T-ara sign 5 billion won contract with Chinese agency “L” after Banana Project contract ended
After their contracts with Banana Project ended, T-ara has signed a major contract with a new agency in China
According to several of officials, T-ara’s contract with Banana Project had recently expired.
As a result, T-ara plan signed a new 5 billion won contract with a new Chinese agency, called “L” for now, to continue their promotions in China.
T-ara is one of the most popular groups in China. Just two days after the release of ‘What’s My Name’, their music video shot up to #1 on the YinYueTai charts, China’s largest music site.
T-ara previously remade a Chinese song, Little Apple, by The Chopsticks Brothers, after which the son of Wanda Group’s chairman, Wang Sicong, had taken T-ara into his company, raising their awareness in China.
Meanwhile, T-ara are currently promoting as a quartet with their newly released song “What’s My Name.”
