Plus if they were going to have a new leader for Cry Cry, they'd have already chosen one by now. xP They change leaders after every year. I recall they once mentioned after every comeback but what they really meant was each year. Like when T-ara wins from Roly-Poly etc Hyomin's always in shock and Soyeon/Eunjung will cover for her. Kinda. Yeah Soyeon really needs to be the leader now .. Now leader should handle cry cry and ya ya ya.usually change leader from unoriginal T-ara like q-ri or soyeon.next year i smell their debut internationally.the leader would be jiyeon.lol..since shes the longest trainning after hyomin plus the face plus it is amazing headline.the maknae is the leader.lol.. Anyway, as for the next leader, I feel like Soyeon have higher chances of becoming the leader. Although I'd like Qri to be the leader so that she can be more known to the public (by public I obviously meant the non T-Ara fans). As for the leader period, I'd think that they will stick to about at least half a year for each of the member rather than changing every single comeback. Based on their logic, you do want to change leader so that everyone can be a leader eventually, but if you do it every comeback..and each comeback happens say every 3-4 months. That means by the end of 2012, all T-Ara members by then were the leader at one point...so then the next question will pop up is: "What's next?". Not that I love Soyeon any less, but I'm hoping for Qri to shine more in the coming days. Maybe the leadership responsibility will help boost her confidence and popularity. Besides even if Soyeon isn't the leader, she still gets to talk and still is a leader figure specially during their presscons and whenever they need someone to talk to in their behalf.
