well, if 2 members addition are MinKyung and Haeri from Davichi, I'm very happy because they are have some quality
I love Davichi too but I don't think KKS is that dumb (well,he is dumb,to be honest) to add Minky and Haeri into T-ara.Both of them already have their own fan base and one cannot deny that their vocals are no doubt among TOP 10 female singers in KPOP.Combining Davichi and T-ara wil only create a huge flak and there's a high possibility that it will lead to fan war between both groups.
I believe we'd all agree that Soyeon has a great singing skills but if Davichi is added to T-ara,the main vocalists,Soyeon and Hyomin will "sink" and they will steal any performance they'll perform especially if it's involve a high note or strong vocals.

Pwahaha,I laughed at this comment.Didn't he know that changing any members/concepts will only make fans "go away"?Yes,music industry is always changing,but why fix things that didn't broke?Though I'm relieved no member is removed.
Actually,I'm kinda worried with this whole thing.There's a huge chance that the old members couldn't get along with the news members.I'm sure some will say that the new members only "ride" the popularity that the old members had build since the beginning.The last thing I wanna hear is they disband due to "personal circumstances".
Why add another members when with 6 (now with 7),they can't even distribute lines fairly?So,some of the members will only act as backup dancers?
Now I know why they moved to another dorm.Well,more people,bigger rooms.....

I'm not sure what do you mean by "which member understand the concept" because we'll never know that.
So,I'm going with which member suits the certain concepts and perform the song amazingly or who "stole" the song.
This is just purely based on me.
Lovey Dovey:Hyomin.She looks energetic every time they perform the songs.
Cry Cry:No doubt it's Soyeon.She literally sing 90% of the songs especially in ballad version.This is where I decided who is my bias.
Roly Poly:Hyomin,Soyeon or Jiyeon.It's a tough decision to make....
Yayaya and Why Are You Being Like This:I can't really decide who stands out the most since all of them shine as a group though.
I Go Crazy Because Of You:Jiyeon and Eunjung.They look like a badass in that costumes.But I really like Soyeon's extension.
Lies:I guess it's Soyeon because she sings the most.Besides,she's not the main vocalist of T-ara for nothing.

Yes,I believe so too.Or,maybe a member from a group that can speak very well.For example,Tiffany from SNSD,since she can speaks English fluently and talkative.
At first I thought I was been delusional for seeing other singers in T-ara Forum
So,I'm not surprised that Soyeon was there too since she is the leader AND T-ara's spokesperson

It's either Qri,Soyeon or Eunjung.
Qri:Since she already has a boyfriend,I assume she'll marry first.Besides,she is already 26 and it's a right time to start a family.
Soyeon:Well,from the way I see it,she is the most mature members among all of T-ara despite her age and she takes good care of her members.Besides,she will make a good mother (this is just purely based on Hello Baby)
Eunjung:Isn't she already married to Jang Woo?LOL..Yeah.like someone else already mentioned,she does experienced this whole marriage thing so it teaches her to be more mature and not simply jump into marriage.

I don't think it's her idea.Maybe all of them wanna do good deeds together!I'm really proud of them.Although their schedule is heavily packed,but they still squeezed some times for the volunteering works.
But,yes,she's such an awesome leader
If,let's say,T-ara has a permanent leader,I really hope it's her because she always has this leader vibe kind of feel,well,at least to me. -

How often do you hear people compliment her on her singing. It's always about her being pretty, looking like Kim Tae Hee - despite the fact that Jiyeon has, I think, a really gorgeous voice.

Well,I do.Everytime I watch any of T-ara's videos (whether it's performances or interviews),almost 90% of the comments are about the top 2,that is Jiyeon and Eunjung.Although both of them are not my favourite members,but I gotta admit that Eunjung's singing skills is good.But,like you said,being pretty is her bonus and some of her "over-excited" (I'm not sure if the term exist) fans keep saying how excellent her singing skills is and sorry to those who think I'm talking about them,are too blind by her prettiness and can't judge her singing skills.But,yeah,different people has different taste in music.

I LOL'd at this news.
The MV itself was too long, unnecessary and even boring to an extent.
To be honest here,as much as I love T-ara,I think they should stop making MVs that are too long and they make too many versions.
Lovey Dovey has 3 versions,Cry Cry has 3 versions,Lies has 3 versions, and more........
Instead of doing this,why not using the money for other use?Or give them a rest?
I believe Lovey Dovey zombie version is actually referring to them -how tired and exhausted they are for doing a lot of MV for 1 song.
Urm,what take they so long?All of T-ara's fans had watched the MV thousands of time (okay,a little exaggerated,I think) and they ended the promotion months ago.

