They stopped the rhyming for the title of the song .... From Bo Peep Bo Peep, Yayaya, Roly Poly, Cry Cry, Lovey Dovey and Day by Day, why didn't they name the new song Sexy Sexy instead.
(not that I'm complaining about Sexy Love though)So Justin TImberlake claimed that he's bringing sexy back, Super Junior told their fans that they are still Sexy, Free and Single and now T-ara are saying that they need some Sexy Love from their fans and they will in return provide some Sexy Love back to their fans with some hot pantomime dance??

And I think you're a bit too pessimistic to give a fair viewpoint on the situation. Long story short, some of the girls are by no means thrilled with the additions (we've already heard Eunjung give about as honest an answer as we'll ever get regarding her take on Dani and Areum's inclusion in Star Life Theater) but that doesn't mean all the girls hate them either. All anybody has to go on is what we see, and it looked like some of the members were trying to help Dani out while she was on stage and were trying to be supportive of her. She obviously doesn't know much Korean, they could've been rude and just let her sweat it out but Hyomin did her best to translate and Jiyeon tried to be supportive as well.
After seeing Dani in this I can't hate on her. Maybe it's because I'm an adult and just can't find it in me to hate on a twelve year-old girl. She's going through that awkward, gangly phase of puberty and she looked nervous and scared. No, I still don't think she should be debuting any time soon, but it is what it is and I wish her the best, simply because she's going to need it.
I'm just glad that Hyomin and Jiyeon gave their support to Dani when she was on stage. (I am seriously very proud of Jiyeon. She looked like an unnie already). Seeing the original members helping Dani makes me think that if the members themselves are willing to accept the new members why can't the fans do the same. Yes, they might be acting and we wouldn't know what's going on behind the scenes but somehow the feeling I get from T-ara is "Okay, we're not too fond of the additions but Hey, there's nothing we can do about it so why don't we just accept the changes and work our a** harder". It might take a long time to get used to the new dynamics for both T-ara and also the fans but I have little doubt that as time passes, all of us will get used to it.
I am still not too happy about the addition but there's nothing I can do. It's impossible for me to change anything no matter how much I hate it so I'm just going to accept that T-ara are going to be nine and enjoy the new T-ara. Looking at Day by Day alone, I am glad that T-ara are still doing their thing and are not too bothered in changing their style or image to suit the new members.
*I can't bring myself to hate Dani too after looking at her on stage. Well, at least there's someone who understands English and can help me in translating if I am to meet T-ara.

Looking at how Eunjung and Hwayoung accepted Areum with an open heart in Star Life (I don't know whether they are acting or not), it kinda more or less help me to accept her. If Jiyeon starts hugging and fooling around with her, I'll totally accept her. I don't hate her and for me she's doing fine considering this is her debut stage.
As mentioned by others, my problem with her is she serves nothing new to the table and she's still an unnecessary addition to the group. Yeah, I know it's still a bit early to say this so I hope she proves me wrong. Maybe she should pick up some song writing or song composing skills or learn how to speak Japanese fluently to actually make her stand out and at least provide some assistance to the group. I'm just sad that she entered the group so easily. I know the pressure is on her too so I'm not going to spread any hate.

Oh I thought she broke her nose and cancelled her recording. Anyway, I'm happy !! Lucky guys ... Don't you dare to touch my Jiyeon. Hope she won't get overshadowed by all the males but well, I guess she won't since she'll stand out as the only female guest.

They should have cut down on the flashing. It's annoying and it's preventing me from hitting the replay button. I want to watch all of them clearly without my eyes getting hurt .... And T-ara are getting a lot of hate again for this mv ..
Well, complains aside. They looked AWESOME !!! And I seriously take back my words. The dance is growing on me. And I am sure Jiyeon is still the face of T-ara, She's taking all the screen time. (She's hot !!!)

