Hwayoung sent out a message of love to sunbae singer Gil through MBC's 'Section TV Entertainment Relay' drawing attention. When Hwayoung was about her ideal type, she answered, "Gil, with a body shape of a bun, is my ideal type". When asked to send out a video letter, Hwayoung said, "Gil sunbae, this is newbie rapper Hwayoung. If you have some time, I would like to learn rap from you".