I highly disagree that Ji Yeon can be considered 'underrated' in terms of actual skill - yes, it's undeniable that she has solo OSTs but then again, she hasn't performed any of them on live performances in KBS Music Show, MBC Music Bank and SBS's Inkigayo - the three major music performance shows in Korea. It's not like she's doing acting 24/7. Compare her singing to So Yeon, Eun Jung and Hyomin and you'll see a tremendous gap - some may even argue that Ji Yeon's singing is equal or even worse than Boram's.
But being the most popular member with the largest number of fans, it's no doubt that there are people that will ovexaggerate her actual talent as a singer.

You know,you can't really say a singer is great if you only listen to her/their OST songs.I too,can't recall any LIVE performances that she did on stage,ALONE while the S.H.E already had.While I can't comment much about her singing is worse than Boram's (afraid of her fans might attack me),her singing is just mediocre,to say the most.And,that is why we can't see her sing any of her OST live,sooner or later until CCM fully trained them,which I don't think they're doing it now.Besides,singing isn't really what Jiyeon is passionate about since she (and Eunjung) took acting class long before T-ara debuted and they never thought of being a singer until CCM took them.
And,no,@butterfly rebound,I don't hate her.But some of her fans are being very delusional saying her singing skills are the best (or awesome) among all of T-ara members where it's obviously the S.H.E vocals skills are far beyond her (I'm not saying it's you).Yes,she's great at acting,but singing?No.Well,not yet.

Isn't it obvious that the two nominees are Eunjung and Jiyeon since they both took acting class?Besides,that is what their passionate about and they never thought of being a singer until CCM took them.
I believe the answer is Eunjung.Come on,she started acting since she was like 7 or 8 and she's 24 now and she has tons of experiences.Second of course goes to Jiyeon and third to Hyomin.
You can't really compare both of them with Soyeon,Boram,Qri and Hwayoung since none of them act before (well,only as cameos) and I don't think Soyeon will jump into an acting career any soon seeing she's more into singing career that is what she love to do.

^No,until now,The Big 3 is still Jiyeon,Eunjung and Hyomin and nothing can really change that.Besides,Jiyeon is the FACE of T-ara.If you actually noticed,all the Big 3 have acted in numerous dramas/movies (but Hyomin acted in less movies/dramas if you're comparing them to Eunjung and/or Jiyeon) while I don't recall Soyeon act in any dramas.If she really has,it's only a cameo that took about not more than 5-10 minutes overall.Moreover,acting is not really what Soyeon is passionate about and unlike the 2 of them who took acting class,she is more into singing career.However,if people are talking about The Big 4,then,of course Soyeon is included.
If you're talking about popularity,then,Eunjung and Jiyeon is out of the question because they are the most popular members in the group.If you read any comments regarding T-ara performances/interviews,most of them are about Jiyeon this and that.Soyeon has a great singing and variety skills but I rarely see her in any variety shows alone - minus Oh! My School.
Different people has different opinion,and I'll stick with mine.But,I take back my words about "don't see the change in popularity in her) seeing how active she and Hyomin are in Roly Poly Musical.Yes,she did increase her popularity,but only slightly.
Seeing you are still new to this Forum,I suggest you read a few topics and then you'll know how huge Jiyeon is.

Hmm, I thought adding in Hwa Young was to loosen up EJ and Hyomin's workload as rappers for the group? Besides, EJ and Hyomin and Ji Yeon are the most overworked members. If adding Hwa Young was to lower the age average in the group, then it's an epic failure since FIVE of the members are in their early or mid 20s now.
The only place KKS deserves to be in is some hellhole like Somalia, Afghanistan, Chechnya, Sudan etc.
Regarding So Yeon's injury, I suspect the worst. If there's no news about it popping up, then one may even argue that CCM (or KKS himself) actually covered it up since they (or he) could be the ones behind So Yeon's injury. While I cannot say it's definitely true due to lack of evidence, it certainly cannot be ruled out - after all, So Yeon's the one who spoke out against KKS on TV a while back. By giving the members a break, it certainly gives KKS the perfect opportunity to have her injured without anyone knowing how it happened.
While the reason of lessen up Eunjung,Jiyeon and Hyomin might be true,the age average thing is true,too.I just watched the interview and the memories of Hyomin saying it,is still fresh in my mind and from the way I see it,she's not joking.But yeah,Hwayoung does help to loosen up their overworked schedules.Recently,only 5 members performed on stages due to drama shooting and viewers started complaining that their biases were not there and they did not want to see their performances,bla bla bla..
KKS himself is an epic failure,we all know that.Besides,I don't see any problem of having a mid-20 celebrities.Super Junior's members nearly hit 30 or just look at BEG,3 out of 4 of them already 30 and I don't any sign of slowing down.
Now that you said that,it makes sense.Of course we cannot accuse arbitrary but considering how [put a suitable word here] KKS is,there quite a possibility though.We all know how brave Soyeon is and being the spokesperson (and the leader) added a bonus for her to speak out for the girls in public.And,I still can't get over the fact that he'll follow them to Europe.Like you've said in some posts before,he just want to tighten his grip and make sure nobody crosses the lines because he know it will be really dangerous if he let Soyeon in Korea alone.....

