THERE IS A 50 POST REQUIREMENT TO APPLY AND BE CONSIDERED. If you have any further questions on the matter, please send an admin or a global moderator a private message (PM). - Moderators - Global Moderators The descriptions to the above mentioned staff positions are as follows: Moderators Moderators have a simpler job compared to a Global Moderator. Moderators are assigned three to four sections in Diadem and they are to browse their sections daily looking for posts and threads that don't follow the rules or members that don't follow the rules. Moderators are responsible for keeping their assigned sections organized. In the same way, all Moderators are expected to know their sections inside out because all inquiries regarding your section will be directed to you and you are responsible to reply to these inquiries. (Looking for: 10) Global Moderators Global Moderators are next in line after the Founder and the Administrators. Global Moderators have a bigger responsibility in Diadem. Global Moderators are expected to do most of the things Moderators have to do on a forum-wide scale while being responsible for taking action on all reports made by members and Moderators (Once hired, you will be oriented on how this system works). Global Moderators have to be a long-time and active member of Diadem and need to know the forum relatively well as each Global Moderator is expected to be able to attend to members' inquiries and requests. (Looking for: 3) Requirements for Applications In order to be considered, you must complete the following forms and reply them to this post. PLEASE NOTE THAT YOU NEED 50 POSTS TO APPLY AND BE CONSIDERED. 1. Continent Representatives --> North America (3) --> Europe (2) --> Asia/Australia (5) 2. Experience isn't necessary, but you need an open mind and be willing to learn. No need for special things (although it could be a plus), but we'll teach you everything you need to know. 3. You need to be mature and responsible. You have to be patient and willing to reply to inquiries regardless of who its form. 4. You have to be hardworking. Workloads in Diadem can range from small to massive, so be willing to work.
