You see the whole problem is CCM is coming up with new trolls every now and then. He announced T-ara would have their first concert in July, now there is this member change thing, do you actually think the concert would still work with different members than the current 7? No KKS, unless you're planning to cancel off everything. The photobook? if you release the photobook AFTER the member changes, how stupid would it look to the fans to have ex-members in the book? no logic right?
Everything would be affected due to the member change, be it the member's relationship with the company, promotional activities or even a decrease in the fanbase. Are you sure you are ready for all these KKS? Or are you ready to just watch your most popular group crumble to dust, and then you will too.

This is too much! Our girls worked hard for 3 years and suddenly they get 'fired' what nonsense is this!? They are finally having their own concert in July but some of them might not even be able to perform at it!? And IF they add new members, won't they instantly gain the popularity that the current members have built up with all their hardwork for the past 3 years? If it was like just a few months or a year after debut,adding of members is ok. But you're adding members to a worldwide known group it's just being unfair to the current members. Those members won't experience the difficulty of earning their popularity. Anyways, if they remove/add members now, I can almost gurantee you that T-ara will lose many of their fans. And you wouldn't want that to happen will you KKS? And in the end YOU will be the one at loss.

Lol, if KKS want to make T-ARA better than SNSD (although for me T-ara is far better than SNSD), he should make it 10 members
Btw, here is my opinion about the who will be replaced / out from T-ara (if the replacement really occur)
I think the original 3 aka BIG 3 won't be replaced. Like the other said it will be probably themselves who will leave the group on their own due to their acting careers and KKS fears that.
Soyeon probably won't be removed, because if Jiyeon is the "face" of T-ara, Soyeon is the "voice" of T-ara.
But who knows, KKS said the concept and everything will totally new, so if he really gonna do it, he will need to remove Soyeon "trademarked" angelic voice from T-ara.
Hwayoung probably won't be removed too , based on this statement "After three years as activities as a singer, pride and laziness is effected", Hwayoung just joined for around 1 years
Lastly Boram & Qri. Since JTW album, their appearance is fading more & more ...
This two is the most possible to be replaced.
That's just my opinion and based from my point of view.
Of course no one hope for any replacement.
However, if that's really happen and Park Soyeon is the one who got removed , then I won't be a fans of the "new" T-ara anymore. I will just hear to their old songs and "follow" wherever Soyeon career go ~

For T-ara, there's also the possibility that the surviving members will have a frosty relationship with the new replacements - the last thing an idol group needs is the members fighting amongst themselves. Such a decision is likely to hit So Yeon the most, as her position as T-ara's leader.
However, I disagree that a vocalist can be replaced easily - CCM's roster list isn't as large as most other agencies and hence, probably has less trainees to choose from.
The bigger picture is that KKS is definitely hellbent on trying to compete with SM by making a group similar to SNSD. It will receive a huge lot of flak from the SONEs and even from SM itself. Lee Soo Man and the rest of SM's higher ups are probably not very happy with KKS's decision either. In short, KKS's goal is to get T-ara to replace SNSD as Korea's top national idol girl group as soon as possible - and that is a delusional and impossible goal, to say the least. There's a reason why T-ara had 3 comebacks since last summer. But it's simply not going to work as SM has the money, influence and connections to expand anywhere it wants - CCM doesn't. But Kim Kwang Su doesn't seem to realize that.
With Co-Ed pretty much non-existent while other famous artists in the past like SeeYa, SG Wannabe and Lee Hyori having disbanded or left CCM, I have a feeling T-ara may be the next to follow. Neither of those three worked for CCM for long at all.

For me personally:
Jiyeon - I think she is a very safe member. She may have a lot of activities, but she is undoubtedly the face of T-ara.
Hyomin - I think she is also safe. She's always been loved in T-ara and don't see her leaving
Soyeon - Also, I think she is safe. Soyeon is the voice of the group!
Eunjung - I, am unsure. She's had an injury of late and CCM seems to be pushing her back in performances.. CCM will only be going for the healthy members, and CCM is evil enough to boot her for it.
Qri - My bias, not too safe. She's one of the least appreciated members of the group, and she's also the second oldest. However, CCM seems to be really pushing her in the last few promotions, plus she is really improving. Also one of their best Japanese speakers!
Boram - I feel she is the least safe. She's already voiced her opinions on her health and everything, I feel like CCM could be using this to get rid of her.
Hwayoung - I'm really not sure. While she's the newest member, she does seem to be a great rapper, and has great abilities. However, CCM has never really used her. She's got next to no lines in most songs, and CCM always seems to favour Hyomin and Eunjung for rapping.