Okay. Some of you are going to hate me for this but I need to get it out of my chest. First of all, THEY LOOK ABSOLUTELY GORGEOUS !! I don't think I've ever seen them in such beautiful outfits singing and dancing like angels. So here are my personal opinions on both performance (my really really personal opinion). I admit that I was a bit disappointed when I saw the performance live but I decided to rip the replay button and the performance got a little better for me with HD video.
Don't Leave
I personally loooove the song. My favourite in the mini. I was searching for Jiyeon when they started the performance by calculating the members but oh well, she wasn't there. It's okay since some are saying that without Jiyeon hogging the camera, there will be chances for other members to shine. Reason acceptable. What I liked about the performance is that they have almost a fair share of lines to sing. And do I need to mention that Qri sounded nice and she was singing it LIVE? I doubt that all of them sang the song live since Eunjung and Soyeon were sick. And they looked AMAZING !!! What I didn't like about the performance is what was the whole purpose of the orchestra when they were having a backtrack? I find it completely unnecessary. Maybe that's me. And for some reason, I felt that Eunjung and Hyomin were completely overshadowed by Areum, Soyeon and Hwayoung even when they had almost the same number of lines to sing. Again, maybe it's just me. I'm not anti Areum but Areum's stage presence was huge that I felt it crushed other members (except Soyeon and Hwayoung).
Overall : Awesome song, beautiful outfits, unnecessary orchestra and T-ara better sing it live tomorrow WITH PARK JIYEON. (I don't mind Jiyeon standing like a statue and not having lines to sing. I just want her to be there)
Day By Day
Again, they looked absolutely flawless !!! Just BEAUTIFUL. About the performance, again I was looking for Park Jiyeon and she was there !!! I am a happy creature. But she dyed her hair to black. Nice though but I want her to be blonde so that she can stand out and not have the same hair colour as Areum ... Okay, Park Jiyeon aside. I didn't quite like the performance. The dance was a bit of a put off to me. I don't know why. They looked like they were tired, uninterested and there was no enthusiasm at all. EXCEPT for hwayoung who rapped her lines LIVE. A bit out of breath but still forgivable. Hyomin, Eunjung and Jiyeon were nowhere to be seen (okay maybe I was exaggerating). Yeah, so more screen time for Hwayoung, Soyeon and Areum. It was kinda weird for me that the three main members were again overshadowed but some of you were saying that we should give chances to other members.Give it to QRI then. She was amazing. Qri and Boram? THEY HAD LINES TO SING !!! So happy.
Overall: Excited that Park Jiyeon was there. I didn't see anything wrong with her nose and she looked beautiful as usual. Not too fond of the dance and a bit disturbed about the amount of screen time among the members. But overall, nice song and I seriously hope that the performance will get better cause besides their pretty face to look at, it was quite a flat performance. Nothing special.

Although I've made fun of certain scenes, I love this music video. This is by far my favorite MV from a kpop group. I loved the songs, and the story of the MV. Can't wait to see Soyeon act in part 2.
Being a fan does not mean that you can't make fun or criticize whatever your idols do because after all your idols are not perfect. Without criticism you can't improve. To be honest, some parts of the music video did make me cringe a little bit (lol at the one handed bladeless sword VS two handed katana). But despite its minor flaws, I don't deny the fact that the music video is still amazing to watch and the songs are awesome. Don't Leave is I think the best T-ara song up to date which utilizes all the members' voices and all of them actually had lines to sing.
All in all, I am happy with the music video, there are still room for improvements but what I can say is, I give credits to T-ara for their outstanding effort and I can't wait for Part 2.

When I first heard the song, I was a little tiny bit disappointed. The leaked song sounds so much better and I can't stop ranting how I wish that they didn't replace Eunjung's high note. The English is weird too and people claim that it sounds like Britney's Criminal.
BUT after looping the song for uncountable times, I DON'T CARE about complains anymore. The song is AMAZING and I LOVE it. Period.

Totally agree with you. I am happy with T-ara now and even if they are not the number one girl group in Korea, I don't mind at all. I'm sorry but they will never be the number one gg. As mentioned, SNSD are just unbeatable and they are in a league of their own. Nobody can touch them unless they get into some bad scandals.
I love T-ara for who they are now. I get that they are trying very hard to achieve the recognition of being the number one gg in Korea and I admire the effort that they are putting in. Long music videos, different concepts and amazing songs, T-ara never get stale for me. I have been blasting my ears with T-ara songs every day for 3 months now. I watched Cry Cry music video for I don't know 10 times maybe lol.
So what I'm trying to say is as long as T-ara are happy and the fans are happy, I don't think we need to care too much about the issue of being the number one gg (although I would really feel excited for them if in ONE GLORIOUS DAY they manage to beat SNSD). I always admire T-ara for their perseverance from debut till now. Looking at how they grow and evolve from their lypsyncing Lies and Wanna Play days till today where they are standing stronger than ever even with KKS trolling them, I am really touched. It doesn't matter if they are not on top of the world, as long as they stay healthy and keep up with the good music and energy, I'm all in for T-ara.

I am just happy that even though they are tired, they didn't lypsync and gave a solid performance. I don't know why but I have this sad, heart-wrenching feeling that all of them are somehow treasuring their last moment as 7-ARA on stage that's why they gave their best albeit the fatigue (Hyomin especially). Maybe it's just me ...

