nathaniel Posted July 20, 2012 Report Posted July 20, 2012 Hi QUEEN'S! Since WGM is back to airing a few weeks ago, we have began subbing it again. Right now we're in the process of subbing various episodes but we haven't released any new episodes yet. It takes a lot of time to sub WGM because the cuts can be anywhere from 15~45 minutes long and there's five different people to work on five different steps. We have continued subbing it regardless if other websites or places also sub it because our goal is to provide high quality subs even if we takes us longer time. We're lagging on releases of it behind because not as many staff members are interested in doing it (our team is all volunteering during their free-time). We don't want to stop subbing WGM in the middle, but it's hard to continue subbing it and want to know if Diadem members still want it to be subbed by us. If we stopped subbing it, we would focus more on smaller clips 5~15 minutes as well as finishing the last few episodes of Pretty Boys. Please vote.. and leave your opinion on this below!

Rhys not Reese Posted July 20, 2012 Report Posted July 20, 2012 I'm going with what the subbers decide. As it would be more interesting to focus on videos that include all the T-ara members. (ie pretty boys, star life theater episodes, etc) right now. So I vote for no although I love Woojung. I'd like the subbers to work on clips they are interested in as well. They are working hard.

Even if it's slow released but i'll wait patiently.. i know that Diadem Subs team are all volunteers that's why i understand it ^^ Keep hwaiting on subbing! TSC1981 Posted July 20, 2012 Report Posted July 20, 2012 as for me (although i haven't start watching) it fine as i know both Chinese and English but than i do understand doing a video sub is not easy. a mins video can take hour to finish it. If diadem is lack of staffs.. maybe should just focus on selected shows that T-ara have next time. But i think diadem should continue subbing WGM as this is quite a special show of EJ.

Adiprasatya Posted July 20, 2012 Report Posted July 20, 2012 IMO Priority for variety show that all members in it. like pretty boys, starlife theater, shortclips, and cuts. select shows that min 3 /2 members in it. in this case diadem don't have many subber right now. so i think gonna be hard if u translate 2 show at the same time.

It will be a loss if you don't subb it anymore. Plus, as you are THE international forum for T-ARA , people (me more particularly) expect you to keep subbing this as you already done so much for this show. I really hope that you will keep subbing this. DIADEM = MAIN SOURCE FOR T-ARA FANS PS/ I understand that it takes more time because you are several person to subb this but I am willing to wait as long as it is subbed. Also, I never watch it from other subb teams... Always waiting for yours

Kerotan Posted July 21, 2012 Report Posted July 21, 2012 I haven't started watching the show yet, but I planned on marathoning it when Diadem finished subbing the whole series, so I would appreciate continued subbing for it. However, I think it would be good to give priority to the smaller clips from variety shows and stuff. Perhaps you can open a donate section for those willing to show their appreciation specifically for the subbing work Diadem does? Or is that already part of the server donations? Just a thought. However, I do understand that you guys/gals might have better things to do with your spare time. That being said, I don't really mind having to wait a while for the episodes to get subbed, there are a ton of other stuff one can do in the meanwhile. ^^

Since there are others who are subbing WGM as well, it's better to focus on subbing other T-ara shows. I mean we can't see the other T-ara vids subbed except here..T_T
tamzyummy Posted July 22, 2012 Report Posted July 22, 2012 of course diadem should continue subbing WGM i always waiting patiently for your subs because i think Diadem subs is the best.... but, it also up to you. i understand that subbing is not an easy job and takes more times. if you think that it will be too overwhelmed, then i will understand whatever your decision but (again) for your consideration, is it a bit itchy not to sub all the episodes? i mean like, there's this feeling undone? :P :rolleyes: *wink* thank you so much for all of your hard work diadem subs!!!

I know it's a lot of work, but I've always been proud of our subbing team for their quality subs and I think WooJung couple is getting even better. It'd be a waste to leave it unfinished especially when they're increasingly becoming closer as a couple. Hopefully you'll continue subbing it~

I understand it takes a lot of time and effort for a project , but without the sub team , non korean fan will not have this deep connection to T-ara members .
