yes but the size is too big hw shud i resize it and it shows that the file is nt included in the custom file they only allow custom file to be uploaded

no wat i mean is when i m trying to attach the screenshot i cannot find my file to upload and they only allow custom file however my screenshot is in my all files so they couldn't attach it therefore is there anything tat i can do about it? thanks

i tried using another gmail after i had registered on daum with the usual gmail i had used but i didn't find the verification email then they said approval period ald expired now cos another new gmail tat i just created doesn't seem to work as well it keeps saying spam mail.teach me please
