  1. Good luck to the girls. And I hope they (CCM) won't force their way into the US market like other acts/agencies did. Trying to make serious attempts will just be a disaster in the making (their English skills alone would be a hindrance).

Quote: "aim small, miss small". Much like what they did for their Japan promotes or Asian showcases, best to start little and slowly.

But overall, I wish T-ara the best and hope they gain something out of their trip there.

Well, looking at it,it's pretty positive that CCM wants them to debut in the U.S.It may be not anytime soon but I believe that what's he's aiming for though.I guess Dani will be the only one who talks during their interview after this (even though I don't want the addition ><) I mean, even I still have troubles whenever I need to speak in English since it's not my first language - let alone them. And,like you've said, will T-ara produce an English song?Unless the lyrics were to be translated from English to Korean by the music producer/lyricist.

  2. KKS and his PR team has lost it. I bet I would have managed T-ara's image if I were in his PR Team. Hell, any Queen's would have done far decent job than this PR team or w/e. T-ara is the CASH-COW of CCM and the way KKS is managing them, I just want to shoot this guy with EGG.( Cant kill a man. Not violent enough and dont have guts as well, XD!!)

You got that right.Any sane person would have done much better PR than CCM PR team.To be honest, even though I'm a hardcore QUEEN'S,I just don't see the success of T-ara if they debut in U.S.A few big K-idols have tried to debut in the U.S (like Scatter just mentioned) but they failed.Let alone T-ara.Not to mention that they're still suffering from those baseless rumors and then BAM!! you heard the news of them of the possibility to collaborate with Chris Brown - whose reputation is even worse.

Even though Davichi is doing great with Turtle,Just The Two of Us,Be Warmed lately, but it's undeniable that T-ara is CCM biggest moneymaker. That's why even with the biggest controversy that ever hit T-ara,they still make a comeback because if they did not,KKS would have rotten in his house eating grass, lol. :P

  3. Oh goodness, someone please tell me what KKS is thinking. The girls have a horrible image in their country as it is, and Chris Brown (regardless of how well his songs may fare on the charts) has a legitimately bad reputation as well. Clearly putting the two together isn't in PR's best interests.

Someone please teach KKS and his PR team the ways of image management!! KKS has become insane now and has the to the to think rational. Wait, he was never sane to being with and that's the reason, T-ara is into this mess now. What is wrong with him?? He should have learnt his ways by now and Chris Brown?? Reading comments about him at NB, he is definitely not respected and loved in Korea at all... I can see a storm coming!!

You two just said what I wanted to say.

WHAT THE HELL KKS IS THINKING???

This is NOT a good idea. Not at all.I can accept it if it were someone else but Chris Brown?Seriously? That dude went to jail for beating a woman not to long ago and the bullying scandal still follows T-ara like a shadow that won't go away. This is a bad PR.These two don't have a good reputations to begin with and combining it together just make the matter worse. And,if I'm correct,he only interested in the Big 3 + Areum right?I can see the three other members's populations slowly dying away............

This is absolutely and even appallingly ridiculous.

Chris Brown's reputation for being an woman beater alone is more than enough to say that this is one of the most profoundedly stupid moves on CCM's part for T-ara's already broken image. It's like they're trying to damage the group's image even further! Come on, seriously?

Do they even have any idea what Chris did to Rihanna? The man is a horrible scumbag who should have his ass hauled to jail and forbidden from the showbiz. Being a womanizer as well, if anything, T-ara should stay away from him as far as possible.

With SNSD preparing for its own US debut this year, seems like CCM's gotten bloated off with its idiocy again. Why am I not surprised. Then again, CCM did try to make T-ara a group of 9 members like SNSD last year <_<

Wait,SNSD is going to debut in US this year?I'm a SONE but I didn't even know this .But at least I can see some hope since two of them are native speakers.

Call me a hater but IF T-ara make a debut in the U.S,I doubt it's gonna work especially when none of them can speak English fluently.Dani probably can but isn't it a bit awkward when the youngest and the newest member gonna talk the whole time during an English conversation?

And I thought KKS couldn't get any worse.Heh.

