[14.04.15] Eunjung cast as the lead female role alongside Lee Jangwoo in new movie "The Boss Begins"!


Great news for Eunjung fans today! After three years, we will finally be able to see our Baekgu going back into acting through the new film "The Boss Begins" (director Park Seunghyun)!

On the 15th, an official for the movie revealed to Asiae, "T-ara's Eunjung has joined the production of 'The Boss Begins' alongside Lee Jangwoo and Son Hojoon."

"The Boss Begins" follows the trilogy of the 2001 film "My Boss, My Hero", 2005's "My Boss, My Teacher" and 2007's "The Mafia, The Salesman". Park Seonghyun, the director of the movie "Three Kims", will be the director of "The Boss Begins".

Eunjung previously had roles in the dramas "Coffee House" and "Dream High" as well as the movie "White: The Curse of the Melody". In 2011, she appeared in MBC's "We Got Married" as the virtual wife of Lee Jangwoo and now she will appear again with him through the new movie.

For the past three years, Eunjung has focused only on T-ara's activities. This will be her first lead role since "White".

"The Boss Begins" is aiming for a summer release.

This is exciting news! Hyomin has been great with Eunjung in Music Travel and Immortal Songs.
Jiyeon is a clearly and exceptional talent too and now she gets to shine.
I'd like to see a Eunjung solo project or a duet with Hyomin at some point.
We all know Duble Sidekick from T-ARA N4 and judging by Brave Bros. work with Sistar, they and Hyomin stand to put out some good work.
I'm looking forward to their respective releases and promotions.

Baek Seunghyun said the most memorable idol he worked with is Ham Eunjung. He said, "Eunjung and I worked together in 'Queen Insoo' and her personality/character is really good and she is a good actress. She works really hard and she always cares about the people around her. Still today we are friends who keep in contact and go out to eat rice sometimes. I only know acting, but she taught me a lot about image. I've learned a lot from her."

In just one day, CCM/KKS makes such a big announcement for all groups, KKS really like #7 & the month of July and like to play with us fans/Queen's. He never learn his lesson from last year, poor our T-ara girls, they meant to have 6 in the group. Hope nothing bad will happen to them this time.
SPEED is fine with 7 members and they are doing great, plz don't ruin the group KKS! And 1 member active in 2 groups, wow KKS is so inventative lol.
When can we hear news about CCM change CEO or KKS retired? lol

This isn't quick at all, if you consider that none of T-ara members has any short or long run individual project except for Eunjung, who is hosting Show Champion. Hence, their income is reduced significantly compared with their previous years. If people don't come knocking on their door to offer jobs, they need to go all out to earn more money.
Their average age is quite high compared to other idol groups. Their activities as an idol group are now limited to singing only, hence, they need to make the most out of it. Moreover, unlike music bands, they don't compose their own music, so they don't really need to take a break to find new inspiration. As long as their company can find new materials that they think the group could help sell well, they will go for it.
Edit: After giving the news another read, I think that 2nd album could be just the compilation of the songs from 10 singles T-ara has released recently. Well, let's wait and see.

Hm wasn't the sub-unit thing prooven to be false rumors by CCM themselves. Thafuq?! I mean cmon then this. Alright I'm starting to have trouble believing this, I'm sorry.
Also Hwayoung didn't withdrew from the group she was fired/removed but this is a side note.
Anyway the whole rural life thing sounds very similar to 2YOONS 24/7 concept if you ask me but i might just be jumping the gun here. Anyway I don't get the mend hearts thing either, as it will take more then this to cool down the spirits of the people who have resentments against T-ara, if anything this has a chance of blowing up in their face for so many reasons.
And no offense to anyone but this sounds like KKS is trying to cash in on the sub-unit craze that's currently going on in Kpop/hallyu wave.
Well no matter, I just hope this all goes well and it will somehow work out, and it will get positive feedback, and the girls will get good coverage and even though I doubt they can create a national dance trend I hope the dance routine/song will be catchy and popular as T-ara really needs a big hit right now to get back into the thick of it.
