On January 27, Coca-Cola held it's annual Sports Award for the 16th year running.
The event was filled with athletes that have made a mark in the sports scene. But the performers in the event, T-ara, seemed to have made a mark worthy of praise from everyone.
In the event, T-ara came to entertain the atheletes there. They performed their hit songs like 'Bo Peep Bo Peep' and 'Why Are You Like This?'. They came with 2-less members as Hyomin and Jiyeon were out for their own schedules.
But what really got the attention of the people was not the missing members, but the wardrobe malfunctions that the members faced. In the video(by TV Report) of their performance, T-ara were constantly seen handling their dresses that seem to be falling off.
Without proper handling, this would have been an easy target for netizens to make fun of. Yet, the girls seemed calm and professional, exactly knowing what to do. Though evident, their actions went well with the dance, by putting their hands on top of their chest, slowly pulling up the outfits. Leader Boram even consciously zipped her jacket up to protect from further accidents.
New addition Hwayoung also experienced it, as she was swiftly pulling her dress up. Eunjung's outfit was constantly falling off of her aswell, but she was making sure that nothing extreme will happen.
Last month, lead vocalist Soyeon experienced this aswell, as her zipper for her outfit couldnt close because of her microphone. Putting this into consideration, Soyeon thought of how to hide the unzipped back while still giving a great performance.
*Why were their outfits falling? Well even if they were basically wearing the same outfits, the difference is that they usually wear a mic reciever that is bulky, that's why on shows this doesnt happen. But for this performance, they had no mic recievers, thats why their top was loose.

A headband causes the Park Jiyeon-Kim Taehee comparison to be discussed again.
On online boards, members are talking about how an almost identical knitted headband that Kim Taehee worn has also been worn by Jiyeon.
In the drama where Kim Taehee stars in(My Princess), Taehee wore a knitted headband that matched her outfit. A netizen has quickly reacted by posting an image of Jiyeon wearing an almost identical headband.
Netizens comment, "Sometimes it's hard to distinguish who is who!" and "The headband compliments their looks. They are both beautiful"

(T-ARA IS THE 7TH PLANE)
A picture comparison of female idol groups has recently been spreading like wildfire across Korean message boards.
The picture is comprised of planes labeled with female idol groups. It shows how netizens think of what a member is doing for the group.
T-ara's plane comparison shows a plane with a combusted engine while the other one is working fine. They are labeled with Park Jiyeon with the burning engine, and Ham Eunjung with the working one.
Netizens explain that Jiyeon is like a broken engine that is hindering T-ara to fly higher. While Eunjung is the engine that is trying to make T-ara fly higher. But since one engine is working, Netizens say T-ara has crashed all because of the Jiyeon engine.

On Soyeon's latest guesting on KBS 2tv's '100 points of 100' show, T-ara's main vocal Soyeon admits to having cosmetic procedures to her nose.
In the show, comedian Kim KyungJin pointed out about wanting Soyeon to fix her nose in the segment "I'll Fix It'. Due to the confrontation, Soyeon fires back saying, "I already got shots*** done in my nose before. I considered getting a nosejob before, but maybe because of this, I will get one."
Adding to that statement, she explains "Getting shots are not really plastic surgery. It's just shots, since they dont cut you up."
This confrontation will be aired on January 22, KBS 2TV.

On the Jan 19th episode of T-ara's <Dream Girls>, Senator Na KyungWon has appointed T-ara as Honorary Advisors.
The recent challenge of Mnet's <Dream Girls> to T-ara is to become senatorial aides for prolific senator Na KyungWon. After having a rough start with their interviews, it seems the girls are getting a hang of it.
With determination showing, the people are convinced that theyre taking it seriously.
They also discussed a bill to pass to the senate, for the protection of abandoned dogs in South Korea. The only thing hindering this law to be passed is for the congress to discuss it and pass their votes.

Soyeon has revealed her liking for leopard patterns through a selca.
She posted a picture on her twitter wearing her pattern outfit and even posted a pun to their song 'Bo Peep Bo Peep' and put it as 'Hopi Hopi*'.
In the picture, Soyeon is wearing a leopard pattern top, posing with a cute expression. Even her cellphone case is a leopard print, matching her outfit, causing more buzz over the photo.

