Am I the only one who thinks this sounds somewhat....sensual...???? Lol.
Being dance-intensive though...I can't expect much of a great live performance from them (not like that's anything new, but still).

dont fret soyeon fanboys (and fangirls!). idols barely have time for relationships. this article is proof enough. he was away for 2 of their 3 year relationship. the future wont be much different. the only difference between the fans and him is he gets to talk to her on the phone and see her once every few weeks. but like you he has to love her from afar. 90% of the time.

while its nice to support them, just remember:
dont let this ruin your soyeon dreams! always believe!

Oh Jong Hyun is a badass, as he served in the ROKMC. He served in one of the reconnaissance battalions, which is pretty much one of the most top-dog units in the entire branch. Hell, the ROKMC is known for it's brutally difficult training and with an exceptionally impressive combat record that earned them respect even from their United States Marine Corps' counterparts.
Soyeon must be proud of him and I'm happy for the two.
Now, if only he can be let loose on CCM's building and CEO with a pair of K2 assault rifles and grenades...Vive la liberte to T-ara.

I suspect a lot of Soyeon's male fans heart sank when they read the news of Soyeon and boyfriend which sounds kind of silly but natural to feel that way. I should know coz that's how i felt too. We are all humans with emotions, right? This must be how dads around the world feel when they discover that their daughters are dating .
But in the end, deep down we are all happy for her. Being in a steady and serious relationship is an indescribable feeling.
    Happy for you Soyeon!!

Well She seems happy and I wish both of them the best, but why do i get the distinct feeling that this is could potentially get ugly, I mean openly admitting to dating, generally tends to end up blowing up in the girlfriends face (think Hara of Kara). Anyway I hope this will work for her I mean she deserves some happiness and love in her life especially after all the hardships she had to go through up till now, but I've come to learn that with idols things are never straightforward or easy or normal for that matter.
And Scatter... K2... REALLY, seriously man you disappoint me... LIKE REALLY DISAPPOINT. I mean we are talking about CCM/KKS here finest slaves... whatever they are slaves of , they deserve much more than K2 assault rifles and grenades. Be a bit more creative, think minigun. In all honesty though the lad might have been special forces I do believe that might be out of his league, I mean we are talking about a 150kg weapon, and he's nowhere big and fat enough to carry something like that around, no offense (but let's be honest if he would actually commit to that, there's no way he could keep dating Sso, because let's face it a relationship between a Heavy and his Sasha is a sacred and exclusive one
for those who don't know what I mean hehe)P.S.: If the linking of the video is against the rules pls feel free to tell me Mods and I shall remove it:D

I'm happy at new opportunities for T-ARA but my first wishes are for their safety.
From what I've heard of the Palms LV show and a youtube clip purporting to be of the new US release, that version of Jeon Won Diary is not very good.
It's slow and littered with lyrics about bitches and hoes. It doesn't sound particularly unique in the genre. CCM is desperate to tap into that US market for whatever reason, probably because the girls' contracts expire next year. Hopefully they weigh options with others agencies because CCM has not done them as many favors as they have disservices. YG Entertainment feels like a better fit.
In any event, I'm sure we all want T-ARA to succeed because we ♥ them.

I don't expect them to do any better than the Wonder Girls, BoA, Se7en and JYJ, nor will they match the kind of attention Psy's Gangnam Style got, and that turned out to be a one-hit wonder. Hell, not even SNSD stands a decent chance of making it big in the US. In fact, there's no act in K-pop that is capable of doing so - they can try, but they won't go very far and will end up having to return back home.
Far, far too many walls to climb over.
Chris Brown himself is a problem. With a record of violence, hit-and-run as well as failing to even do his community service sentence properly, I don't know why the hell anyone thinks it's a good idea for T-ara to be with him anywhere. Regardless of whatever talent he has, he's a criminal (a violent one at that), and the only place Mr. Tough Brownie belongs in is a little place known as a prison cell behind bars, wearing a bright orange scrubs or a striped jumpsuit 24/7.

And again, it turns out to be a mini-album. Someone should go to CCM and scream at the executives' faces there to make a second studio album, because it has been years since the first one. Are we gonna be facing more repackages along the way too? Lol.
As for people wondering why Dani is being brought into the topic - it's been obvious since last year that there has been a visible opposition to her being a full-time T-ara member and do not accept such under any circumstance (myself included). It's not that hard to figure out that there are people that prefer the group to stay as 6-ara and keep it that way for valid reasons. They ain't babysitters and do not have the time and effort to be such.
EDIT: On the other hand, anyone want to take a guess how long the promotion cycle is gonna be?

I'd much rather have them go back to Korea and work on full studio albums, with the other girls as a whole. These minialbums and repackages are killing me. Plus foreign music is huge hit or miss here. Mostly miss.

