  1. [12.09.27] T-ara's Ham Eunjung suing SBS "Five Fingers" producers for 140 million won T-ara's Ham Eunjung has filed a lawsuit against the SBS drama "Five Fingers" producers after she was removed from her lead role in the drama. Ham Eunjung's law agency representing her filed a lawsuit for 140 million won (approx ~$125,000 USD) against the drama producers of "Five Fingers" at the Seoul Central District Court. After appearing at a press conference for the drama "Five Fingers", Eunjung was suddenly removed from the cast. *** Source: http://m.media.daum.net/media/culture/newsview/20120927122506767 Translated by: Nathaniel @ Diadem

  2. I support Eunjung in this. I don't really think anymore about the possible repercussions (ex. SBS-T-ara relations, further damage to reputation, further damage to her acting career, etc.) It's Eunjung's right to sue those producers for such an unjust and unfair treatment. It's her legal right. I don't understand why some people are afraid that this move would just further damage her reputation or would bring more bad publicity. I mean, her reputation was damaged already, what should she be afraid of? Let me clarify. What I mean is it's stupid for a victim of injustice to back down for fear of further damaging her reputation or for fear that her relationship with SBS will be ruined. How will she get justice and prevent future injustices if she will just stay quiet? She has to do something. There has to be an action. It's unfair if the wrongdoers would be able to run away like nothing happened. Besides it's not like she's doing it only for herself. She's doing it to prevent such unfair treatment of actors in the future. Even KEMA supported Eunjung. It's about actors' rights. Put anyone in her shoes, put your favorite actor in her shoes, or put yourself in her shoes, you would need some action to get justice for such an unfair treatment. Also, that amount of money is not enough to repair the damage done to her, most especially her pride, career and reputation, not to mention all those time, effort, money, the piano she bought, being at the presscon (and her fans even sent rice wreaths!!! what a waste!), rehearsals and sleepless nights she spent for a role that was taken away from her without proper notice. The person suffered a lot from the T-ara controversy already and what they did to her was to further rub salt in the wound. Clearly, those 5F production team has to pay. LOTS and LOTS. And I don't care if 5F producers' actions were only about business/investment or what's best for the show. If you don't know how to treat people properly, your business is going down. Also, I don't care if this legal action is what others say as just one of CCM's stupid moves or what. Yeah probably everybody hates CCM right now, so what? What matters to me is Eunjung (and T-ara). It's about her dreams, it's about her career as an actress. What matters to me is that 5F production team will pay the damages for their improper actions, and that they realize for themselves that their actions were really unfair and utterly wrong. (Ugh! I still remember how they were not even sincerely apologetic and how they were still cocky after removing Eunjung, their tone was like, sorry we had to remove her because our show has to move on and her agency is to blame for making things dirty and that agency should just shut up or else. Ugh! What an attitude! The nerve!) For me, getting back at those unfair 5F producers is a crucial move to at least teach a lesson to Korea especially those haters and those who easily get swayed by malicious rumors against artists. Or at the very least, it's a lesson about treating people properly notwithstanding the rumors going around. No backstabbing. Basically it's a lesson about fairness, honesty and ethics. Hoping and praying for a decision in favor of Eunjung. Justice for Eunjung!!! Eunjung Fighting!!!

  3. I wonder what cards CCM is playing now. It's hard for me to believe this decision is made solely by Eunjung.

  5. [12.09.27] T-ara individual Android apps The development company that created the T-ara official 3D app have started launching individual 3D apps for each of the members on September 26th for the android platform for Free! Taken from the google play store description: You can look for them in the google play store individually: TARA Official [bORAM 3D] https://play.google....nez.fviewborama TARA Official [AREUM 3D] https://play.google....nez.lviewareumaTARA Official [EUNJUNG 3D] https://play.google....z.fvieweunjungaTARA Official [sOYEON 3D] https://play.google....ez.fviewsoyeonaTARA Official [QRI 3D] https://play.google....hinez.fviewqriaHyomin https://play.google....ez.fviewhyomina Jiyeon https://play.google....ez.fviewjiyeona or reffer to the developers page on google play https://play.google....=SUNSHINEz Inc. where you'll have the list of the T-ara apps. At nearly 3:00pm KST, midnight on Central time GMT -6:00, only 5 apps have been launched(listed above), missing Jiyeon's and Hyomin's app; we should expect the last ones to be promptly launched (as when I looked them up there were only 4 apps available, around 5 hours ago). Heads up: in the reviews there seems to be some issues about the resolution, the size of the images not fitting in the device's screens. As well that after you download the app it will request to download additional information, meaning the photos.

  9. I assumed this has to be approved by Eunjung's acting agency first (CCM?). They better read through the contract well before making this decision. Hope things will go well for EUnjung.

  11. [12.09.26] After Hong Kong showcase, T-ara's Malaysian showcase sells out at record speed After selling out their Hong Kong showcase, T-ara's Malaysian showcase sold out at a record speed. T-ara stood in front of 3,000 fans at their successful Hong Kong showcase on the 18th and on October 3rd, over Chuseok holiday, T-ara will be in Malaysia for their Malaysian showcase. T-ara will hold a showcase in the capital of Malaysia, Kuala Lumpur, and all 4,300 seats were sold out. The showcase officials commented that because of the hot reaction from T-ara fans, they are considering increasing the seats to 5,000. T-ara plan to go on an Asian showcase tour early next year until the middle of the year. They will go to Japan, Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia, Vietnam, Thailand and Indonesia. In the second half of 2013, they plan to go back and hold full-scale concerts instead of showcases. *** Source: http://news.nate.com/view/20120925n26458 Translated by: Nathaniel @ Diadem

  17. What does this mean? It means that T-ara and music fans alike don't give a cr*p about their scandals!! We (most if us anyway lol) love them for their music!! Woooohooooo!!!

  18. I really don't think this should come off as a surprise - after all, this is a drama production here. If someone's part of a nasty scandal, there's no doubt that the staff are bound to cut off all ends. Regardless of how 'greedy' of SBS for ratings and such, keep in mind that dramas are meant for entertaining the masses of viewers. Not pissing them off. I'd even say SBS is playing safe here and had it been any other group involved in such a scandal on par with what T-ara went through, it would be no different. On the other hand, one should also note that at least Soyeon gets a lighter workload. Filming for a drama and doing performances for a song at the same time period is NOT easy and very taxing - Jiyeon can testify to that just fine. I believe the difference between what Big Bang got in through in comparison with T-ara is that how the overall situation was handled regardless of the severity of the crime and double standards - I don't know enough about YG but Daesung stopped all activities for somewhere around half a year and went the usual path a celebrity would have done (apologize ASAP, followed by volunteer work) but in the case of T-ara, the apology came rather late and CCM's laughable statements didn't help one bit except make them receive a further amount of public anger. Personally, I still think there's a certain chance that some form of bullying (or rather outcasting/ostracising) may have occurred a while back. As you mentioned in your articles, they've been put in a hellish work environment and the only crook responsible for that is none other than KKS.
