[13.10.15] "This is not our comeback. This is our re-debut with our six original members."

The past year was an eventful year for T-ara. Frequent activities, events, and more, but also all kinds of rumors and malicious comments that are countless. After promoting nonstop for four years, it seems like everything they had worked for was lost over the past year. They had a lot of opportunities in their career, but instead they just watched what they had already end.

On the 14th, T-ara met in a cafe in Gangnam to discuss this as well as their new comeback album released on the 10th. Despite all of this, T-ara were still smiling and satisfied with the result of their promotions so far.

"The response to our new album was better than we expected. We worried and talked about how the public would view us every day. It made us anxious, but we were all united to become better (as a group.)"

Despite various times they felt bitter about their controversy, all members admitted they have matured. Instead of promoting with the goal of #1 in mind, T-ara promoted with the thought of rewarding the fans who still believed in them. "We did in a way lose our original intentions. We weren't proud when this event had occurred. It made us realize how important our parents, family, friends and staff members are; and above all, it made us realize how important our members are.

T-ara will soon be into their fifth year of promotions since their debut. The members of T-ara have gone through many toxic changes. T-ara answered why they frequently changed their group. "Honestly, it's true of most idol groups. Our agency is full of staff who are experts and know what to do. The process (of changing members) helped us show better sides of us."

T-ara has gone back to year one. Their goal is simple. T-ara want to be loved every moment they can and do their best without regrets. They want to go back as soon as possible to the place they used to hold in their fan's hearts. "We think about how the past year was really difficult, but we were able to learn. It was a necessary time for T-ara."

Going to the broadcast station, meeting fans, and reading online articles.. they will keep this thought in mind. Yesterday, today, and tomorrow. "We will never lose the thoughts of beginners. We returned with our original six members with our hearts set as rookies. It's not a comeback. We feel like it's out debut again. T-ara will continue to work re~aally hard in the future."

T-ara's Hyomin has transformed into a tomboy for a dreamy winter pictorial.
With falling snowflakes surrounding her, Hyomin poses in a dreamlike setting for a pictorial in the fashion magazine InStyle January edition. In the pictorial, Hyomin displays her romantic and glamorous style with various patterns of clothing, neutral themed pants and lovely accessories.
An official from InStyle magazine praised Hyomin saying, "Hyomin did remarkably well presenting a dreamlike and alluring appearance in her photoshoot."
In an interview, Hyomin revealed her thoughts and said, "I realize and feel how valuable the position I have is now. Looking back, beside me and in front of me was always family and friends who helped me step by step progress towards growing and reaching a more mature appearance.
Hyomin also revealed how grateful she is for her fans and found a way to express her true sincerity in her feelings. The warm interview can be found in the January issue of InStyle magazine.

Aah,I simply love these quotes.I hate it when T-ara's scandal were never confirmed but received hatred from almost all citizens in Korea (another example is Tablo) while some who involved in scandals that are far more serious can easily get away with that (but of course,it's not 100% true).
Although more than half of Korean citizens and KPOP fans still haven't forgive T-ara,I'm glad to see that these people (e.g: him and Hyomin's 1000th Man PD) still support T-ara through highs and lows. They know that even though they will get a lot of bashing for backing them up,they're not afraid to do so and I respect them for doing that.
We,QUEEN'S,just want to say thank you for still supporting our girls.I'm sure they really appreciate that.

[12.10.08] Director Cha Euntaek talks about T-ara & Eunjung in an interview with News 2 Day

