I'm fairly sure it's now confirmed that they will not be. It's more of a subunit undertaking. Like "First Love" at the beginning of this year only had Jiyeon, Soyeon and Hyomin. This MV will have EJHQ and the Chopstick Brothers! There was a rumour of a special project for B & S, but I wouldn't put any bets on how true that is...
