It really makes her eyes look bigger, which they already are but the eyeliner accentuates them. ♥ I especially loved her eyeliner during YaYaYa promotions, it was really pretty and fit with the concept well. As for acting, she's best without eyeliner. I dunno, but to me, when you act it's better to have a more fresh and natural face and JiYeon pulls off that look really well too without eyeliner. As a grown man looking at a young girl, I don't think she looks sexier with it, just prettier. That's not to say she's not pretty without it, because she has been getting compliments on her looks before she started wearing the heavier eye makeup.