Totally totally blew my mind away. I am speechless. If only it's a 2 hours movie !!! Park Jiyeon, I don't care what people say about your spoilt blonde hair but you just kick my a** and Eunjung with that sword ... I can't ... I can't breathe !!!

I hope that this is not the case. T-ara's effect is to be released in October which means that by the time the promotions for day by day and mirage finish, T-ara will be worn out and I don't think they'll be able to promote the full album with 100% effort. And Dani's coming in in December. I'm pretty sure they'll release a song with her in it to promote her. Anyway, I hope they release singles and then combine those singles into a full album.
Quite sure all 5 songs will be good since the producers are some of the regular producers for T-ara's previous song tracks.
I just hope that nobody will faint or injured themselves like what happened during the era of "Roly Poly, Cry Cry and Lovey Dovey" and I hope that the era of success in 2011 will be repeated with "Day by Day, Mirage and T-ara's effect" in 2012. I shall prepare my ears to be blast by T-ara's songs non-stop.

This looks interesting !!! Never ever imagine that Day by Day will be used for something like this. I've noticed that they used 2 songs for Cry Cry music video (dance + ballad version of Cry Cry) and Lovey Dovey music video (Lovey Dovey + We Were in Love) so I am hoping for a club version of Day by Day. If I'm not mistaken, Jiyeon will be playing a villain. On her birthday, the director tweeted that to her.

What's left unchecked is a term called REAL VACATION.
I just hope that we don't get another news of someone fainting or injuring themselves or resting in the hospital only to get "grabbed" by CCM bodyguards to perform on music shows.

).Yay, they are making a mini drama again. I actually prefer them making long mvs as it differentiates them from others. Ya, they might be criticized for wasting money and time but hey a long music video, I'm on !!! I wonder who's the lead. As much as I love Jiyeon, I would want to see Soyeon acting as the main while the others as supporting character. How many versions of music video for a song are they going to release?

This proves that having a cute face is very important in life.
(*jealous) I think people tend to accept Areum more compared to Dani is basically because of the age and the claim that the former has good vocals. If Dani is around Jiyeon's age and minus the fact that she was discovered on the streets while eating an ice-cream by her paedophile father, KKS, Dani wouldn't be receiving as much hate as she is getting now.Some of us take these new changes with open heart and some of us take longer time to get use to these changes (that's me). No matter which side you are on, our motive is the same. We wish that T-ara will continue to be as successful as they are now (or better) and continue giving us good songs to listen to. The member changes might break or make T-ara but since T-ara always surprises me with their high endurance to their killing schedules (plus some scandals), I wouldn't find them having any difficulties in adjusting themselves to the member changes. Unless, one day they got sick of the stress and decided to leave T-ara, I believe that T-ara will continue being T-ara irregardless of the member changes.
*I feel that Queen's are amazing people as well especially those who are T-ara's fans even before T-ara debut since they often get "heart attacks" from KKS/CCM on the member changes and also T-ara's scandals/health problems.

Looks like the storm has calmed down and here comes the bright sunny day for the 8th member. A bit surprised actually at how well she is being received compared to Dani. It feels like KKS's tactic actually worked by revealing Dani first and then Areum later. All my dislike is already thrown at Dani and when the 8th member is revealed, I'm tired of hating and my hate level has already gone down.
I hope that Jiyeon and Hwayoung will be nice to her on screen but if they want to kick her a** behind the scenes, I wouldn't mind. (I wouldn't know anyway). Poor Jiyeon for losing her maknae position to a 14 year old and might face the probability of losing her visual position too to our cutie pie Areum.
*Jiyeon, don't worry. Ask Eunjung to give you a hug whenever you feel like breaking down.

I am a happy creature. So glad that all of them got to perform in trios, duets or solo and they certainly had a blast during the concert.
I have never seen Qri this happy before, never seen Soyeon this sexy before and never seen EunJiMin this cool in hip hop outfits before. I demand a hip hop concept for next comeback stage after mirage !!!
Areum should have duet with Hwayoung instead ... too bad. I want to see their sister romance !!! She seemed pretty confident on stage considering this was her first solo performance.
Dani was cool in rapping. Not bad. She still looked awkward on stage though with that blank expression and I love how Jiyeon, Eunjung and Soyeon were supporting her. Somehow I feel that Dani has a crush on Jiyeon or Jiyeon has a crush on Dani. They looked like sisters already. Dani should really thank Jiyeon for her continuous support at least on stage.
