1. Fan letters and gifts can be sent to the following address without application

2. Deliveries will only be picked up on weekdays from 10 AM to 6 PM KST.
3. Contents suspectible to deteriotion or damage (food, glass bottles, etc.), cakes, flowers, wreaths will not be delivered.
Support Application
1. Support applications and inquiries must be sent to saa_fans@daum.net. SAA will not respond to support inquiries on any other email.
2. Apply for support via the support application form.
3. Support is only accepted for debut anniversaries, birthdays and official schedules.
4. When applying for multiple supports at the same time, send your application in chronological order. DO NOT pay for your supports before confirming the content and schedule with SAA.
5. If support is sent without prior consultation, it will be rejected and the applicant will be rejected from future supports.
6. Support from applicants who have cancelled more than twice after confirmation will not be accepted. Please be certain of your support before applying.
7. Please apply for your support at least 7 days in advance.
8. Support certification (e.g Hyomin’s autograph) is not provided and subsequent request may result in consequences for your future support.
9. Support inquiries are only accepted by email. Please DO NOT interfere with SAA’s business by making phone calls or visiting their office.
10. You cannot visit the site of food or coffee/tea supports otherwise you may face consequences for future supports.