"The T-ara incident made me detest even more the way Korean society does not tell right from wrong"
Reporter: Recently, you've supported Eunjung through twitter and this became a hot topic. You didn't expect that right? What are your thoughts about the T-ara incident?
In response to the question that the reporter asked mindfully, Director Cha Euntaek surprisingly gave a calm and sharp response. Because of his message of support to Eunjung, Director Cha was also criticised by some netizens. Director Cha was the director for T-ara's MV's like Lovey Dovey, and so have known Eunjung for a long time. He understands Eunjung more than anybody else and truly feels sad and worried about Eunjung.
"Although my message wasn't left simply without thought nor was it left simply just to cheer her on, it still represented my worry and care for her. When she knew that she was casted for "Five Fingers", you wouldn't know how happy she was and how hard she worked in preparation. If I was a member of T-ara, I might have hidden away somewhere because of the pain. T-ara being ostracised by the public, this has made me really detest Korean society. I really detest those who, after someone's mistake, add insult to injury without first determining right from wrong. To be honest, I thought "Should I gamble my career in the entertainment industry and just say it all [and argue]? Just say it all on twitter?" I was really angry at the time."
"I've watched them grow since the T-ara members were still trainees. They are kids who have worked hard to become singers, and I was really hurt to see them criticised like that. Eunjung's message on twitter was actually really simple and pure. They cannot go out and play like other teenagers, but have to practise with all their might, running around to complete their activities. They cannot live like other kids of the same age, but are constrained by their work. They are kids who are more simple and pure than others of their age."
"At the time, I was really very upset. To see how the public, without understanding the circumstances, became so sure that there must have been bullying between them. I don't understand, there have been incidents in the past that were much worse, idols who have done illegal things, but why only treat T-ara with such harshness?"
About how his message of support for Eunjung caused a stir amongst netizens, Director Cha said: "Although we should criticise acts that are wrong, but to see people carelessly criticise and condemn acts that are right simply because of their own subjectivity and bias, I really could not carrying on living pretending that I did not see this in our society."
"Eunjung ah, you have to live with strength"
"I always talk with Eunjung, and she told me 'Because of Director-nim, I've gained a lot of strength." She cannot clarify everything that has happened, simply for the reason that they are all very close. In reality, their relationship is not what outsiders have portrayed it to be like, and they do not want each other to be criticised or blamed because of themselves. Because of this incident, they really cried a lot. I really can't bear to see them cry like that. I tried to find ways to comfort them, but I couldn't come up with any good ways but to say to them to live with strength. After Eunjung was forced out of "Five Fingers" I had once worried that she would do something stupid."

Even when the haters come by, they are exposed to the song and it brings along this type of publicity. I think they are ridiculous but they are helping to create more exposure for T-ara. In America, there is a saying, "There is no such thing as bad publicity." ,and I am truly hoping that this whole incident will fade like all things as we focus more on the work the girls produce. Better yet, this has brought on more new fans to help them reach an even higher status in Korea and internationally. The number of haters will fade as it started from baseless rumors anyway, there will still always be haters but the numbers will dwindle and in turn, the exposure has created more awareness about them and their music.

Actress Kim Hye Eun "Soyeon staying on Haeundae Lovers, please applaud!"

“It is not an issue that can be solved by leaving the drama. Ostracizing/bullying is clearly a serious societal problem, but where there is debate but no confirmed facts or truth, to unconditionally accuse and criticize young adults is not right. To push the young into a difficult situation because of the existence of a debate, is this something that adults should do?”
Actress Kim Hye Eun, who also appears in Haeundae Lovers with Soyeon, candidly expressed her thoughts about the T-ara issue. On the 28th with an interview with Daily Economy Star Today, Kim Hye Eun said “There has been a lot of controversy surrounding the drama, including Soyeon’s appearance on the drama and the Busan dialect, but on set, the atmosphere is still happy and enjoyable.” “It is true that there are many unfavorable aspects, but they have to be solved wisely one by one.”
Kim Hye Eun said that day: “To already have promised to appear in the drama, and to have already participated in over 5 filmings, behaviour like ‘Because of your response, I will cut you out’ is wrong.” “In the T-ara incident, most importantly, it is the adults who have made the bigger errors. I want to applaud the decision of the production team to continue working together under circumstances of debate in order to not disappoint the hardworking actors.”
She continued: “Partial conversations over twitter or SMS between young adults cannot be used to make judgments on everything.” “One cannot say who was at fault, but to avoid similar situations and to prevent kids from getting hurt, care and wise judgments are needed from adults. In particular, if the agency can take some action on behalf of the children, that would be great. Very anxious”
At the same time, she expressed: “No matter what the problem is, to just solve the superficial issue is not the way to resolve the problem.” She added, “Right now, Soyeon, as the object of anger, is in a dilemma. If she ignores the situation and chooses to leave the drama unconditionally, then the viewers’ wounds might feel more comfortable, but the heart will not be cured. Even if the surrounding circumstances are loud and noisy, isn’t it a good thing that the actors’ acting and the production team’s hardwork together receive praise for the drama?”
On the other hand, Kim Hye Eun’s charismatic acting as the wife of President Yang in Haeundae Lover has received praise.