Agree Replacing any of The Big 4,the impact will be immediate.
And yes,we should.Some of them barely had any lines.Now,with the new members...hurm..

You may be right in regards to the vocalists being safe, but vocalists can easily be replaced. I think what matters most is age now. boram, qri and soyeon may or may not be in danger. Since boram and qri are nearing 30 as we speak, KKS might be an ass and decide to sack them. I really wish they won't though because it was weird for me at first to accept hwayoung in, but got used to it. Now KKS is planning another change that may remove existing members? Have to agree with everyone else, this is plain outrageous.

Seriously? I really, don't understand this at all? Honestly, I think all the T-ara members should transfer to a different entertainment company, in which they can be happy. Sure, they may have become a little bit lazy, but it isn't their fault is it? KKS has been packing their schedule there is no time to rest anymore. Is it abnormal to become lazy due to the lack of sleep? And prideful? Don't you think calling our girl's conceited is a bit much? Does Kim Kwang Soo even think what people think of him? He's not just this big prouder with the big bucks, he's being viewed as a "Slave owner" with the way he treats T-ara... I honestly don't have much respect for him anymore.
I honestly, don't know what to do anymore. Why aim for 8-9 members? Does KKS really think that is unique? I feel as if they are just trying to make T-ara into an SNSD. I think T-ara was fine a 6 members... sure, Hwayoung was fine to add. But it's becoming too much now.
Finally, I'm just hoping KKS doesn't remove anymore or replace anyone from the 7ara we know. If it does happen, I don't know if I can fully support them as much as I do right now. I hope KKS reads fans opinions and give it more thought before they do anything that could affect T-ara greatly.

Some morons out there think one can be popular just by pure talents??? There are so many talented junior groups out there that mastered both vocal and dancing. But do you see them raised rapidly like the rest? NO Of Course~!! Most of them gained popularity through Dramas, Variety/Reality programs. That's the Fact.
Like come on guys, all of us fans who followed T-ara from the day they debuted as a 6 member group. When did you guys ever see BORAM or QRI being placed individually in any Variety/Reality Shows???
Only Eunjung(WGM), Hyomin(Invincible Youth S1), Jiyeon(Hero), and finally Soyeon (100 Points Out Of 100 a.k.a. Oh My School; this took CCM long enough to decide placing Soyeon in a Variety show...= ='').
Like Soyeon was the Main Vocalist. She was also one of the least popular group members. But after doing her best in "Oh My Shool / 100 Points Out Of 100" she gradually gain more popularity. I started liking her even more after that show.
Only Qri, Boram and Hwayoung weren't given any "Individual" opportunities to shine. If they were placed alone individually in a Variety/Reality show. To do their best and not to get edited out by the PDs, they will do what ever it takes to survive in that.
So definitely it's their Stupid CEO and CCM fault. Go screw yourselves, Kim Kwang Soo, and CCM.

Well it's about f**king time they got a break. Thank goodness for that.
But in all honesty, it's not long enough. They oughta get something
more that's at LEAST a month - that's what I call a break after having
constantly worked for nearly 3 years, with occasional fainting. This is hardly
different to a factory worker being given half the pay he/she deserves for working
overtime for nearly a whole year at the least.
Could it be a publicity stunt by CCM since more fans and to a degree, the general public are
becoming aware that T-ara is being overworked? I cannot say for sure but the possibility is certainly high and open for discussion.
Not even Kim Kwang Su can keep everything under the lid forever.
At least CCM kept its promise the girls would be given a break - except the promised 10 days
is now only barely a week and Ji Yeon won't be getting much from it. What is this? It's a completely half-assed attempt. While it's
good that the girls (or specifically, 6 out of 7 of them) are getting some relief from their workload, overall, CCM hasn't redeemed itself from this at all. For crying out loud, Ji Yeon's the youngest of the group and by her age, only graduated from high school last month - yet she doesn't get the same benefit of the break as the other members. Suffice to say, the timing is awful and sloppy at best.

