fosiza
First of all, I am new to this T-ara fandom so i dont know for sure whats this and that in the world of T-ara. What really made me curious is the official name for the fans of T-ara Is it really just Queen's? I mean isnt that a little bit sexist? Or is there a name for guy fans called King's? If King's is the official name for guy fans then why do I never see someone refer themselves as King's? Are girls the only ones who can become the fans of T-ara? Or is there something that I didnt know Please explain it to me oh wise dweller of the internet
RabbitDoubt
Men are very much Queen's. Notice the apostrophe indicating possession. It's almost like saying you are a subject of the Queens (no apostrophe) that are T-ARA members.
fosiza
silly me, how can I didnt notice that.. thank you for your answer fellow queen's
Grimlock
This is the first time I heard of the apostrophe. I guess people just write it wrong/I read it wrong. Now OP, you should start getting into After School for more cool fanclub names.
kenzo
Some people are just lazy to put the apostrophe. Btw when you write the name it didn't sound weird for guys but when you speak the pronunciation is the same so that would be awkward lol
주리아
It's Queen's. Means T-ARA are queens and we are theirs. So it's ok for male fans to be called Queen's, too ^^ Haha it's really annoying when people don't put the apostrophe. Is it because of laziness or ignorance? Some people even think T-ARA's fanclub name is Diadem or Citrine, haha. Get the damn fanclub name right.
ln91
Ah, now I understand, thanks everyone for the explanation. When they first announced the name I was sort of against it in a way, and it was probably because I quite liked the idea of the fan name being diadems (thumbs up to the person who named this fan site tiara diadem). Diadem just seems to roll off the tongue whereas Queen's is a little awkward to say. Before, I didn't realize there was an apostrophe in the name but now that I do, and that I understand the name has a good meaning to it, I quite like it. Thanks again. Take me T-ara, I am yours. Command me! hehehe...
