - rumor has it that he was an inmate of Shutter Island and somehow escaped.
I believe T-ara isn't the only case where they've been treated inhumanely - SeeYa's Nam Gyuri went through a similar problem on the year T-ara debuted and it goes to say that SG Wannabe and Lee Hyori also were under CCM and ultimately left it. He even had the guts to say Co-Ed was a 'failure' and left them for the subsidiary companies because he couldn't be bothered to take the responsibility himself.
However, I find it particularly shocking, enraging and downright insulting that he calls the girls 'lazy' and 'prideful' when it's KKS himself who's lazy and prideful. It's very ironic because he probably gets 8 hours of sleep, socializes/networks with others, smokes a few cigars, meetings and does a few dozen email sending/replying and calls it 'work' while the girls are practically on their last leg, not to mention the staff are probably also very highly pressured to work under that greaseball.
It still amazes me how the girls managed to tolerate his BS for so long - I certainly don't recall SM, YG, JYP or even Cube and Pledis ranting on to the media claiming their idols are being 'lazy' and 'prideful' several times in a relatively short time span in press conferences.
No vacation since debut until last month (and even that was awfully short), being forced to sleep only 2-3 hours a day, rushed to hospital, performing on the stage despite serious injuries as well as IV drips etc. - and yet, he has the f**king guts to say they're being lazy, talentless and prideful. If anything, HE'S the one who's a lazy, talentless and prideful nutjob. For me, it wasn't T-ara's physical appearances, screen-time or music that made me a major fan - it was their endurance in working under such a nutjob dictator that made me a deep fan, much like the Wehrmacht in the twilight months of WW2, which fought to the bitter end because it was forced to do so for a delusional nutcase with a toothbrush mustache, despite knowing the war was lost.
I don't care if they have their solo concert and 2nd album along with variety shows this year or not - what I care is they get a damn proper break to refresh themselves while also being given a chance to live like normal human beings. Even in 2009 when SNSD's popularity skyrocketed, the 9 members still got to have a short break at some point before summer. Solo concerts, new albums and appearing in front of people's TVs, computers, phones, IPads etc. can wait - the long vacation T-ara needs cannot wait and the countdown has already begun.
KKS's '30 years of experience' don't mean sh!t anymore - he keeps on using it as an excuse to say whatever horsesh!t he tried to justify in front of the media and suffice to say, it makes him look pathetic. And exactly how successful were his 30 years? The guy's around 50 or so (same age as my dad) - that means he's been in the ent. industry since he was at least 20 and he sure as hell wasn't an entertainer throughout his life (unlike SM, JYP and YG). I wouldn't be surprised if he cut a lot of corners to get to the position of CEO. No doubt that he has no idea how to understand the mentality of an overworked entertainer - after all, he was never one himself. That effectively makes his 30 years of experience fly out of the window.
On the side note, I wouldn't be surprised if some of the more extreme fans of T-ara actually have something nasty planned for KKS. If sasaeng fans are able to break into the dorms of their beloved idols, find out their phone numbers and infiltrate the backstage areas of concerts, I've no doubt that vandalizing KKS's car or office will be any more difficult. With all the attention he's directed towards himself, things will get ugly.
In the long run, it's very highly likely T-ara will follow JYJ, Han Geng and KARA. The dynamite has been lit - the question is when it will explode and cause a major storm.

lolz regardless who will be added, T-ara's dead with 6 members to me. I don't hate hwayoung, its a neutral feeling towards her existence in T-ara. Just sad that I might never hear Boram's beautiful low pitch voices and EJ's lovely voices in any other songs more than 1 line in the future?? I dont think T-ara is lack of vocalists..The problem is in the line distribution..
If KKS add 2 mems as vocalist to T-ara..they will have 5 main vocalist..What will happen to the rest?

In another words, none of T-ara's members can sing. Did I translate it right, KKS? It's just because you don't give them any lines. See how Qri can sing in the special performance at the new year concert. Boram can definitely rap. How good Eunjung and Hyomin's singing abilities are. I love all the songs that Jiyeon sang in DH2. And now you say like none of them can't help Soyeon. I really hate you KKS. I will wait to see how your "wonderful" new system work.

So I purposely didn't go online yesterday because I want to be calmer when I post my POV on this.
Yes we've all established that KKS is such a douche bag but really, dragging the past negative issues about T-ara and uses this as a tool to help justify his decision in the addition of 2 members is just too low. From the looks of it, he would bring up all the criticisms T-ara has met before, shove it in everyone's face, so that it'll make him feel better if he gives the ax to cutting member in the future.
I also feel that KKS is harboring ill feelings about T-ara and couldn't agree more when everyone here says this is some kind of punishment for them calling them lazy and arrogant even. What a freaking professional! The public doesn't need to know this things, if he has a problem with T-ara, this should be solved within the company premises.
We can really do nothing now that a decision has been made adding 2 members in the group, 7-ara has so much potential as a group because their dynamics is at it's best right now. Now all of these will change. For one, they have already moved into a new house/dorm ( I wonder if the roommates are still the same.) Of course the distribution of the talent fee will be cut into 9, I'm also wondering if the TF of the group will be higher than before as to compensate the TF that will go into the 2 new member. Eunjung has told before that whenever there is a solo CF, that member who did it gets the largest bulk of the TF but the other part will be shared with the rest of the other members... will the 2 new member gets to share in that too? I just don't think it's fair if it is so. At the very least, T-ara should ask for a review in their Talent Fee/Salary distribution now that they 're gonna be a 9 member group.
I have said before that maybe one of the rationale in this member addition is the Hwayoung case. KKS must have thought, well, it maybe tough at first but she was eventually accepted by the fans so this time won't be any different. I think he's wrong this time. I'll say give it 3 years. I am not hating on the 2 new members, I'm just indifferent in that as a heartbroken 7-ara fan, I don't really care about them now. I only care how much line will be given to Qri, Boram, Eunjung and Hwayoung in the next album.
If it's my way, I would love for them to breakaway NOW from CCM before they lose their identity as T-ara. But I will always support T-ara no matter what, and will always wish them the best.
