I never heared of Tenso and tried From Japan for the first time now, but my Ex-GF had a lot of good experiences with From Japan, so I think that they are trustworthy.
I used a service called ccMelon before, but sadly they went bankrupt.

Well, you could use a service like From Japan. They can order the tickets for you and ship them to your address.
