SNSD's popularity skyrocketed during 2009 and they didn't debut or promote heavily in Japan until at least 2010. Super Junior's popularity also skyrocketed years before they even debuted in Japan. Going to Japan doesn't necessarily mean your popularity is going to boost up - especially when people in Japan can watch performances from places like YouTube without having to pay for tickets. Promoting in Japan pretty much means that the groups have put a major foothold in the Korean public and have no worry about their popularity fading away. Furthermore, T-ara's popularity skyrocketed between 2011 July to now - but at the cost of NO day of rest. A total of 3 comebacks (Roly Poly, Cry Cry, Lovey Dovey) in a span of 7 months. Not even SNSD at its highest boost of popularity (2009) went that intense (Gee, Tell Me Your Wish Genie and Chocolate Love released in a span of 10 months length). If people here think they're real fans, they should be more concerned with T-ara's wellbeing and health - not on what they promote in front of the screen. If they think the latter is more important, then frankly, they're not real fans at all. T-ara's schedules even makes SNSD look like they're having it easy - further proved that T-ara hadn't had one vacation since debut.

Unfortunately, CCM stans probably won't see it until it's too late - they won't even know what will hit them. Stans are at the very best, comparable to religious fanatics. I fully agree with you that there are many fans (not few, to correct) that don't see the girls as humans but as tools of self-entertainment - besides, the majority of fans of T-ara (and basically any other idol group) are teenagers who are too narrow-minded to even think that their beloved god/goddesses are working like hell - and that's putting it nicely. Though I have to disagree with you there about T-ara having a very high chance of disbanding - it's more close to a roughly 50-50 chance. KARA was also in danger of being disbanded but the group managed to stay together with all members present and the whole issue with them and DSP eventually was resolved in court early last year - of course, DSP lost quite a bit of face and their excuses weren't really believable. DBSK is still around - albeit in name only - though on the other hand, SM Entertainment certainly lost its reputation considerably, their claims that the three members were filing a lawsuit for their own personal interests were quite laughable and more importantly, they pretty much lost the battle in court. SM even lost to the boy group Shinhwa in court almost a decade ago. If even one of the Big 3 can't win a battle in court, CCM won't last any better. KKS's interventions in KARA's lawsuit case also didn't really do much (at least as far as I know) and it pretty much showed how much of a whacked greasy Jabba the Hutt he is. There is a reason why YG compensated to Big Bang by giving a 2-month-break when the latter were planning to run away due to being overworked back in 2008 or so - a court battle is one of the things that would have occurred and the very last thing YG would have wanted (and as a result, YG's environment is a lot fairer and less crushing (mentally AND physically) compared to other agencies). CCM seems to think that more and more comebacks and promotions in a short period of time is going to work - maybe it is in the short run but in the long run, as you have said, it's going to bite them in the ass. 3 comebacks in 7 months even beats SNSD back in 2009, when they released Gee, Tell me Your Wish (Genie) and Chocolate Love between January to October (10 months). Hell, even my dad (former businessman himself) and some of his friends that do middle to big-sized business think KKS's management and business strategies are quite laughable. It's sad to even imagine what the girls would have thought when they realized that the so-promised '10 day break' was nothing more than a mere sham so KKS wouldn't have so many fingers pointing towards him.

On break? Are you kidding me? Eun Jung and Ji Yeon are still filming the dramas they're starring in, the girls recently just got back from Japan and are very likely going back soon to work on their scheduled album due later this year - a whole album requires a huge lot of effort and work, taking at least months to finish. More than that, they're releasing TWO albums - a Japanese one in June and their main comeback in July. Add in also the choreography practices, then it makes it even more demanding - So Yeon's already explained how demanding that is because back in her trainee days in SM, she literally sweated through 3 shirts a day. By the way, as soon as they came back from Japan, they were already rushed to the MBC idol athletics event at a rather tired condition - and performed horribly. So Yeon even said she was feeling too tired to run when it was her turn to take the 50m sprint. Doing 'little' activities does not constitute a break - a break is a period of time spent on things OUTSIDE work indefinitely. Have you even been employed by a major company before? No, I guess not. As a lab assistant working in a fairly large health food product company (Alpha Laboratories) in New Zealand, a break is just as mentioned above. A period of time that doesn't involve work at all. You do realize that KKS even said that the girls will work under an even more vigrous schedule for the next few months, no? Cuz it says on the news section in this very site - and the man ain't joking. And how about that '10 day break' that was promised in February? Nothing came at all - 10 days of rest doesn't even compare one bit with nearly 3 years of literally constant work. Even the military gives you more time to go home and spend time with your friends and family than that.