  4. You're jumping the gun a bit there. Like you said about KKS, no one can predict what KKS can do. The fact is that he can still invite Hwa back to the group and Hwa can still rejoin (whether Hwa will rejoin or not is an entirely different matter). Another fact is that you will NEVER satisfy all netizens no matter what you do as long as the idea of hate and jealousy still exists. If bringing Hwa back is going to make the group better (not image but talent-wise), then why not?

As for the "QUEEN'S" as you've called them, it's their own damn fault for jumping to conclusion without thinking the situation through. We all know that each member (including Hwa) is partly responsible for the scandal, but we too, also know that the scandal wouldn't have happened if the agency handled it properly. An argument turns into removal of a member, that is by far the best *sarcasm* acts of CCM. Yet, many rushed to conclusion, blaming T-Ara, or Hwa for the scandal back then and even till today (as obviously pointed out in your and some others' comments). I guess you can still call them QUEEN'S, just not competent QUEEN'S.

Yeah..I was acting immature.I sincerely apologize.I certainly didn't have any intention in offending anyone.Gosh, all this long I've been holding into the principle of "Everyone has their own opinion" but I broke it.Damn it.You know,it is hurtful to read all those malicious comments regarding T-ara and at first I restraint myself in reading it but curiosity kills it.That's why I just can't imagine all the hatred comments and reactions from the netizens if that happen.

And yes,the main factor why the scandal blew up ridiculously is the way of KKS handling the case.It doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure out that he's the culprit who has caused this trouble.Even before the scandal happened,I've always dislike how KKS does his job as a CEO of a company. They need a new CEO ASAP.

Although I'll stick to my opinion that it's highly unlikely that she'll rejoin T-ara anytime soon but I won't argue or question you nor QUEEN'S who wish her to come back.Everyone is entitled to their own opinion and I respect that :) .Again,I apologize.I seriously hate making enemies especially when I considered all Diadems as my acquaintances.

  5. many Queen's keep saying they want Hwa to go back and join T-ara again...OMG don't you think how about T-ara's feeling at all? netizens are netizens, if she joins again, netizens will keep saying CCM force her bla bla..poor Hwayoung, T-ara will bully her again bla bla.. T-ara will always be in the wrong side, nothings change from netizens "detective so called" eyes. it only makes situasion worse. T-ara and Hwa relationship is not same anymore, it's soooo awkward, imagine if they perform on stage together, i could feel Hwa's whole nation supporters will boo at T-ara and praising Hwa, maybe same with K-Queen's too, i think there are some who don't like Hwa anymore. i mean i believe this scandal really affected their friendship. and tbh i don't think Hwa wants to go back to CCM after this scandal. the damage was done, we as fans only can move on and support your idols. just forget all these past, look to the future

Yes.I've seen many QUEEN'S who, until now wants Hwayoung to rejoin the group.Sorry to burst their bubbles but it ain't gonna happen no matter what.IF she rejoins, the netizens will go gaga and it will just brings more damage to their already-tarnished reputation. And,just like what you've said, people will find more excuses to bash T-ara.

If I were Hwayoung,I wouldn't rejoin T-ara because it certainly won't overcome the awkwardness among them.I mean,of course they had countless of good times together but after the whole controversy,it must have been quite awkward for both parties to work together. But the sole reason why I/Hwayoung won't rejoin T-ara is because I don't want her to be under CCM again. That infamous company is well-known for its incompetent so-called CEO and how he treated his own artists.

Yes,there are quite a number of QUEEN'S who don't like Hwayoung after the scandal happened. In fact,I,myself don't considered her as an angel and the rest of them aren't innocent either. There's always two sides of a story but there are more QUEEN'S who started to hate T-ara and support Hwayoung. But then, the numbers of people who jumped into the bandwagons and accused the girls are much much more.

  6. Us QUEEN'S know the truth about the ricecake incident for a long time, but netizens choose to believe lies.

I know right.Even the MC of that Japanese Show came out and explained to the public but the reactions weren't positive at all.It was hard for me to read the Rice Cake Eunjung comments - let alone her.Netizens only accepted things they wanna hear regardless of whether it is true or not.

