  2. This is fun.

    Good:
    - Combo of tear-jerking ballads and ear-worm songs.
    - Pwettty and Sekshi
    - Speak in cute English especially Hyomin (sekshi mouse)
    - Unpredictable
    - Chameleons
    - Funny
    - Persistent and hardworking
    - Long drama-like mvs

    Bad
    - Too irresistible
    - Lipsync. Urgh. (But I still love you)
    - Turn me into a delusional and crazy fangirl
    - Japanese album/singles, photobooks and showcase tickets are too expensive.

  3. @Klee, yeah u sounded mad especially at some of the Queen's. I am not going to argue anymore on the beauty salon issue cause you have your point but sometimes it's easier to be said than done. I'll say that yes I am fuming because I can't stand attacks on T-ara but I get angry as well when people label Hwa as a b!tch even though I don't really pay attention to her before this (I'm sorry). I don't know about others but upright bashing is just not right (and you are right about that).

I've read so many bad comments about Hwayoung (which some of them made sense to me) but I have learned to control myself and to try to be as neutral as possible because I know she's not the sole person to be blamed on this matter. If you blame Hwayoung, blame it on T-ara too. I've already mentioned why I sway towards T-ara a tad more in my earlier post and it has very little to do with Hwa having a happy selca or the Infinite concert or the manicure issue. I sort of understand why some Queen's took the bashing/hating road. We're all frustrated, angry and tired after a month of controversy and when you are exhausted, you say and do things in the wrong way (same to T-ara). Maybe for you it's a lame excuse but since I've experienced it before, I know what exhaustion and frustration can do to your mind.

As I've mentioned previously, in the end it all comes down to your personal preference, who's your bias and who do you choose to believe. You can't change a person's thought that easily, that's stigma for you. But, I understand where you are coming from and thank you for your posts which enlighten me a lot on this matter. Thank you. I'll stop for now but I'll continue stalking your fanfics. :)

random: are you a younha fans? (peace, love, and ice cream reference). me too, lol. xD

Not exactly a fan but I like some of her songs and her voice. I knew her from the Bleach anime and later I realized that she's a Korean !!

  4. @klee, don't be mad, I'm sorry if I offended you .___. I feel like I'm in a debate or something. First of all, I would like to clarify again that I don't hate Hwayoung and I'll be looking for her future projects especially with her sister. Since both of them are so miserable being in a group, they should just form a duo instead.

I'm not saying that she can't go but she should at least give a little more consideration on the others before deciding to go to the beauty salon. As I mentioned, I wouldn't be too happy when someone is kinda enjoying herself in the midst of my misery. Yes, I'm not T-ara and Hwayoung didn't offend me but as fans, we tend to be overprotective (too much sometimes). And you are saying that if T-ara members feel unhappy, it's their business and we as fans have no business with this. If it's so, why are we even "protecting" them against the antis, why are we even fuming at antis' comments, it's because we are putting ourselves in their shoes. But yeah, I'll admit that we have no rights to judge Hwayoung and I'm sorry if I sounded like I'm putting all the blame on her alone. I'll say that all of them are at fault but we can't change what happened so there's no point blaming it on anyone except on some particular owner of the Midas Touch.

I agree with you to a certain degree but I don't want to argue anymore cause in the end as I mentioned, it really depends on your personal views, who's your bias and who do you choose to believe. There's no point influencing the other opposing party to share the same views as you. I'll like to say that a lot of fans in DIadems support T-ara but this doesn't mean that they hate Hwayoung. Hating is too much, I think it's more to the "I don't care about her" vibe.

But anyway, as pointless as it seems, they all should have a press conference. All of them, the T-ara members and Hwayoung. I know it's a bit too late and I know it may be pointless but that's the only way to alleviate the problem. They might be accused of being fake *****es but they should at least shed some tears and say sorry to each other during the conference and at the end of it, shake hands and hug each other (Hwayoung included). And Qri unnie needs to cry. Please UNNIE JUST SHED A TEAR. Use the press conference to clarify themselves and if the haters continue to hate, then I'll have nothing to say. The press conference is not solely used to calm down haters though but it's also for the fans as well. I've been very tired and frustrated about them keeping quiet and not clarifying things. But I'll continue to dream for that day cause unless KKS trips, gets his head knocked on a table and suffers from amnesia like in the dramas, it wouldn't happen.

I'll agree that we should all continue to support be it T-ara, Hwayoung or both and stop the hate on either sides. I.WANT.MY.SEXY.BACK. Again, sorry if I offended anyone. Peace, love and ice cream?

