As far as I know, [REC] means that she'll be recording but her performance will only be broadcasted on another day. [PERF] means she'll be recording and her performance will be broadcasted on the same day.
If you would like to attend her music show recordings, would suggest you to ask the Korean fans cause I think you have to be there very much earlier to get an entry.

I guess it should be okay since Hyomin herself tweeted this. I think she got frustrated with CCM being slow as usual with their videos. Just replace the Dispatch video once the teaser is out on the official channel.
