I'm a fan of both groups but there is really a big similarity with how they are being promoted. I don't want all this comparisons!
But MNET seems to be directing their marketing efforts against KARA. I just hope the two groups will have a great comeback.

LOL KARA started with a boyish look back in 2007. They changed to cute cause they got ignored.
It's the same way with T-ara turning from "Lies," "TTL" to CUTE with BPBP.
It's all marketing, DSP succeeded with KARA and Core Contents is doing well with T-ara.

It depends on timing and the right songs. Like right now T-ara has the perfect timing.
There are no bigger groups coming back until February.
I don't think T-ara can go against groups like SNSD, KARA and BEG yet cause they have bigger fanbases.
But with rookies? T-ara can definitely shine.

uhm it's all about common sense. No need for us to pretend that fans are all kind.
Let's say it's not 100% T-ara fans, maybe 80%? I think it's pretty obvious that those were T-ara fans anyway.
Ever since they made a comeback at the same time there is TENSION. It's not stated but we know there is COMPETITION.