  5. @Klee, I understand your thoughts but I'll have to give my personal comments on some of the points you brought up. Again, no offense to anyone.

I admit that I'm bias and I tend to sway a little more towards T-ara compared to Hwayoung as I find it quite hard to balance equally between both sides. I apologize for that, it's just my own personal feelings and yeah I'm guilty for that. But don't misunderstand, I don't hate Hwayoung and I don't deny that she was a victim together with T-ara. I will never call her a xxxx because if Hwayoung is a xxxx, the rest of T-ara are xxxxxes as well.

Beauty Salon : I agree that it's Hwayoung's right to visit the beauty salon when she had her time off. The problem is she did it when the others were practicing hard (I guess) for the concert. Yes, T-ara should have understood that Hwayoung was frustrated and all that but THEY WERE GOING TO HAVE A HUGE CONCERT THE NEXT DAY. You just can't expect them to go "Poor Hwayoung, we should let her do her manicure since she's injured while we'll continue to die here" (maybe Qri did that) but normal human beings will feel uncomfortable with her actions.

I don't know about you but I certainly won't like it if I am stressed up like a mad cow and someone is kinda enjoying herself in the midst of my misery. I don't even like it if my parents go for a holiday during my exam period. Although they don't help directly in my studies but I need them to be with me and I need them to give me the support that I need during difficult times. (I know I'm a bad daughter). The same goes to T-ara. They needed her to be there or at least not do some manicure while they were busy practising. I know it's selfish but maybe she can do her manicure err later?

Tweets : Said this gazillion times already. Everybody's at fault including Hwayoung AND T-ara (except Qri). They shouldn't have tweeted. But the main issue here is again with Hwayoung's continuous tweets even after KKS kicked her out. She seemed to know that she would be kicked out since she tweeted "The support of my family and my fans is worth so much to me. Please watch over me." I guess she was just taken aback by the reasons KKS gave and hence came up with the "Facts without truth" tweet. And then she apologized. She tweeted something that somehow went against KKS's statement and then she apologized for giving all the trouble. I would say she was immature but T-ara were immature as well.

I don't expect her to act all depressed but I don't expect her to publicly go to a concert and allow her sister to post happy selcas either. I don't know. Just try to do it secretly. Something bad happened, the other party are in deep xxxx and people expect you to behave as if you are in deep xxxx too. But well, I apologize again cause I should be happy if she's happy. It's just that unfair feeling I got when I saw how T-ara were slowly torned apart and suddenly there was this selca in my fb news feed.

And to sum it up, the reason I tend to side T-ara a tad more is because they are getting all the heat. Hwayoung only gets xxxx from Queen's but T-ara get xxxx from Queen's, the infamous netizens and the drama production teams due to KKS's brilliant decision. I'm sorry but I can't help believing the "fact" that Hwayoung didn't want to perform during Music Bank. I was laughing at Hyomin's cuteness for looking at the cue card while rapping but when I watched back, she was practically struggling to rap even with cue cards. I don't know whether Eunjung was prepared for Hwayoung's rap but the cue card was up when Eunjung started singing so ... I don't know ...

Despite that, I agree that Hwayoung definitely does not deserve that amount of hate from Queen's and if not performing was the sole reason she got kicked out, KKS is a .... (refrain myself from hating) . I see some Hwa stans hating on T-ara too. In the end it all depends on who's your bias in the group and who you choose to believe. But yeah, no bashing please.

It's almost 5am now. I can't think straight. Please pardon me for my language, the long rant and I apologize if I have offended anyone. Here's to wishing a pleasant September for T-ara and the end of their misery. Cheers and peace.

  6. "Am I 'fake Queen' for doubting T-ara after all this crap, or am I a 'delusional Queen' for believing T-ara is oh-so innocent after all this crap?"

