[10.07.17] Why did T-ara change it's leaders from Eunjung to Boram?

Does it really matter who the leader is, most of the time members help each other out. Just like SNSD they don't really do the leader thing. It seems like it is just a formality and most of the time Maknae's are the boss in house hehehehe
