T-ARAholic Introduces New Alarm Feature! Now you can start your day with T-ARA thanks to T-ARAholic's new alarm function! Install/Update T-ARAholic If you don't have the T-ARAholic app, you can download the software from Google Play or iTunes. T-ARAholic for Andoid ; T-ARAholic for iOS If you already have T-ARAholic on your mobile device, update the app and you will see this new alarm option on your T-ARAholic home screen. New alarm sounds, T-ARA greetings and background photos! You can unlock the basic alarm function with 1200 Candy Points. With additional Candy Points, you can buy additional sounds and alarms. Author's note: Jiyeon's wake up messages are particularly cute. The alarm feature is new so only Eunjung, Soyeon and Jiyeon sounds are available, but custom sounds from Qri, Hyomin and Boram are expected soon. They're a little busy at the moment, making a new album and preparing for promotions. Candy Points: If you're unfamiliar with the T-ARAholic application's use of Candy Points, think of it as virtual currency. Candy Points are earned by using the app. Previously you could use your Candy Points to send send a whisper (private message) to your favorite T-ARA member or use the compass feature. You can also buy candy points. You receive bonus Candy Points for buying Candy Points in bulk. Your replies remind me of an important detail: Make sure T-ARAholic is running in the background, otherwise if the app isn't running, neither is the alarm! For most Android and iPhones if you just escape to your phone's home screen, the app is still running but like any alarm clock, testing is important. This alarm is great! It's almost as though they read my mind because only a month ago, I asked one of the /r/tiara subscribers on reddit if they could extract sounds from T-ARAholic so I could set a tone as my alarm sound. They did it and the intro sound when you load T-ARAholic (they're saying "Happy energy, T-ARA!") was my alarm until yesterday when this app took over that role. Plus I love that funky track that plays by default with the alarm.

On the 26th, T-ara's agency Core Contents Media has revealed brand new photos from the shooting scene of T-ara's jacket image photo shoot. T-ara will appear with a new chic and trendy image by introducing the specific EDM genre of Big room to their listeners with a Shinsadong Tiger-produced song. In addition, T-ara will once again come out with an exciting dance choreography that is easy to follow along with. In the past, T-ara has received a lot of love with their dance trends of cat dance, retro dance, shuffle dance, and robot dance. This time they plan to have a new fun and exciting dance. T-ara is still preparing for their September 11th comeback which is about two weeks away.

Sigh. That's not for three weeks. And then I have to wait to see it with subs. Sigh. Oh well at least we get to see them out and active!!!!!

Foreigners can only purchase via iTunes which sadly does not count. Oh yes, YesAsia does help their ranking. On charts and music shows. Buying digital is pretty much impossible for foreigners unless you have a KSSN (Korean Social Security Number) or a Korean friend to help you.

After what Brave Bro did to Hyomin and few other artists recently, I would not favor his song for T-ara. Really I cannot imagine how much of a fresh and new song Brave Bro could produce. Just listen to his songs from this past year or two, from Sistar and TeenTop to Hyuna and Speed and AOA and very recently Hyomin: they all sound like some recycled mashed up songs! Brave Bro was the man only back then when he produced BigBang's hits. As for ShiTiger, he's full of surprises, very flexible and versatile in sounds, arrangements, and style. He can be annoyingly catchy like in T-ara's Bo Peep Bo Peep and Roly Poly, but can be dramatic as well in Beast's Fiction. And looking back at his past works for T-ara, I prefer ShiTiger for T-ara's title track. And it's a good call by CCM for not enlisting Duble Sidekick again, at least for now. They've been rising too fast, working too many projects, and now they sound watered down. I'm still holding a grudge for what they did to Jiyeon's solo track.