I think I voted Qri or Boram when I first read this topic and still new with T-ara. Now I deleted my vote and choose Soyeon. Underrated member means someone that deserves much more than people will allow. Soyeon has a great voice and variety skills. While I can't really say the same with Qri and Boram talent-wise. Soyeon deserves more credit.
We are alike.I first voted for Boram/Qri but then after I got to know more about them,I change my vote to Soyeon.Even now she's the leader (+main vocalist+spokesperson),I don't see the change in popularity in her.
The reason why The Big 3 are the most popular members in T-ara because each of them have acted in a lot of dramas and movies.Eunjung acted since she was 7-8 while Jiyeon since she was still 14 plus the variety shows such as WGM,Heroes and more.While Hyomin was in Invincible Youth and at that time,T-ara just debuted a couple of months before.
It saddened to see how underrated she is because apart from having a great singing skills,she has a lot of gag and knows how to be funny but I rarely see her in variety shows,alone (minus O!MS).I hope she can given the opportunity to shine just like The Big 3,because she really deserves it.
Talent-wise:Well,I can't say the same with Boram and Qri,too.
They are just seems too quiet and shy whenever they're infront of the cameras.I think even Hwayoung is more popular then the other 2.To be very honest,I was kinda shocked knowing that Boram was once a leader.It is sad knowing that every time they are on a variety/interview show,they got the least air time since they talk less than the other members.

i was a bit skeptical too when they got Hwayoung. i hate the 'lets add more members' move. who the hell thought it was a good idea? theres no need to replace and add members. why can't they just stay like that forever?
The only reason why she was added is to reduce the age average in T-ara.I believe most of T-ara fans knew this.Enjung,Hyomin and Jiyeon were guests in a show back in 2010 and Hyomin said this herself.Well,I'm not shocked hearing this reason considering KKS himself is a cuckoo and only think "highly of himself".
To be very honest here,I knew T-ara quite late but I've heard almost all of their songs.Yes,Hwayoung can rap and she is a great rapper but her rapping skills is not fully used in T-ara songs.They can't even distributed lines fairly amongst T-ara and now,adding another member(s) will only make matter worse.
I just watched a fancam from a lovey-dovey performance where Sooyeon came out and sang on the side while leaning on a crutch.
I don't get why T-ara would add members. They already have 9 members.
Eunjung, Hyomin, Jiyeon, Soyeon, Qri, Boram, Hwayoung, IV Drip, Crutches.
You know,being a Soyeon's fan myself,I was hurt seeing her in that condition where at least she should has given a chair to sit by the authorities but she was performing with a cheerful smile.She's not the only one who had performed with an injury.Jiyeon,Eunjung and Hyomin also performed on stages although their injury were not fully healed but they performed professionally.
One thing that I don't understand is why there is no news about it?All news in AKP or Soompi are selcas of this popular girl/boy,etc..When any of T-ara members got caught in a controversy,rumors spread like wildfire.

yup soyeon. there's one show recently that she and jiyeon went on and had to remove their makeups, and i don't see much difference for soyeon.. jiyeon looked distinctly different (i think because of the eye makeup)

Personally,I prefer a strong song that utilize their powerful vocals such as:
Cry Cry (I love the ballad version more),Lies,TTL.Good Person,Lovey Dovey (although it's not exactly a strong song but I like the beat,it's catchy),Say Goodbye (I'm in love with Soyeon's chorus part,she sang it beautifully),Fallin U and finally What Should We Finish sang by Soyeon.Her voice sounds like a angel when she sing a ballad song
To be honest,I'm not a fan of auto-tune songs.

Wow,since our main vocalist is going to sing the song,I'm expecting this song will turn out great.Looking forward to hear it seeing Yangpa always duet with an awesome singer.e.g -Davichi's Lee Haeri.Well,she herself is an awesome singer after all.
