The video is mainly Jiyeon and Hyomin cuts, so the video will have quite a few jumps and skips in between, it's not that the video is broken

I noticed it too, not sure if it's a cold or it's just the mic or the recording distortion Either way the dance was very good as usual!

I feel that it is better for both T-ara and Hwayoung to move on separately. It would be a bigger disaster to get Hwayoung back into T-ara because it will just give the anti-fans/haters more things to talk and flame about. The decision in the first place might be wrong on CCM/KKS' part, but that wrong should corrected now, at the expense of the other girls' reputation and what not of course. But still, this is a milestone in T-ara's career as a girl group, and crises are inevitable especially with all the speculation of all sorts of scandals and rumours. T-ara have to build their reputation and rapport from the public and support from the fans not exactly from scratch, but slowly and surely, without any more bad decisions made by CCM or KKS.

The internet is a free reign realm for people to say what they want and like. However, there are a group of black sheep that abuse this power and spread all sorts of rumours. True fans should not be swayed by RUMOURS, and be critical about what they read from random anonymous people online. What T-ara needs is love, support, trust and faith.

Anti-fans won't watch it because they're critical about every positive news/things about T-ara. What we can hope is that the public and Queen's will continue their undying support and love for T-ara, which is what they need for their N4 and Soyeon Qri Boram comeback in Japan soon.
