[12.07.08] T-ARA's leader Soyeon says “I'm not worried about the new members~”
After releasing their newest "Day by Day" T-ARA is stirring up another fever and gaining fans of all ages. Not only are they receiving lots of interest and love from people for their music, but also for their artistic talents and fashion. After coming back from their Japanese promotion, they have been busy preparing for schedules and concerts. Despite this, they have taken some of their time for an interview with bntNews.
The leader who showed strong leadership by taking care of her members' stage/photo concepts even though she was busy with her own preparations, ‘Soyeon’: the interview with her was straightforward like her personality.
The set was filled with loud music, and cheerfully humming to that music was Soyeon. Since when did she want to be a singer? “I wanted to be a singer since I was 5 years old. My dream grew while watching Sunbae Namjung Park and Sunbae Sookyung Ang. The 5 year old me even begged and cried to my mom that I needed to see Sunbae Namjung Park, so she took me to a live cafe where Namjung Park sang. My memories of that moment are still vivid.”
After dreaming of becoming a singer, what is her goal after receiving much love as one? She determinedly responded, “Just like Sunbae Junghwa Um, I want to be a well rounded entertainer who shines brightly on stage and on TV.”
“The new members' adaptability? Don't worry about it~”
Lately, the internet had been filled with the news about the recruit of T-ARA's newest members. How does she feel about meeting the new members? “They're very beautiful younger sisters. Eigth member ‘Ahreum’ is a 'practiceholic' who practices a lot, so I don't worry about her stage performance. 14-year old maknae ‘Dani’ is a cute little sister who is 12 years younger than me. Actually, I am sorry and feel bad for her. At her age, I am sure Dani wants to perform to fresh and lively music; but because she came in the middle of T-ARA's activities, she has to adjust to T-ARA's concepts and color. That is why I am sorry. I will treat her well.”
“Will 14-year old Dani be able to adjust well with her older sisters?“ is one of the many questions netizens are asking about the new member's adaptability. “At first, we were worried too. We have such a huge age gap. And more than anything, we should be able to get to know each other through living together (dorm-life); but don't live with each other anymore. That is why we worried they might feel shy and uncomfortable around us. But because our members have positive and easy-going personalities, we will be able to get along well. I don't worry about it anymore,” she happily expressed about meeting the new maknaes.

But as I became a leader, my consideration and affection for the group grew. My responsibilities increased and I took care of my members more. T-ARA is known for their special attachment to their fans. The group that also personally requested their agency for free concert tickets for their fanclub members is also T-ARA. “Since I was also someone else's fan, I understand our fans' feelings really well. T-ARA is receiving a lot of attention for their recently released Japanese album ‘Jewelry Box.’ Their album took the #2 spot on the Oricon Chart the day Jewelry Box was released, and is still receiving a lot of attention today. Also, on June 3rd, T-ARA held a concert in Thailand and the 7,800 seat tickets were all sold out, dubbing them the new ‘Hallyu-idol’ with a busier schedule than ever before (in T-ARA history). They are receiving much love and strength from international fans as well. As she maintains the Hallyu Wave, she speaks about the ‘Hally-idol’ nickname.
“Honestly, we only got to where we are right now and are receiving this much love because of the path that our sunbaes have paved before us. We also received help and support from a lot of people. Every time I see the people who cherish us I feel thankful as well as apologetic. We should be able to show a better us to them, but we weren't able to because of the hectic schedules and time. We will work harder!”
T-ARA is busy both domestically and internationally. We look forward to the increasing love T-ARA will receive as they spread their wings over this vast world.

[12.07.06] T-ara to make a comeback backed by a 70-person orchestra
T-ara will come back through July 7th's MBC "Music Core". On T-ara's comeback stages at MBC "Music Core" and SBS "Inkigayo" T-ara will have a 70-person orchestra.
T-ara will perform their new songs "Day by Day" and "Don't Leave". T-ara's "Don't Leave", produced by Cho Youngsoo with lyrics by Ahn Youngmin, will showcase their vocals in the traditional ballad song which was arranged with a strong image.
T-ara's new member Areum will have her stage debut with the other members on MBC "Music Core". They all showed up today to per-record their stage. The members looked playful behind the scenes and introduced the new member Areum to staff.

Girl group T-ara will release their second "Day by Day" music video soon.
T-ara will publish the second "Day by Day" music video series on the 9th at 15:00 KST to create more attention for their comeback. T-ara member Eunjung will take on the challenge of live comedy.

The national girl group, T-ara, who is loved by all ages, will release a new mini-album after more than nine months with a new member: DAY BY DAY.
The title track DAY BY DAY was composed by Cho Youngsoo and Ahn Youngmin with lyrics by Kim Taehyun. T-ara will meet fans with a more matured look than before.
The song begins with calm tune which leads to a rap. Hwayoung's appealing voice is heard rapping poetic lyrics with a slight Boyish charm. Hwayoung actively gave feedback to the songwriter in the recording process of the album to make sure to find a suitable rhyme and melody, which a lot of work went into. Over time, the maturity of the T-ara's members VOICES and their various different colors, musical ability and expressiveness are further shown with each comeback. In addition, T-ara's new member Areum will deliver refreshing and soft vocals.
T-ara is a group like chameleons. Their bright and cheerful appearance is loved by public, but they also have the ability to show off dark and sorrowful images. It can be seen in the epically arranged ballad "Don't Leave" on the mini album. The ballad is enjoyable to listen to with Eunjung's vocals and Areum's rapping being no joke. The reoccurring trumpet melody gives it a sexy twist while the song is already arranged in a sophisticated and grand way.

T-ara will rush home to Korea after their concert in Japan.
According to T-ara's agency, T-ara will rush back to Korea through Gimpo Airpotr today at 10:30 AM. This is because T-ara's scheduled to appear on the live KBS2TV "Music Bank" half-year show.

T-ara's leader Soyeon has been cast in the drama "Haeundae Lovers".

T-ara's new album "Day by day" will have a 20-minute music video in the format of a drama for it's title song. T-ara member Hyomin has been cast in the lead role in the MBC Friday 8-episode drama "One Thousandth Man".