You asked a very good question. For me, it's okay to doubt. It just means that you don't have enough trust in them BUT it's perfectly fine (at least for me). The reason is YOU DON'T KNOW THEM. Nobody does except people who are close to them and I'm sorry that fans do not belong to that category. I doubted them too, initially. Hell, I even believed that Jiyeon might have slapped Hwayoung. But when all that utter rubbish about Boram the umbrella destroyer, Jiyeon the book bully, Hyomin the eye poker and Eunjung the ricecake murderer came out, I just can't. So does doubting make you a "fake" Queen, I don't think so since well, you are still here. About being delusional. err I am not sure to what extent is your delusional level. If you believe that T-ara are a bunch of angels, then you are delusional because obviously they are not. Angels should go to heaven, not stay on Earth and get tormented. :D

I am getting tired of all these arguments on whether there's any bullying or not. This article is right by saying believe whatever you want to believe but yes I agree with @klee, it's a bit bias towards there's no bullying. It doesn't matter anyway cause in the end, some fans will believe that there's no bullying, some fans will believe that there's bullying but they learn to forgive and some antis will always believe that there's bullying. So it's perfectly balance. As long as you are happy, believe whatever you wanna believe. Just don't go overboard like what the antis did. I personally believe that T-ara is not a bunch of bullies but I don't completely deny the fact that bullying might have happened. It's something like you believe that you can get A in exam but you don't deny the fact that you won't be able to get an A. There's a difference between I AM SURE that there's no bullying and I BELIEVE that there's no bullying. (Urgh, this sounds confusing). Never mind. I might be delusional then but I'M A HAPPY DELUSIONAL FAN. My point is believe whatever you want to believe, that's all.

It's too late now to analyse or blame on anything/anyone now. The damage is done and all we can hope is T-ara to bounce back or KKS to resign or T-ara to move to a new company or a news about Qri getting married. I want that Sexy Love NOW !!

  7. If they didn't like it, why didn't they switch off their damn tvs or change the channel instead of watching T-ara throughout the whole show? If you hate something, just stay away from it. I know it's a tv show but they had a choice. i change the channel whenever I see someone that I despise on tv.

It seems like the netizens hate T-ara A LOT but yet they seem to be more interested in T-ara compared to their fans. I hope MBC doesn't succumb to the pressure by these ignorant netizens and apologize.

  8. Man we are gonna come off as straight a-holes if the truth comes out that the members did hound Hwayoung. *sigh* another day as a T-ara fan, I suppose.

If they did, then oh well, I'll suck up all my words in defense of T-ara and I'll cry alone in a corner. ^_^

Anyway, since this is a suggestion, I don't know how feasible this is and whether it'll work but I feel like someone could actually create a Youtube channel and all of us can upload our videos of encouragement through that channel. Whether you wanna upload video messages while showing them your lovely face or simply uploading some random videos on their happy moments together, I think it'll at least cheer them up (if they watch them). It's the cheapest and the fastest method of spreading our love for T-ara. It'll take time to screen those antis though and we'll again need someone to translate our messages. (Geez, if only I knew Korean Language)

    Just suggesting B)

  9. I'm especially curious too as to why people think that the bullying DID OCCUR. I don't know but even some of the longer fans seem to think that the bullying took place. I might be delusional and blind but please do enlighten me more on why did you think that there's bullying. Okay klee and grimlock who are longer fans than me just posted above me.

So I'm going to comment based on my perspective. Urgh it feels so hard to disagree with one of my favourite writers in this forum. First of all, sorry klee if I'll offend you with my post. I think I'm going to repeat myself again. You mentioned about looking at the 5 members of T-ara's tweets and also the tweets by Hwayoung, Hyoyoung, the coach and also the PDs. To be honest, when I looked at the tweets by T-ara, I seriously don't see any harm at all. Maybe they were pissed but did you consider all the stress that they had been through when Hwayoung was injured? I know it's not Hwayoung's fault to get injured but idols are human as well. You practised so freaking hard for a concert and then suddenly someone got injured, wouldn't you be stressed out that you need to practise all the formations again and also remember her parts? In Eunjung and Jiyeon's case, won't you ever think that if you are them, you'll go "Hey, I was injured, I forced myself to perform even if I was in pain and why is Hwayoung given a special treatment"? I know it's their responsibility to be understanding towards their group members but when you are tired, when you are stress and then something unfortunate happens, won't you be angry although you know that the injury is not Hwayoung's fault.

But irregardless of all these, all of them are at fault. (okay, I'm starting to judge them now) Hyomin shouldn't have tweeted and all of them (except Qri) shouldn't have replied her and Hwayoung and Hyoyoung shouldn't have bothered or got offended by the tweets cause again if you LOOK back at those tweets, they were either meant as a reminder, an advice or an encouragement (at least for me). Hwayoung by no means (or maybe she couldn't stand it anymore) got offended and started all the drama. I'm not trying to put all the blame on Hwayoung cause I don't deny the fact that she MIGHT be the victim. After the bullying rumours started, everybody started to shut up and stopped tweeting, Tom and Jerry deleted their tweets (suspicious huh?) while Hwayoung continued to make the drama worse. Was she planning to ruin T-ara at the first place since she knew that her time will soon be over? Judge it yourself.