  7. When I initially heard the song for the first time, I hated it. The song sounded messy and I didn't like that they featured another artist on the song so predominantly when this should have been their sole introduction as T-ARA N4 (Areum even had less lines than the featured artist). The quality of the song is not up to par in comparison to their music as just T-ARA. The instrumental tends to overpower the singing in some parts and I think that the overall structure in this song could have been improved to make it better. While I feel like the song itself is unique, I got "I Got a Boy" vibes from the styling and the disjointed structure of the song and "we want this to go viral like Psy's songs" vibes as far as what they were trying to accomplish. I personally hope that this type of song is just a one time thing if they decide to release music as sub-unit again in the future. Despite these things, the song has grown on me as I think it's a fun track and I like the message in the song and the fact that they are using it as a platform to address how they've felt about the backlash they've been getting because of the scandal last year. This song and their performance stands out amongst other artists' comebacks at this time and it's a great song to let loose to and just have a good time (which is how I view it and what I believe is part of the intent of the song based on the lyrics). Overall, I hope that it performs well on the chart and I'll certainly be rooting for them as they perform this song on music shows.

You just said what I need to say.I also don't like it how Taewoon got more lines than Areum and that makes me view her as unnecessary addition to the sub unit.In fact,Eunjung got fewer lines than Jiyeon,I believe. The lines distribution is unfair.Although I don't like this song, but I still think the song sounds nicer when they sing it live. It's more energetic and lively. The music video on the other hand was great but I believe Day By Day and Sexy Love Drama MV was better.Maybe it's because I prefer sci-fi theme more.Perhaps the "Psy" hype from the director of Gangnam Style MV was too much that I expected more than that.

And yes,I agree.Their performance shines the brightest compared to others. One of the reasons is probably because they are a lot of backup dancers on stages, strong beats and the fanchants is no joke too.In a nutshell, although I still don't like the song,I'll be rooting for them till the end. :) One a side note,I can't wait for the three oldest members of the groups to debut in Japan as another sub unit. But I'm pretty positive that it'll be cutesy concept which I don't really fond of.

  8. This is prerecord show so they could refuse to talk about it. And they could cut out anything regarding to controversy. Since this is Mnet show (correct me if I'm wrong) I guess questions were approved by KKS, and this discussion was planned. I'm surprised they are opening Can of Worms again, this may add fire on hate. Now it may get some fans back, but it is very risky to do it now.

Yeah,I blame anyone who agreed to reopen this incident.I'm not sure if this is an Mnet talk show but if it is yes, then I wonder why KKS would do something silly like this. Then again,KKS never did things right.I seriously hate seeing them receiving thousands of harsh comments like this.I doubt this whole confession thing will bring fans back.If anything,it'll just give haters more idiotic things to talk about.

Some are wondering why Hwayoung still keep silent about this but her twin sister is still under CCM so unless she wants her sister's career to be ruined,I'm pretty convince that Hwayoung won't say anything about the scandal either.Forgive me,but perhaps Hwayoung wasn't truly innocent too.Either way,we won't know what TRULY happened.

  9. It's been almost one year after that incident happen and yet the two MCs still asked the girls to discuss about it and now even before this show aired, they're already receiving criticism.I think it would be much better if none reopen this case because at this point, everything that they said will be manipulated and become a laughing stock by the netizens. It hurts me real bad seeing and reading that especially when our girls cry.

Although I doubt they will say anything regarding the scandal.Remember T-ara Confession, anyone?

  10. OMO....Am I one of the few QUEEN'S who hate this song???? This is something new in this thread since everyone here love it.

I apologize but I seriously hate this song. The beat is so random and the male rap should have been given to either Eunjung or Hyomin.I didn't expect a male voice to come out, lol. And the song itself has more beat than the singing part.I definitely didn't expect this song to come out.The only thing that I can give praise is the lyrics.I love it.It basically tells the haters to you-know-what.It's so direct that one doesn't has to think twice to say that this song is aimed at haters.Though I would really appreciated it if Double Sidekick had said a bit more about their fans who support the girls and not just about the haters.

Even though I don't like this song,I was extremely disappointed that their debut song failed to grab top spots in every chart. In fact,it's only been one day after its release but their ranks dropped tremendously to TOP 20 compared to yesterday which is TOP 10.And their rivals' comebacks are no joke either. It's tough for them to compete especially after the scandal.I hope T-ara as whole, can come back stronger than ever.

