When I edit T-ara songs and would make a 'karaoke' version, the only option I have when I want to get rid their voice is to eliminate the 'lead voice.' And usually, Soyeon's part is the only silent part at the edited song.In a band, they even call the singer the 'lead vocalist.'
So I think I know what's the use of the lead vocals, they usually have more lines than the other members, have the 'song break' (Soyeon at bopeep, daybyday, crycry, etc) and of course, the most beautiful voice.
For the main vocalist, they usually have a high voice, like that of Eunjung or a strong voice like that of Hyomin. I'm thinking that KKS made Eunjung and Hyomin te main vocalists because they are two of the three most popular T-ara girls. It's an exception for Jiyeon because she's already the visual.
All T-ara member's voice is distinct from each other, we can say that Boram's voice is for acoustic, Qri's voice is for retro or pop songs like Roly Poly, LoveyDovey, Bopeep Bopeep (but she killed it in I'm really hurt. XD) Jiyeon's voice is for ballad, there's no doubt about that. Her icy, low voice can rock any emotions of ballad songs, her voice can also make through pop songs but it doesn't quite work when she sings low voice in a pop song, her voice suites better when she sings higher note at pop songs like in her parts in Roly Poly, Lovey Dovey and Bo Peep Bo Peep.
I have the feeling that they won't change Soyeon for the leader anymore. Because, the leader rotary system takes effect when there's a new promotion. Like, Boram was the leader in Temptastic Album, Hyomin was the leader in John Travolta Wanabe, half of Black Eyes promotion and also in their Japanese Debut and Soyeon has been the leader ever since. But I think Qri could be the most appropriate leader.
Qri wrote the apology letter, she also was the first one to use SNS, and also to the fact that she is one of the oldest members. Qri is told by her members as the girl who intentionally laughs even when she's hurting so it means she can handle pressure and stress. The group can use this kind of leader when they'll be facing another controversy again in the future. And besides, Qri can use this to uplift her popularity. Admit, she's way too underrated.

Pachinko is actually more like the game machines in arcades that give you tickets that you can exchange for prizes (dolls, cigarettes etc.) only in the form of silverballs.. It's legally not considered as gambling but illegally you can exchange the silverballs with tokens/coins instead of prizes and usually in the back alleys near every pachinko shop you can "secretly" (though everyone knows) exchange the tokens with hard cash...
.so legally its not a gambling machine (gambling is officially illegal in Japan) but they are being used by the Japanese underground for gambling. But since it is common knowledge for Japanese (doubt the girls know this) CCM should've known better.

This gives me a bigger suspicion that the alcohol CF deal was likely just a lie for PR - a terrible PR tactic, to be precise now that the timing is considered.

People need to goddamn see that while netizens can be a bunch of whacks, the damage they do can be ultimately recovered from through time and laying low. However, damage from the agency is just asking for trouble to brew up if it's not fixed ASAP and looking at CCM's record, fixing internal problems is next to impossible for it.
These guys are burning T-ara down to the ground and it seems like their management tactics/strategies, excuses and all that are becoming far more pathetic for every dumb public announcement they make. I don't see ANY way T-ara can recover from CCM's sheer idiocy in the long run.
Anyone wondered why DBSK split? Internal issues between the group and SM. Not exterior ones like antis or netizens. The way I see it, idol groups seem more frail to internal damage than external.

Seriously we all feel the same, poor girls aren't recovered from past controversy, yet there's another one. How much can they bear? Where is the end? I hope we can help somehow, but whatever we do, whoever help, that guy KKS will find the way to screw that up too.

KKS is seriously the worst CEO or whatever he is. He creates a group, but ends up destroying it. Why did he even put new members in the group in the first place? That's an absolutely right decision considering T-ara fans range from 50 to 5 year olds,
I always wonder on how people like to bash idols for innocently dating (most of them are in their teens and twenties after all) but on the other hand love to hear about their drinking stories and think it as cute. I have nothing against people who drink but it just sounds hypocritical to me..
I could be wrong, but one thing about T-ara that I love is that we don't hear any "cute drunk" stories from them or about how they are happy because they are old enough to drink or talking about their favorite alcoholic beverage.. I'm not saying that Idols shouldn't drink in their own free time, but why do you have to talk about it in the media? Aren't they supposed to be role models?

[12.12.05] T-ara receive 10 billion won offer to do Southeast Asian tour same time as Japanese Arena Tour





T-ara were offered 10 billion won to do a Southeast Asian tour.
On the 5th, T-ara's agency said, "We received an offer of 10 billion won (~10 million USD) to do a project tour next year in Southeast Asian countries such as China, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Vietnam, Thailand, Singapore, Malaysia, etc."
But T-ara plan to do a Japan Arena Tour at the same time as the offer as well as do domestic activities in Korea. T-ara's Japanese Arena Tour would be able to reach over 150,000 people.