Until ALL 7 members get a break that's truly long enough to compensate for their years of constant work,
I remain utterly disappointed and angered with CCM, even antagonized against it. And will continue to protest
and if necessary, slander Kim Kwang Su and CCM in general.
But for now, I hope the girls really take this brief time to relax and rest peacefully, spend time with their families and old friends.

If another member is added that will seriously drive me to believe my theory that KKS is trying to make T-ara into SNSD. If he can do 7, then, 8, why not push it to 9, where the top girl group is at. Then sooner or later, he'll want to push into US Market and find a Teddy Riley-like guy to help him. Wake up, Kim Kwang Soo!
If another member is not added, then I hope that it's not breaking into sub-units like After School did with their Red/Blue/Orange Caramel. Yes, it was kind of interesting to see them submerge into different genres, but After School did it for so long without actually coming back together to make a comeback that it's like "Wtf happened to A.S.?"
Lastly, I hope this "member shift" is positive like a "solo debut", like Big Bang does with their members. They all separated for a while to do their own thing, but remained relevant and came back as Big Bang eventually. I could see a Soyeon x Eunjung collab like GD & Top did their thing.
Please Kim Kwang Soo, whatever you're thinking/ doing, don't mess up T-ara.

Like I don't get it, the group is super popular and succesful now. They were even getting a fan name and their own solo concert and then they're just gonna throw everything away like that? Yeah, real great move KKS, solid managing.
Aren't companies aware by now that consistency is key? I don't want to sound like a d-bag but look at After School (even though I love them) their ever shifting member system is rather confusing, really hard to keep up with and the difference in skill level is highly noticiable. It's like putting freshman to perform with seniors. And it doesn't work.
Why they would even CONSIDER changing anyone or anything about T-ARA, specially at this point is beyond me. It's like building a successful empire and then going like, you know what, no, change everything lol - It's stupid. I hope, for their own good, that they see that.

It won't be just immediate - it will hit the news NATION-WIDE.
Moreso, it will especially bring a major buzz from netizens and fans alike.
With T-ara maintaining its popularity at its height as of now, changing it substantially
will bring in horrible results - this could be even more intense than DBSK splitting up.

I'm fairly positive that Ji Yeon, Hyomin, Eun Jung and So Yeon will remain but
for Boram and Qri, it's a real worry - neither of the two are as good at singing or acting
as the other four. Hwa Young is also a potential candidate for being replaced by someone
else.
Frankly, it was CCM's fault for not bothering to improve anything with Boram and Qri.

You do know that the reason that Eunjung is not getting much lines in Cry Cry is probably because of her shooting Queen Insoo right? If you watch all Cry Cry performances, you will notice that most of the time Eunjung is absent.
Hyomin's parts is quite normal IMO, because she has been getting the amount of lines similar to the previous songs. Same goes for Jiyeon because she only has 2 lines in Cry Cry (then again, comparing to Yayaya and WAYBLT, her number of lines increase, so it's only fair she gets more lines in Cry Cry)
As for Qri....she's the weakest singer in the group, so to be honest it's not really a surprise. She's improving tho. In Roly Poly, yeah I do think she's the only one trying hard to sing live so I salute her for that. But her voice compared to the other members is not really that good - correct me if I'm wrong, but she never sings live (without any backtrack) in any show whatsoever long enough to judge her voice right?I don't really know because I don't watch her in shows much compared to the Big 4 so I would love to hear her voice because I'm so curious about it.
I do agree that Boram should at least has one line tho, her voice is suitable for Cry Cry and that Soyeon gets too many lines. I'm not complaining though since Soyeon's voice in Cry Cry is the main point.
For Eunjung's lines in Cry Cry, people should stop judging from one song only especially T-ara fans, they should've known better than to complain about Eunjung's lines.

I personally liked both the song and the concept. T-ara always comes up with unique ones.

If you are just saying Songs, Soyeon will shine the most due to her role as main vocals in T-ara. But Mv will be totally different people.
