  1. Yeah, a few of the random posters there have brains. I noticed they like to aggravate the trolls by being rational and using logic. Pretty obvious something major happened before that performance, but now we have to figure out what exactly that was. It's painful to have to rely on CCM statements alone, lol.
  2. That's exactly why I couldn't support the whole "they've been bullying for years" theory. They specifically said "determination", which instantly told me someone felt someone else wasn't pulling their weight in a business sense. Very few seemed to pick up on that. It was a professional/business ethic reference, and these performances are their business. To me, this whole situation was the result of someone's behavior at a very specific time and place, and frustration overcame them. Whether or not this statement is accurate, it sure explains a lot if true.Even so, I can't "turn against" Hwayoung until I have some actual evidence, and even then I still feel sorry for her.
  3. Not in all cases. They aren't hounded like SNSD, and what happens backstage is not open to the fans.I don't know what to believe right now since I never trusted CCM, but I have been wondering from that very performance, just how did Hyomin forget those lyrics if she had time to prepare, especially since she also has trained for years at rapping? And why didn't Hwayoung perform in the chair at this relatively little show, as she did at the biggest concert of their career (Budokan)? I've been wondering this since these rumors started, but I've kept my mouth shut so as not to instigate Hwayoung fans. I am a Hwayoung fan as well, but what doesn't make sense stands out to me.
  4. So you feel that she may have acted this way as a result of being bullied after Budokan? This Music Bank stage was the same day as Hyomin's initial tweet, so how do we know Hyomin's tweet wasn't a reference to this alleged tantrum? Not taking sides, just curious as to how you reached your conclusion.
  5. New Diadem headline up, everyone. Perhaps we should start posting there.
  6. Sadly, I think too many people are having fun with the other statements to even bother reading this one. Hopefully, Diadem will make new headlines as these statements are released so everyone can see them.
  7. Your exam is a lot more important than this. Considering how little information we have, all we really know is something is obviously being hidden from the public.
  8. lol, yeah, I remember anxiously awaiting the 'Day by Day' reveal, but let's hope he doesn't delay this announcement just like that video. We also have to remember that we may never learn the whole story, but there are many good points being posted in this thread, and I think anyone who is confused should read them all. From my own interpretation of the situation (which is similar to much of what is being posted here), I don't think I would accuse them of being bullies no matter what is revealed, since it'll likely be just smoke and mirrors.
  9. That's true, and unfortunately, it worked out great for them. So I guess they can't bear to give up on a winning formula. I'm just glad there are those of us who know exactly what they're doing, and we're not falling for it.
  10. Oh wow. This is a brand new low for them. I'm so glad I have been avoiding them the last few days. I never take what they say seriously, knowing their history, but to see them reverting so completely to their old ways when they see a golden opportunity, instead of using their influence to calm everyone done, it's hard to describe just how disgusting they are.
  11. You can check out Oniontaker's blog, he posted the translations on July 27, so go can backtrack through his blog until you see it (not his personal blog). It's labeled "T-ara Situation". You can also click his "#tara" tag to find it. Sorry, but I think I read somewhere I'm not allowed to post direct links here. He seems to be a good source of information regarding this whole situation. And remember that Allkpop has always been a landfill of lies and hate, and they attract many flies. They've been trying to pretend lately that they have class, but stuff like this shows otherwise. I would avoid them as a reliable source of information.
  12. It's funny, some of these longer posts like yours say things that I think are very important when viewing this whole situation, and I'm just hoping everyone is reading them all the way through. I agree we should all keep cool and be rational about all this. And I think your last part is hilarious, I wish I was in the Shoutbox yesterday.
  13. Yeah, that's what I was thinking, too. Knowing CCM and their statements, there is a good chance absolutely nothing will be clarified, and it will be a bizarre excuse of some sort. Really, I think this whole situation is a result of terrible management.
  14. I used to watch Vitamin constantly, until they changed the format and the hosts. Still, it's more interesting than a lof of other shows, so I'm very thankful for this post. And Eunjung really does look tired, but she always works so hard to be cheerful. I hope they can sleep a few hours over the weekend!