  11. I want to answer a few at first but I thought the word "a few" may seems a bit unsuitable. Therefore,I voted for yes.Like you,I'm worried as hell too. Starting from July 2012 until today,it's certainly not their years. They have been facing a lot obstacles, ups and downs, highs and lows, thick ans thin to be what they are today. While T-ara is doing relatively well in charts,it's nothing compared to their previous singles but that's foreseeable though.

I'm not sure if you have ever visit NetizenBuzz before but as one of the regular reader of that site and being a fan of T-ara,it definitely hurts me to read all those harsh, malicious and rude comments from both K-netizens and I-netizens.It's been almost 1 year since the scandal erupted but the reactions from the netizens do not change at all. However,I do realize that the comments don't represent the entire Korea.

But it can't be rebut that T-ara's image and popularity has been tarnished greatly. And it certainly didn't help either that this one composer talk bad about the lyrics  Although it didn't say about T-ara but indirectly,it did.Although I absolutely love the lyrics,I wish Double Sidekick had mentioned a bit more about their fans who support them Day By Day.

    TL;DR ?

Of course yes.The people who bought Sexy Love are still Koreans and the single did quite well compared to other groups though. Those netizens are just keyboard warriors who are a bunch of nobodies :)

  12. I love T-ara, but this was...idek. I liked it, but also didn't. Not sure how I feel. What I know clearly though is, HYOMIN SHOULD HAVE RAPPED INSTEAD OF THAT GUY. I really enjoyed their solo lines, but the rest was really strange.

YES.Eunjung or Hyomin should have rapped instead the Taewon.I was shocked to hear a male voice, lol. And the beat was more than the singing voice itself.

  13. Eunjung has a same sleep habit like me...put a pillow under feet... ;)

I bet Eunji fan saw the part they laying on the mattress...the question that will make Eunji fan excited:

who is will sleep on the empty pillow between Jiyeon & Eunjung??

    a. Jiyeon will sleep there to move near to Eunjung.

    b. Hyomin will sleep between them.

    c. Eunjung will move to there after the camera's is off. ;)

so which answer will you choose... :P

    Aaah, you naughty,naughty!!! :P

Hyomin eyes looked so tired and they were heavy as well..

So Jungiee already had changed her Ph.. I saw her using Samsung for the first time when T-ara was leaving for Taiwan bt seems like she had it way before.. Princess Jungiee is Goddess of Beauty..

I believe she was still filming Jinx while filming T-ara Princess,no?I'm not really 100% sure though. All of them look hella tired so I'm not surprised seeing Hyomin to be in that condition if my guess is true.Remember in one interview, most of the girls especially Boram were struggling to keep their eyelids open? I just can't....... :(

I was surprised to see her cutting her hair short.I love her long hair in the N4 teaser.Aaah, anyway, she's still gorgeous.Right? :)

  14. yeppp, that fugly outfit is a disaster!!!

    her stylist is crazyyyeeeehhhh

well, Jungie looks so cool though

I felt the same thing, she acted insecure here and too stiff comparing how she usually acts. And that's some awful color choice, to me red see-through top would look a lot better on her. Her stylist should really be fired IMMEDIATELY.

Although I trust her choice to shorten hair even more, I have to tell that previous hair length looked better on her.

LOL,correct me if I'm mistaken but as far as I know, the person who chose these outfits is none other than our very own Minnie, lol.I love you girl, but let the stylists do their jobs -_- I'm not sure if every outfit was chosen by her but most of them are.

And I'm sorry if I offend anyone but the hip hop styles don't suit them.I prefer Lovey Dovey outfit which look kinda similar to this but in a simpler yet stunning way.And yes,I'm not fond of Eunjung's new hairstyle either.Look flat, lol. :P

  15. @5.26 jiyeon put her finger on her lips to tell the fans to quiet down for Areum to speak and the it went silent. love it lol...

LMAO,thanks for pointing that out. After the crowd went silent,Soyeon looked surprised while Boram just laughed, lol. It's like how a strict teacher teach her students to behave properly :P I am one of the people who believed ostracizing happen in T-ara so I am hoping that all members get along well with Areum.