Injured member Eunjung returns on stage at KBS2TV's Music Bank. She performed <YaYaYa> with the other 6 members.
Last year, on December 26th, it was reported that Eunjung injured her left knee, specifically her ligament. On her way to her schedule, she hurt herself because of the slippery ice, and was sent to the hospital. Wanting to return on the same day, she tried going back but was met with even more pain.
The doctors have examined Eunjung and released the statement that she needs a totaly of 4 weeks to fully recover, and she needed a leg cast.
However, CCM said, "Eunjung has recovered quickly and the initial 2 weeks of recovery went well. She is now 80% healed."

Moderation is key. Too much make-up is over-powering, rather than a natural look, for women. A prime example will be T-ara's Qri.
T-ara's single <YaYaYa> has an Indian girl concept and gained much attention recently. Facial features being overshadowed by too much make-up looks overdone, and the latest victim seems to be Qri.
Qri likes taking photos of herself and uploading it to her mini homepage. But it seems Qri has been using this type of heavy make-up each day. Usually stars use extreme amounts of make-up to look younger, but for Qri it's having an opposite effect and she doesn't even look her age anymore.

Eunjung's sleeping habit is revealed again as more pictures of her sleeping surface.
The pictures show Eunjung randomly sleeping anywhere. She says "These photographs were taken while I was asleep! Because of my schedule busy, I'm so tired. I dont even wash my face and leave my eye make-up on when I fall asleep"
"My manager and stylist likes to take pictures like these and reveal them online. They look cute, but I only want to show my pretty T-ara side. I will try not to sleep randomly!"

Girl's Generation, 4minute, Kara, Brown Eyed Girls. They all have moved on to the Japanese market.
With news of T-ara being offered millions of dollars to be signed on to a Japanese label to advance into the market, why hasnt any action been done yet?
"T-ara were trained to be entertainers. All-around entertaining including movies, musicals, acting, and variety shows. That was always our goal with T-ara." CCM explains. And because of these activities T-ara have gained more fans through showing a wide variety of charms.
Kim Kwangsoo, CEO of Core Contents Media, explains, "T-ara has received alot of offers, and they are very big offers, too, from major japanese labels. We are in the final step of negotiations, but we are still extremely careful. The members are currently enjoying success as soloists and are very busy"
January 3rd was the mark of Eunjung's 2nd lead drama, "Dream High". She was previously cast in "Coffee House" as the lead actress, and has also been cast in the movie "White" as a lead actress.
Boram's debut in the musical world happened recently, through the musical "I Really Really Like You" with her father, the musical legend Jeon Youngrok. She has also appeared in a CF-drama with 2PM.
Jiyeon who has debuted in her movie 'Death Bell 2' was also cast in the dramas 'Jungle Fish 2' and 'God of Study' to which people praise her for acting weird characters well.
Hyomin is a regular member of 'Invincible Youth' and was also cast in 'My Girlfriend is a Gumiho'.
Soyeon who has been active in variety shows, has also received, and accepted, a movie role last year. The release date of the movie is still yet to be revealed.
Qri was also cast in the drama "South Korean Trader Kim Cheol-Soo". Kim Kwangsoo revealed that Qri along with Hwayoung has also received movie roles, but has yet to decide on them.
Finally Kim Kwangsoo ended the interview saying "We are not in a rush and will never rush T-ara's entrance to the japanese market. We are just more on building a solid identity of T-ara more"

On KBS Joy's "Hello Baby : T-ara", the girls decided to throw a party for the youngest of the Moon brothers, Maden, as he turns 1!
For the party, the youngest of T-ara, Ryu Hwayoung showed off her rapping skills by freestyling a rap in front of the people present. Soyeon and Hyomin also entertained by singing a trot song.
This was a nice "돌잔치"(DolJanChi)*** for Moon Maden, prepared by her older sisters, and her older Moon brothers were also there.
The highlight of every DolJanChi is the DolJabI, where the baby chooses from a variety of toys on the table. From this, it is said that whatever he/she chooses determines his future on Earth. Many are curious as to what Maden picked from the table!
Even with T-ara's jampacked schedule, they found time to organize and throw a DolJanChi for Maden, but that wasnt the end, as members started to read messages for Moon Maden.
It was surprising as some of the T-ara girls even cried. The parents of the Moon brothers were present aswell and were also brought to tears by T-ara's kindness.

After power-vocal group 'SeeYa' said their final goodbyes to their fans on the January 30th episode of SBS' Inkigayo, many stars have finally said their goodbyes, as it was a good run for the group.
But Hyomin will seem to be a fan of them till the end. On her twitter, Hyomin posted, "See You always, See You again. I am still a fan of my Unnies." which touched the hearts of many.
She added, "I will continue cheering for you! SeeYa fighting!"