  15. I'm not sure if I'm allowed to post links to external websites, but if you guys want to know about the tweets, check out Oniontaker's blog, he has them all translated. And let's not be too concerned with netizens blowing this out of proportion. Most of them are likely anti-fans of T-ara, and they will use anything they can to try and ruin T-ara's reputation. Most of them don't even care about these tweets or anything else, they're just having fun trolling us fans. T-ara's current popularity just makes them a bigger target. Just ignore the stupid comments.
  16. I doubt it'll have anything to do with kicking any members out, which seems to be a rumor going around. Especially with all their success in Japan at the moment, I don't think CCM will risk anything that drastic. Still, I'm confused, if it's an apology for the tweets, wouldn't they have to retract their whole "hacked accounts" statement? I guess we'll see what happens.
  17. I would love to have audio of this interview, Eunjung's voice has a tone that brings happiness, lol. As for the charts, at least they got the all-kill when it first came out, and it seems to be doing good digitally even now. I get the feeling CCM chose 'Day by Day' as the first comeback single because they knew it would be tough with all the comebacks from other groups, so they picked a song that sounded nothing like the other 'summer songs' that were out. Both as a way to stand out, and also so that if it didn't reach number #1 for the month, everyone would understand since it was kind of a melancholy song for summer. I'm kind of impressed it's doing as well as it is considering how melancholy it is compared to the other popular songs right now. And now they have the advantage of a real dance track with 'Sexy Love' (what happened to the 'Mirage' title?) being released with no major competitors (as far as I know), so this will be interesting. Can't wait!
  18. That was a little painful for the eyes. Not just the flashing, but the disorienting quick cuts as well. They looked amazing, and the dance looked good (what I could see of it), but this was obviously a really low budget MV. If they wanted to save money, I wish they played this song to them walking around in Paris or something during that trip they had, I think that would've fit a lot better. But I guess realistically they had to release some type of dance MV. Still, I'm actually very happy to see it, and I look forward to the many GIFs and screencaps fans will undoubtedly make!
  19. I'm very happy with both performances! The live singing in 'Don't Leave' was perfect, I really hope this song becomes a big hit. The chorus and the part near 2:25 are chillingly awesome! 'Day by Day' still sounds so good! One of the best pop songs I've ever heard, from any country (love how it sounds kinda like the Final Fantasy IX theme). Whatever happened to Jiyeon's nose, it looked fine here, and I'm glad that stomach problem for Boram was temporary. Sad to know Eunjung and Soyeon were sick, I hope they can sleep a few extra hours. As for the choreography, it seems like a very subtle and complex dance to pull off on stage while keeping track of cameras and singing etc., so I think they did very well overall. It'll probably look better and better the more they perform it! Love the hand movements during the rap parts! And for any Sone out there (or anyone who wants a laugh), at 3:16 in this MC cut video, you can see Taeyeon of SNSD doing a dorky version of 'Roly-Poly' and Seohyun doing the 'Lovey Dovey' hair ruffle! Really made me laugh! (starts at 3:16) http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5tUy3me8ZEc
  20. Wow, just yesterday I was thinking how amazing it would be if they could perform 'Day by Day' with live instruments, and now this news is like a wish come true! This is so great! But I had no idea about Jiyeon's nose, and it's just so sad she can't be there for their first comeback stage. I'm sure she is even more disappointed than we are. I hope she rests and recovers well!
  21. Wow, great pictures! Thank you so much for posting this! When I first heard the chorus of 'Day by Day', I imagined the video might take place in one of these places, because the song just seemed to suit the cool architecture and old buildings, but of course, I'm very happy with the vid they did make! I really hope this goes on sale at some point for all the fans!
  22. Yeah, lol, I guess we all knew that was coming. It probably would've been the other way around if 2NE1 released their song before T-ara. T-ara's recent songs have had very long legs on the charts, and that's what will really count for them in the end.I really wonder why CCM couldn't release 'Day by Day' for Itunes in the US like 2NE1 just did with 'I Love You'. Although I know none of those charts keep track of Itunes, I'm kinda sad I can't contribute to the song's performance in any way during this first week except by watching the video.