You, good sir, should be given a Nobel Prize for this post. <applauds> Only morons, stans and fans more dedicated to CCM, rather than T-ara's actual well-being would say such things like Malvius. Come to think of it, I remember there were rumors that in KARA's official fan site where there were a huge ton of 'fans' making posts that criticized KARA about their lawsuits and were taking DSP's side - more rumors say that DSP actually ordered/bribed/coerced its own employees to say such things. And I think it's quite plausible, if not damn full factual. T-ara not having had a vacation since debut and with constant promotions and overwork has indeed gone far enough - even the Korean military gives its troops adequate sleep every week and their training regime is among the most toughest worldwide. There's a reason why famous people like Lee Hyori, SG Wannabe and Nam Gyuri of SeeYa actually left CCM after only working in it for a few years. T-ara, at this rate, is bound to become one of them. Frankly, KKS doesn't seem to really give a xxxx about anything except filling up his own bank account and trying to directly compete evenly against bigger agencies like YG and SM. Long story cut short - CCM will never ever manage to achieve such an unrealistic goal.

I don't think having a solo concert and releasing a new album (actually, make that two if you count the Japanese one they're supposed to work on) was ever in their interest at recent times. They're simply too overworked to even want to give it a go. They had 3 comebacks since last summer and not a SINGLE day of rest since then. To put it very honestly in a forward way, CCM's Kim Kwang Su has lied to everyone about T-ara getting this so-called '10-day break' (and frankly, a 10 day break isn't enough compared to nearly 3 years of no vacation - even the military is more fair than that). Their CEO is nothing more than a old greedy Jabba the Hutt who's only got one thing in his head - money and power to compete against SM, YG and JYP, the Big Three. Hell, T-ara's schedule is probably the most tightest and exhausting out of all idol groups. Mate, it's better if you organize a "Diadem Petition" from all over the world. Do you have any idea how overworked T-ara is? It makes all the other idol groups look like they're playing in kindergarten. I highly doubt they want to perform any longer because since last summer, as I have said many times, they already had 3 comebacks and not one day of rest - since debut, not even a single vacation. If you're a true fan, you should be more concerned about their wellbeing and health. Not what they promote. If they're being overworked to death, most of their income probably taken by CCM and having members fainting and getting injuries here and there, then they must have a long break first. It's not like their popularity will vanish completely.

For heaven's sake, they're already busy as hell working on their new album scheduled for July while also promoting in Japan and now this? WTF has Kim Kwang Su been smoking in his head for the past 2 months now? Or has he simply lost his marbles just to live a comfy life after retiring? The Japanese album can wait until LATER this year - they need a rest ASAP after that new album in July comes out. NO lengthy promotion performances again like Roly Poly last year. That's as far as it goes. Seeing DBSK, SuJu's Hangeng and KARA complain about their agencies and getting in a lawsuit was bad enough - at this rate, T-ara might as well be next. As Big Bang's G-Dragon said - when idols are at their third year since debut, they get a tendency to rebel. Better give T-ara that well-deserved break CCM, or otherwise YOU will next in looking like complete trashdogs of scum in all of Asia. As a fan, CCM (and especially CEO Kim Kwang Su) has so far done nothing but made themselves look no better than a gang of pimps in recent times, regardless of what astounding news they have to tell about T-ara to the public.

It'd be a hell lot better if those two companies robbed Kim Kwang Su's own bank account rather than illegally distribute CCM's stuff. Because frankly, Kim Kwang Su is nothing more than an old crook who's no different to mafia boss.

