Now thats not the problem here, the problem here is that they said its plagiarism. Some knetz needa know about copyright law and especially since Zico gave his consent and won't even sue Hyomin.

Zico and Taewoon work together frequently, Zico gave permission and everyone is cool with it. Yeah antis suck but it's best just to ignore them. No need to give them any credibility by acknowledging them. It's better to focus on the positives. Ex. 1. I've been looking into this and from what I can gather the problem isn't that she copy pasted some of Zico and Kyung's work(yes, Kyung's stuff is in 'Overcome' too), the problem is that she didn't even give credit until she was called out on it(mind you, she still didn't say anything about Kyung, only Zico). And considering that a big part of 'Overcome' is made out of what she copied from Zico and Kyung and that she confirmed she got help from a lot of people, it makes the claim that she composed the song herself a lie, really screws over whatever composer image she wanted to create for herself. Also Zico, from what I noticed, usually gives a head's up to people whenever he has a hand in making anything, yet he didn't say a thing until people noticed his lyrics. You have a point there, although there was an article somewhere I read that mentioned the song was composed together between herself and Taewoo. Zico's part (from what i understood) was included because Taewoo was influenced by Zico's mixtape, and then in turn influenced the song. Eitherways, it seems Zico is not pursuing the matter in any official way so there's that. In the matter of of Hyomin trying to build a composer image, well.. It's just something that she wants to try I guess. Just like how Eunjung tried her hands in arrangement for the song 'Because I Know'. From what I can tell of the song, she has a looong way to go before she can call herself a composer

Fact is she worked hard with that song and got some help because it was her first attempt. It's pretty cool that she had the opportunity to produce some of her own work at all because in the industry of kpop, that's a rare thing. We were never under the impression that she wrote and composed the whole thing so calling her a liar is rude. Weeks before the release we knew she was working with Taewoon. They posted an Instagram post that said "we're working on this song" and when the issue came up with Zico's influence it was addressed honestly and openly. In any event the result is a good song so try to appreciate it on that level if nothing else.

And I only absolutely love the 19+ rated dance version MV because I enjoy seeing Hyomin show off her super duper sexy dance moves, especially the booty popping during the chorus of the song. And I know that Hyomin's solo performances along with her collaborator on the song, rapper Loco, start today so I truly hope that the three major broadcasting networks won't ever think about asking Hyomin to tone the choreography and outfits down because there's nothing wrong with any of that at all. I'm sure that some of us won't like the change at all, especially myself

Just because the people involved with the production are allegedly fine with it doesn't make it right or ethical to not give credit when it's due. The most honest and open way would have been to just give credit to Zico and Kyung from the start instead of having only herself mentioned as the lyricist. It makes any involvement of hers in the making of the song doubtful and certainly not something you could call an unquestionable fact. Anyway CCM screwed up again, no surprise. Only thing that surprises me is that they managed not to screw over Jiyeon too.
