I think you're taking it a bit too optimistically to think the girls have accepted her already. When it comes to Kpop, image perfection is a critical thing that agencies go through extensively to establish and this is just one of the many countless cases.
They've been practically threatened to accept the whole decision unless they want to get kicked out so it's not like T-ara had a choice to begin with, unlike the fans and the public (although they probably still resent it a lot in the inside)
Behind-the-scenes, it's entirely up to speculation for the most part. There's a reason why they're not dorming together, aside from spending what little spare time they have with their family.

Idols, particularly female idols, in Kpop are expected to be happy little angels by the media and the public as well as the fans themselves. They do anything slightly that's 'off the radar' then they get hounded mercilessly by netizens.

I generally don't believe in superstituous stuff but a part of me had always been giving me the feeling that T-ara's had some pretty bad karma struck on them, even compared with other major groups.
I mean, this isn't the first time Jiyeon got seriously injured (both mentally and physically, if y'all remember the scandal back in late 2010) and Eunjung and Hyomin had their own share of injuries and fatigue too, followed by Boram not so long ago with acute gastritis. Is it wrong to think that things might even get worse? So far, they've not only had health issues but also injuries, incompetent management and being severely overworked like slaves.
Who knows what else could happen this summer and beyond? Man, I got a bad feeling about this.
For any religious folks here, give them a prayer or two. They're gonna need all the luck they can get.