So, CCM really has lied that T-ara's to have a break soon. Goddamn liars. As much as I'm looking forward to T-ara having a new full album out, the fact that CCM has lied to us that the girls are getting a break is downright disappointing and shameful. Curse you, Kim Kwang Su. CURSE YOU!!!!!!!!!!!

I did a little bit of searching in the internet and it seems that CCM's management skills don't really seem really impressive at all. If anyone can recall, Nam Gyuri of SeeYa even at one mentioned that the head of CCM is a devil back in 2009 and was not treated well by the company. This also goes to say, CCM's roster list of idols and singers alike is rather small while everyone else is in sub-labels. At one point, other famous artists like SG Wannabe and Lee Hyori were also part of Mnet but all left after working for just a few years, pefering to work with other agencies or even set up their own. While detailed information doesn't seem to be available in sufficiency, it sure as hell seems that CCM isn't very impressive in terms of management and treating its people properly. Hell, this could be an even worse agency than SM, possibly. I too was looking forward on T-ara getting a break after the Lovey-Dovey promotions had ended as well but seriously - now they're in Japan to promote Roly Poly up until some point in March, followed by working on their second full album. I understand that it'd be great to release it on their anniversary (and looking forward to what their new stuff will be like) but really...for some reason, it doesn't seem like T-ara were the ones who made such a decision on their own willing (after all, they don't even have control on what type of music they want to try out for). Alas, I may have to dare say that most fans are seemingly more concerned with seeing T-ara on television and being active 24/7 than the girls' steadily deteriorating mental and physical health. I wouldn't be surprised if T-ara were actually thinking of the same thing as of now - a true fan's priority should be concerning about his/her celebrity's wellbeing, not on how many times they appear in the TV screen, computer, magazine or live performance. A truly sad world we're living in :/

This is something I'm worried about too - Kim Kwang Su aka CEO of Core Contents Media did say that T-ara will be given a break 'soon' but now that he says they're going to be having a vigorous schedule in Japan, he's either lied about the break or pushed it even further away, considering that making a full album takes months at the least to make, and when it's released, T-ara will end up spending up to 1-2 months promoting the title track. Even then, he said the 'break' will last just 10 days - that's a complete WTF - only 10 days of rest compared to over 3 years of non-stop work. It's simply not fair - one may say it's even abuse. I think he's conned everyone about T-ara having a break soon - the news did get around with the fans and to an extent, the general public that T-ara's being overworked and tired out - just to avoid himself and the company getting the blame, he then just says they'll get a break. Result? The whole issue just dies down as everyone believes what he says - including many of the Diadems here. I even suspect that Eun Jung was actually forced to some parts of her schedule after he nasty knee incident by CCM itself - something's simply just not right at all. Hell, T-ara's schedule probably makes other idols' schedules look like your typical high school timetable.

I think he's just doing this to keep the fans from exploding about T-ara's killer schedule. Damn dirty old sockhead...

As much as how promising the contract looks, I've got a horrible feeling that CCM is going to take the most of the money T-ara makes from that very contract. To sum it up, anywhere between 50~80% of the money will go to CCM while the rest is divided between charity and the members' bank accounts. Not saying it's gonna actually happen but the possibility is certainly high.

It's time CCM give that damn well-deserved break ASAP after promotions in Japan. And not just a lousy 10-day break. It has to last a MONTH at the least. No vacation since debut - that even makes SM look like saints, honestly. T-ara has earned enough staying power in the entertainment industry so there's no worry about their popularity fading away fast. We should all do an online petition against CCM and Kim Kwang Su, that dirtbag. As much as they're responsible and credited for pushing T-ara to fame, not giving them a decent break, sleep or even proper meals on a daily basis is pure ridiculousy and insanity. T-ara are not slaves. They're entertainers. If CCM wants to keep T-ara, they oughta do something right otherwise they'll get something similar to that DBSK and Hangeng case or even plans of running away, as by Big Bang back in 2008 (and thanks to that, YG's environment has become better for the most part). Even the South Korean military gives its men proper meals and enough sleep - yet their training regime is among the most rigorous in the world. If CCM can't even handle the basics to T-ara's needs, then honestly, they're making themselves look like the North Korean government in miniature. Hell, actually, T-ara would be treated far more humanely if they were under YG instead.
