nah, looks like they extracted the sprites from the game's data. As a gamer I can probably tell everyone that if they wanted to play they'd probably need a Korean social security number in order to make an account, which for those who don't know, are given only to citizens of South Korea. Also, if there were international versions of the game....the publishers might just omit T-ara content when they localize it, but if they did decide to keep the content, it would still be a long time before the other versions caught up to the Korean one haha...it's sad but that's just how these things work unfortunately.
Either way this is pretty cool, sadly all the games I've played that came from Korea never had any KPop references or events, aside from some dances they incorporate in the characters.