Well, coming back to the issue of bullying again, of course bullying includes isolating and ignoring someone but I'm going to repeat myself again. Klee mentioned about "the sheer fact that we can observe 6Ara being less than comfortable/flat out awkward with Hwayoung tells A LOT." Isn't this perfectly normal? They are 6 friends who have been together all the time since debut. they faced all the stupid scandals together, they stayed together and performed together and they thought 6 was PERFECT but then one day POOF someone came in their group. They must be wondering why must they have an "extra" person when they are already a perfect combination and I believe that most of you previously thought that Hwayoung was a useless addition. If you thought that Hwayoung was a useless addition, how would you think the members themselves will feel? Of course, there will be a bit of jealousy, confusion and anger. And worst of all, you need to divide the hard-earned money that you have with another new member (especially EunJiMin). Then they try to "accept" her in the group but maybe they just can't click with her for some reasons thus resulting in the so call "isolating and ignoring" issue.

I am Ji stan and I do admit that she looks b!tchy at times and seem to have some attitude problems. But I don't blame her actually. Call me bias and delusional but I know in a group of girls, there will be cat fights, hair pulling and some b!tching going around. Trust me I am girl. :D What I want to say is I don't deny the fact that bullying MIGHT have taken place but for me, I still believe in them and if the bullying did take place, all of them did it for some reason that cannot be avoided. Again, call me delusional, bias, blind, ignorant whatsoever, I will never ever believe especially Soyeon will do such thing unless she admits it herself.

And one more thing. I don't believe in whatever nonsense that came out from KKS's mouth. I don't believe in that bullying case and neither do I believe that Hwayoung has princess-like attitude. This huge mess was just a misunderstanding by both parties and it was made worst by KKS whom I think has the intention of punishing them by breaking T-ara apart. I hope all of them will have the strong will to go against KKS and spill out the truth behind all these nonsense. I'll accept the truth even though it hurts. I just want the truth that's all.

    PEACE.

  10. Again, I was trying VERY VERY VERY hard not to post anything regarding this nonsensical twitter war but I just can't. ^_^ Before I start my rant, I would like to say sorry if I were to spew out foul words or inappropriate language and yeah I'm willing to accept some warning points. I just want to speak out whatever that's on my mind for these past few days and I'll be glad if I can get all these rubbish off my chest.

Are you angry? Confused? Disappointed? Speechless? Clueless? Don't worry, I am too and I'm sure a lot of Queen's are sharing the same feeling. When you woke up on the 30th, you couldn't believe your eyes when you saw the headlines that Hwayoung will be "kicked" out from T-ara? Yes, I couldn't believe it either. As I reminisced back what I thought the announcement will be i.e KKS getting married to Qri, Soyeon/Qri/Boram getting married, Ji and Hwa doing subunits or Qri being the leader, I can't help but laugh at myself for my idiocy, stupidity and naivety. So much for being positive thinking and this is what I get from the person who claimed that he has the Midas touch or whatsoever, the brilliant KKS.

So after reading that freaking "announcement" and all the obvious rubbish evidence, I was thinking whose side should I take? Hwayoung? T-ara? or should I believe in whatever sh!t that was given by KKS/CCM? I don't know. But trust whoever you wanna believe in. I know I am in no place to say this as I've known T-ara for only about 6 months while some of you followed them since debut. Yes, call me bias, call me delusional and call me a stupid fan but I believe in T-ara. I'm not saying that T-ara is not at fault and are completely innocent but till now, I have no idea how the bullying issue started with a small harmless (at least for me) tweet and ended up in a term called bullying. What is bullying then? Does tweeting something as an encouragement/advice (at least for me it is) amounts to bullying? I don't know.

Before I get some hate for my comments, I'm not going to say whose fault it is as I will never ever know the truth behind what's going on. Blame it on Hwayoung, blame it on KKS or blame it on T-ara itself, it's all up to you. What I wanted to say is I am very confused and a little bit disappointed. What happened to those laughter, those hugging and those smiles when T-ara was with Hwayoung? Were those interactions purely for entertainment purpose? Were they really faking those moments together? Did Jiyeon mean it when she was "insulting" Hwayoung in SLT? Whatever it is, I can conclude that all of them deserve the award for Best Actress and Best Supporting Actresses.