As much as I don't like the idea of it, this article could have easily been written by a journalist paid off by KKS. Now before you go calling me an anti of T-ara - for the records, no, I still fully support both T-ara and Hwayoung.
But ask yourself this; why did KKS claim that the tweets which seemed like they were bullying were typed by hackers? Why did Eunjung apologise and say that she made Hwayoung a wangta? Either way we will most likely never have the truth revealed to us, not at least until the remaining members are out of CCM.
All of this BS lies down to KKS. Kicking out a member because she refused to perform once? Really? She obviously must have had a valid reason to not have wanted to perform. He crushed a young girl living her dream of performing and to add fuel to the fire he slung dirt at her making her recruitment chances close to nil, all at the expense of protecting the current member's images. All this could have been prevented if he sorted this out in private,
Obviously all of that backfired as no one believes in that lying piece of s**t that is KKS and to make matters worse, T-ara is the one who received all of the backlash and KKS walked out scot-free. I mean come on, KKS is the definition of scum. I hope he get's into a scandal of his own, I will revel as he tries to put the blame elsewhere and fail at it.

    T-Jinyo and Protests
Lately these few days, it is no longer about who’s right and who’s wrong.
It’s no longer about whether or not Hwayoung is bullied.
What is really going on is how to bring down T-ara.
So far, this is the biggest scandal in T-ara history.
Yes, we have Jiyeon scandal, Hwayoung lovey-dovey scandal and all sorts of things.
But those are not T-ara brightest days.
T-ara is still that group that is childish in the public’s eye.
Nobody really bothers whether T-ara survive the scandal or gets beaten by it.
But lately, T-ara has been clinching many achievements.
Dominating the Japan market with their various hits.
Dominating the first half of 2012 with purely one single.
As a result, people felt threatened by this, they’re jealous, they want to fight against T-ara but bringing them down is very difficult.
So when this type of scandal appear, they quickly utilises the media to defame our Queens.
The media, evil as always, will do whatever it takes to increase the number of viewers/readers to their ‘news’. It doesn’t matter if it’s fake, if it’s based on no evidence. As long as it’s attractive, people will read it, they post it.
Exaggerating the news, that’s what media does best.
Just like how teen crimes are exaggerated in the UK, sites like allkpop just keep on posting news of baseless conjecture.
Yes they have sources, but they take advantage of the fact that we, international fans, do not read Korean and claim that they translate it exactly how it’s written when it’s not.
When things like proofs against bullying appears, they take forever to post them onto their site, cause it would mean the drama is ending, readers count will dropped.
That’s what the media wants, bunch of scrooge claiming any benefits available without the slightest business ethics being put in consideration. It’s business after all, yes it’s entertainment world, but this is all business, it’s all about the money.

    What are those? EGGS?
Seriously what do they hope to achieve by these I really don’t know.
I don’t see how throwing a few eggs at CCM is gonna bring the whole building down?
It’s not like throwing eggs and conducting these protests are going to make KKS so scared to bow down before them. What do you expect? Like KKS has egg-allergy or something? =____=
These are people, who act rashly without thinking.
They protest in the name of Queen’s of which I’m really ashamed of.
They demand truth, truth about the scandal when it has already been given to them, that there is NO BULLYING.
They say as T-ara fans, they’re very angry and they demand explanations.
What explanations do you want? That there is bullying? So you just gonna keep throwing eggs no matter what explanation is provided cause you only accept the explanation that there is bullying?

