It's not like they have a choice if they can't make time for it. But it's not like you have to date to be happy so as long as their happy then there shouldn't be a problem. The girls are so busy between promoting, shows, etc. it would be very difficult to devote much time to a relationship. As it is they barely have time to see their families because they're so busy.