It's no doubt that all these have taken its toll on T-ara and its members especially EunJiMin. Things will never ever be the same again. It's such a pity. In a blink of an eye, the tears, sweat and blood for the past 3 years just went down the drain. People start giving you malicious comments which pierced your heart even as a fan. If I as a casual fan (crazy will be more appropriate) feel the hurt from these comments, I can't even imagine how would it feel to be the person receiving them. I hope that T-ara and Hwayoung will be strong enough to overcome this unfortunate event and I hope that they won't do anything stupid.

I am still blinded by the "fact" that T-ara did not bully Hwayoung. Shoved me with some blatant evidence and I still wouldn't believe it. I like T-ara for their music and I love T-ara for the members. I will always do. Thank you for reading and I shall end my rant here. Feel free to post your rant, I like to read essays.

If anyone of you would like to sell their T-ara collections, feel free to PM me. I'll consider the price. Please don't burn those cds cause you will be contributing to the addition of greenhouse gases in the air. :D T-ara love.

  11. I am trying REALLY REALLY REALLY hard not to post any comments and speculations about this matter before the "truth" which will be revealed tomorrow but I just can't. ^_^

I found it amusing how most of you are so analytical here. Whatever small trivial matters were even brought up i.e how Jiyeon didn't "interact" with Hwayoung when she was playing bowling and how she "insulted" Hwayoung when Hwayoung was reading a book in Star Life Theater. Oh, you guys forgot that Jiyeon called Hwayoung "Babo" in Pretty Boys Ep 10. I am sorry but I find all these to be normal for friends. Don't you have any friends who will ignore you when you talk too much or call you stupid when you are acting as one? Well, maybe all these normal situations don't apply to IDOLS who are deemed and portrayed to be PERFECT FLAWLESS GODDESS?

Anyway, I don't deny the fact that Hwayoung may seem to be not very close with the original T-ara and often seen to be isolated. But isn't it normal? Let's say in a group of friends, you have known A for 10 years and B for 5 years. A and B are still your friends but sometimes it's human behavior to lean towards people who have been through thick and thin with you and people who understand you very very well. That's EunJiMin for me. And when someone enters your "circle" (Hwayoung), of course you will find it hard to adjust initially but after all those years of being together, I am sure there will be a certain bond even if it's not that strong compared to the first few friends.

You guys forgot that Hyomin hugged Hwayoung for countless number of times, Jiyeon fed Hwayoung in Pretty Boys, Hwayoung hugged Jiyeon during One Million Quiz Show and Hwayoung danced in front of Jiyeon and finally hugged her during their fan club opening ceremony. I am sorry that I can only quote certain examples cause I don't normally follow all the "couplets" but you don't need to cause I am sure all of us or maybe most of us know and acknowledge all these interactions. If they are indeed faking all these moments, oh well T-ara deserves the Grammy Awards for Best Actress and Best Supporting Actress. What I want to say is some of you are digging those moments when EunJiMin were not interacting with Hwayoung but you guys neglect those moments when EunJiMin were having fun with Hwayoung.

I seriously have no idea how this topic of bullying came in and some of you are so quick in making judgement on EunJiMin and Hwayoung. I don't deny the fact that SOMETHING is going on but Hey, nothing is confirmed, yet. Call me delusional but before anything is confirmed, I wouldn't dare to mention anything like, "Hwayoung should be blamed" or "EunJiMin are just fake b!tches" or "Soyeon and Boram should have kept their mouth shut" because I am not in their shoes, I will never ever know the true situation and WHO AM I to judge them? As a fan? If you are disappointed in them, then stop being a fan and go find someone else to idolize.

Really had a fun time spazzing about the announcement on the 30th in the shoutbox yesterday. So by thinking positively, tomorrow's announcement will be either KKS announcing his marriage with Qri (ewww ...) or Boram/Qri/Soyeon getting married or Ji and Hwa doing a subunit or Queen Ice Qri as our new leader (YAY!!). :D

Everyone should just chillax. Drink a cup of coffee and PEACE.

EDIT : Happy 3rd Anniversary to T-ara !! May the years get longer.

  12. Okay, I know it's a bit mean to Hwayoung but am I the only one who likes Eunjung's rapping at the beginning? Lol at Hyomin looking at the lyrics. I initially thought it was a fan board or something but when Hyomin finished singing, that fan/staff put down the board.

Anyway, the performance was good but the formation looks extra weird without Soyeon and Hwayoung. Not that I am complaining that Eunjung sang a lot but why didn't they distribute Soyeon's lines to Areum? I thought she's suppose to "take some burden off" Soyeon ....
