It is said to be one of the most popular Korean music award ceremonies, established by Sports Seoul in the 1990's. The 19th Seoul Music Awards will celebrate the best singers of 2009 and will be held on February 3 2010. Fan votes are only 20%. Right now theyre not even in the top 3 and not even an expected winner (2ne1) is in the top 3 for fan votes. BUT TAKE NOTE, this show bases also on sales, in which 2ne1 and T-ara have the upper-hand. Alot of people are saying/wanting Mblaq and Beast to win, i'd say hell no, im a fan of them but obviously, the two girl groups have proven to be more deserving.