I've said this before and I will say it again. I am scared. When they first went there ,I was really hopeful and happy and then that mess of a performance happened. The girls don't know enough English and Dani doesn't know enough Korean for there to be effective communication. Add the fact that I doubt any one in CCM has any comprehension of the market or the people they want to work with. Chris Brown arranging their Countryside Life remix makes me feel even more wary because the dude is not know to be a good composer.
CCM has money problems and I feel like they are throwing that girls at anything and everything just to make a few dollars. I don't see this ending well unless they make a gimmicky video like Gentleman but then again that song flopped. Like Grimlock said a full album will be much better received. T-ara is rumoured to have an October comeback which sounds like a last minute decision based on their schedule and how it has been released. CCM should really start thinking things through

By the way - CCM doesn't do jack with producing. The producing can be outsourced to independent producers who get paid to do the job while distributing is done by LOEN. CCM only does the promoting.
    Good
. Soyeon. Bias, not too sexy, not too cute, good singer in the idol community and a tough as nails.
. Boram. I just can't help but sympathize for her, plus she's SO CUTE!!!!! (squeals like a fanboy)
. Catchy songs (Okay, some anyway, at least in my taste). Then there's the kickass ones like TTL and Maboo.
. Tough as hell - must I say? With such schedules, they probably work even longer hours than an average soldier here in NZ every day.
They managed to live through the scandal and put up with constant crap from management. That's something worth damn respecting. One of the many reasons I'm enlisting is because I feel like a weakling compared to them.
. Their ballads are indeed enjoyable. The list is rather extensive.
. At least to me, they can go both sexy and cute or a combination of both, much like SNSD and Kara. No, it is not suited for kiddies still.
. Great outfits. Cry Cry, Lovey Dovey, Day By Day and Sexy Love (to some extent anyway) were particularly eye-grabbing. Plus their airport fashion is quite dazzling.
    Bad
. KKS and CCM for obvious reasons. Terrible, TERRIBLE management.
. Lip-syncing and too much reliance on background track - even if they do sing, you can barely hear their voices, if at all.
. Lackluster performances - a lot of times, I feel they're not really there putting their best and just don't want to perform at all, but this is probably due to exhaustion - again, Crack-Crazy Moron should be blamed for this.
. Terribad line distribution during Cry Cry and LD in particular.
. No studio album since 2009. Come on CCM, enough with the constant flow of mini-albums and repackages. It looks like a sign of desperation just to gain a quick buck out of fans' pockets.
. Some of their fans. There's one in the forums who's gained notoriety here, obviously. Then there's people like soyeon-fanboy at Tumblr who makes liking T-ara look like something to be embarrassed about and gives the fandom a bad image. There's also some fans who overrate the group or their biases too much up to the point they're delusional and get butthurt with even the slightest criticism.
. Reliance on too many damn Japanese remakes. For a debut album in Japan, it's pretty ridiculous to see only two tracks are originals.
. Fragile stability. I won't dwell into this.
. Sub-par rapping at times, even for idol standards. I honestly think Roly Poly and Sexy Love could have gone without the rapping.
. YaYaYa. I recommend any government out there to use this song for interrogating criminals and terrorists.
. The awkward moment that Soyeon and Boram are older than me by 6 to 7 years, respectively O___O A guy can dream, right?
. In many of their title tracks, they all sound the same like chipmunks singing together.
Naw, I think it's normal lol.

Scatter_88mil got a reaction from sayruq in [SPAZZ] T-ara will still stand strong for many years to come
Hope you don't mind me being a bit nitpicky here but the title is perhaps a bit misleading - T-ara will not be 'standing strong' for the 'many years to come'.
Idol groups never really last all that long, for beginners, save for cases like Shinhwa and possibly in the future, SNSD as well i.e. groups that
As soon as the members' contracts expire (which may as well be happening anytime between next year to maybe 3 years at best - hell even this year possibly), then it's over. T-ara would either disband or become a shadow of its former self. And when it comes to how very, very little Boram and Qri actually benefited as idols (and in Boram's case, legitimate health issues), chances of them signing back into CCM are very, very low.
The song does well largely because of T-ara's fanbase (as with pretty much any major K-pop group). Not because it's a genius masterpiece.
It's not even about T-ara vs netizens and antis anymore. It's about T-ara vs their own future.
@Denty012 - In regards to Countryside Diary, you ain't the only one mate lol. Performing a song like that is undoubtedly going to be difficult (if not impossible) to pull off well in live stages. On the other hand, *gasp* you live in Irvine?! Always wanted to visit that place, especially since it's where Blizzard Entertainment is located at :3

Ok after this whirlwind tour, can I first say 'YAY, 6-ara.' /awkward crickets chirping
*cough* I mean come on I think this is the only good news I can pick out from this article. Though honestly I feel really bad for T-ara now. I mean with all the addition and subtraction of member changes, in the end they end up with the six original members. On one side I feel really happy cause 6-ara was already doing great(in my opinion) but on the other hand I feel that the netizens are gonna pick up on them again, as 'HAR HAR Why keep on adding so many members if you're gonna kick them all out in the end?' Yep, I can totally see that one coming.
However I'm really happy with 6-ara coming back. I just don't know why KKS thought it would be funny to play with them like that? That aside, I'm totally hyped for their comeback now.
As with Dani, is it like they're making her be only a member of T-ara N4? I mean like with Henry and Zhoumi of Super Junior-M? Hmm, that does make sense, seeing that she's the only one who understands English.
Though I would like to say, KKS must always act before he think. I mean after all this it has to be pretty evident. If he gave it deep thought he could have always made good use of 6-ara, made a sub-unit with only Dani, allowed Ahreum a solo career and asked what she wanted to do before pushing her in T-ara.
Also I don't understand how THE SEEYA's Yeonkyung can be allowed to perform as a part of 5DOLLS and still go back to performing in her own group? KKS you're seriously screwed up in so many more ways than one.
