I hope JiYeon or SoYeon will be the next leader. JiYeon would be cute (Apple is A) and pretty with ballad (JiYeon voice is good with slow song). SoYeon style would be mature with strong vocal.

Boram is the oldest in T-ara. The oldest member who wasn't a leader would be Qri.

I think Soyeon is the best fit as the next leader...Jiyeon and Hwayoung are too young imo. Qri can be leader after Soyeon and then Jiyeon or Hwayoung. I think both the maknaes need to rest before actually taking a job that you need to be mentally and physically prepared for.

I can see a leadership in her. When Hyomin who is a persent leader was busy and can't join in any programs, Soyeon was always the one who can lead the group.

So I think if T-ara has to change a leader again, the one who is suitable the most is Soyeon.