Exactly what I’m saying people, T-Jinyo and these so-called Queen’s are one group. Yes they don’t contact each other but their purpose is the same: To have CCM/KKS/T-ara confirmed that there is bullying. Their purpose is the same but the outcome they hope to achieve is different.
T-Jinyo are wolf in sheep’s clothing bunch of fools. They act all high and mighty, fight in the name of justice, demand fairness and equality, demand bullying to be eradicated but all they want is for T-ara to be disbanded. Based on what I’ve been hearing, T-Jinyo is headed by a 15-year-old. I mean like seriously? You can’t even feed your xxxxing self, and you form this hypocritical organisation to brings down a CORPORATION? T-Jinyo have what? hundreds of thousands of people? And all that turns up at the protest like what? 6? Keyboard warriors, keyboard warriors everywhere. If you want to bring across the message, do it the diplomatic way. They want to talk to T-ara, why? Usually when things go wrong in, let’s say, a supermarket/fastfood restaurant you automatically ask to look for the? MANAGER! that’s right. T-Jinyo are bunch of fools that lose to KKS and are just trying their luck by pressing T-ara to say out the ‘truth’ they are looking for. But when T-ara say there is really no bullying, I’m sure they’ll just say that KKS is doing the trick again.
I mean, LET’S SAY, T-ara did bully Hwayoung, why would they even own up?
Why are all these brainless people trying to take T-ara down with such cheap methods? They’re the real bully, media are the real bully, but nobody cares, cause they’re wasting our precious time
So people, like what the American president say,” We don’t negotiate with terrorists”
We, Queen’s, should do the exact same thing and say: WE DON’T NEGOTIATE WITH BUNCH OF CRIMINALS TRYING THEIR LUCK IN BENDING THE TRUTH. (I mean, protesters are criminals aren’t they? )
Meanwhile, these fake Queen’s demand the same ‘truth’ but not because they want to bring down T-ara, they’re not as wicked and evil as T-Jinyo but they’re even more selfish than T-Jinyo. They want to feel better, to feel compensated. Let’s just ignore them should we? They’re at the road’s end and the best thing they can do is throwing eggs. They can’t even afford watermelons to throw. Pathetic bunch of crowd.
To end off, these madness will end. it will end. and it’s all up to KKS on how he will solve it. Either that or the media decided to post some truths finally. We as fans there’s really nothing we can do except in helping proving there is no bullying and stand by T-ara during these difficult times. Don’t have a change of heart into other fandoms and don’t EVER bash T-ara, then you’re no different than the antis and I’m just gonna troll you like all the other antis.
Nights, gonna be less active for this week due to exam

To be honest i am now really scared of korean netizens, they come of to me (not all but most) as psychotic, lunatic, no life bullies. It's like they could kill a person for no reason, you know the type of person who'd do something stupid like throwing egg, tomatoes etc. or worst an acid who could seriously damage skins to an innocent person. For me (and my opinion ONLY) they are the most (worst kind) of bullies, hypocrites (and hypocrites are the people i hated the most), crazy, ignorant, stupid, idiotic, psychotic, etc. type of person in the whole world.
Okay i know my words are harsh (well i kinda exaggerated it) but my point is and honestly i am now so scared to even go in korea. Like i couldn't even imagine associating myself with this kind of people. I am not only saying this now because of T-ara issue but how they treated other K-Celeb in the past, like Block B, Jay Park, Kangin, Daesung and other Korean personalities in the past that some even couldn't take it anymore and they committed suicide.
Now i truly understand why Korea is the country with the most number of suicide committed every year and why i read some comments saying korean netizens are the worst person in the world to think that i even try to defend them before because i think the words thrown to them was just harsh but now i realize they so deserve it..

    - The EunJung I know is very innocent and lonelier than anybody, unlike of a celebrity’s personality. After coming back straight from Japan, not even sleeping for a bit, [she] went to watch the performance by her same age graduates, even until the very end of performance, she is this kind of friend. To her, taking care of people beside her is something she ought to do naturally, even after ten years she is still the same (they have been friends for ten years). Normally I won’t talk about T-ara’s things, but I am too shocked when this incident happens. After [knowing each other] so long, we have become like a family, so I am very heartbroken. Seems like now she is [mentally] exhausted, FIGHTING! Praying that as time passes, everything will turn out fine. I love you, sister.
