Honestly, it still pains me greatly to speak about Soyeon's predebut rumor but I'll give it a shot to explain it out as best as I can. Supposedly, during her trainee years as part of SNSD in SM (this would be during her high school years), Soyen had an affair with a manager who was already married (I'm guessing he was aroung his 30s to 40s) and had gotten caught twice by the manager's wife - who threw a huge complaint to SM demanding her to be withdrawn away from the group immediately. SM supposedly hesitated since she was the best singer of the group but after the second time, they decided to throw her out. But regardless to say, a high schooler having an affair with a man between twice to three times her age is simply, disgusting in every way imaginable. For me, it's more than enough to warrant a severe beating since I have a personal experience about this sort of stuff - when a girl I liked a lot (mind you, a LOT) back in 2010 happened to be 'dating' a lot of older guys that were over a decade older than her - and she's only graduating this year. For me, it was one of the most heart-wrecking and painful moments and left a huge scar - subsequently, my standards for a partner became extremely tighter. But to hear some serious rumors of an idol I fully respect doing something similar, honestly? My faith and respect in her took a serious pounding and dare I say, was very, very close to becoming an anti. Hyomin's case, I won't even bother talking about - the evidence for that one is far more compelling and I don't think I'll ever be able to look at her again without feeling sick. I still have my doubts on Soyeon's predebut rumor primarily because it's from an anonymous person and the strong possibility that KKM may have deliberately made it all up and leaked it online discreetly, simply to keep Soyeon away from saying anything in public, along with the rest of T-ara. I don't really believe in netizens' 'investigations' myself and would only believe whatever the police have to say - hell, after all, my granddad was a hell of a cop himself. IF the rumor however does turn out to be true, then by all means, I'll be ashamed to call myself a fan of Soyeon and T-ara as a whole and probably will end up leaving. While I understand people do make mistakes time to time and aren't perfect, something that slashes one of my most extremely core moral beliefs (and brings back terrible memories from the past) is something that I simply won't/can't forgive at all. Call me crazy but accepting massive age-gap affairs (especially when underage) is on the same level as accepting murder in my small world lol. For their Sexy Love (honestly, the title seems rather tacky) comeback, I think it's best that it's delayed until people forget. T-ara's in absolutely no condition to promote at this time and it will probably stay that way for months - though at least they won't have to suffer from horrible schedules under that madman if they're put on hiatus.

*Facepalm* That is the last time I ever follow AKP's retarded articles then lol. How could they even get the name of that agency wrong >___> I swear, if a couple of USAF fighter jets on a training exercise accidentally have their targeting systems point the AKP building as some sort of threat and fire a couple of missiles at it, sane Kpop fans would probably go nuts in joy.

[12.08.02] T-ara to reach 150,000 fans in Japanese arena tour next year
Scatter_88mil replied to nathaniel's topic in News
Hmmm, even if the Japanese fans would be more tolerant on the issue (although it's still likely they too were immensely shocked by the chaos as well), that would all fall into EMI's decision and so far, they've remained very silent - and just like those companies that had CF deals with T-ara, they too are probably convinced to lay low or just out of the mess outright. Who knows, they're probably also extremely disappointed towards KKM's awful handling of the situation and even if the girls were to fly over to Japan for the time being, it'd still make some headlines and given the amount of antis that surged, K-netizens will probably take it as an excuse that they're 'running away' from their problems and cause another fuss about it. And it's not like J-netizens themselves will remain exactly calm either - maybe not as much as K-fans, but still to some degree. Besides, even if they were to go to Japan, I wouldn't expect it to happen for at least several weeks since a lot of planning on what is to be done there specifically has to be taken into account along with whatever EMI has to say. -
[12.08.01] Hwayoung and Hyoyoung have a meeting with a new agency
Scatter_88mil replied to nathaniel's topic in News
Wouldn't hold your breath for that to happen if I were you. -
D-Unit is under Woolim Entertainment, the agency that used to house the well-known and legendary group known as Epic High before the latter went on their own way. I wouldn't think Boram's parents would be foolish or stupid enough to let Wooram be under CCM, especially considering Boram is pretty much worked to death thanks to that abomination of a subhuman. Don't know enough about Woolim Entertainment but it sure is far more preferable than CCM, that's for sure.

[12.08.02] T-ara are victims of reckless reporters
Scatter_88mil replied to nathaniel's topic in News
All the more reason why I think cyber security and even some lengths of censorship should be imposed on these 'online reporters' in Korea. I'm all for freedom of speech but there's clearly a limit to how much it can be taken up to - some people simply abuse it and in the case of Kpop, it's overly abused. I don't think I'm exaggerating to say that the power of netizens in Korea is simply a bit too much and that serious means of keeping it under control should be taken into consideration. -
[12.08.02] T-ara are victims of reckless reporters
Scatter_88mil replied to nathaniel's topic in News
This reminds me of what AKFG said not long ago - Korean journalism as a whole is a massive joke, since reporters rely on forums and anonymous accounts as their sources for the stuff they report. Actually, the whole Korean media as a whole is a lousy joke to begin with. For those malicious rumors - it's a tossup between either the netizens or Kim Kwang Media itself. The possibility that KKM may have spread those rumors itself can't be denied, considering the girls themselves were literally silent on the whole issue. From this point on, both the Int. and Korean fandoms should start communicating each other more often, cooperate, recover and rebuild. T-Jinyo is still running around active and they're even planning to stage an organized protest outside CCM's building - probably for the wrong reasons since it's KKS himself who should be protested against by everyone. If anyone wants to dare, communicating with their head honchos should be considered as well, since the fans themselves are dying to know the truth too. -

Lol T-Jinyo is now gonna stage an organized protest outside CCM's building this week - and they even got the police's permission to do so (not that they would have really cared anyway). Things are brewing up again, folks. At least CCM's getting what it deserves on them. Boy, oh boy, someone get the popcorn. -
[12.08.01] Hwayoung and Hyoyoung have a meeting with a new agency
Scatter_88mil replied to nathaniel's topic in News
To see that KKM is 'watching' her seems more like they're paranoid about the possibility of Hwayoung saying anything more about what occurred in the past few days. And no, Hwayoung should keep away from any agency that has even the slightest personal connection with that inferior species of subhuman and lay low for the while - rest and refit all the way. I ain't any fan of Hwayoung but at this stage, it's best she reflect and live like a normal human for the time being. -
[12.08.01] Haeundae Lovers PD, "Soyeon is courteous and works hard"
Scatter_88mil replied to nathaniel's topic in News
Judging by the traffic going on here, yea, it does seem that the situation has finally started to calm down (although I still refuse to see how it's going on in dumpsters like AKP) I think what really is becoming the main issue to be worried about now is KKM's (honestly, calling it CCM is now just being nice) newfound levels of idiocy and whether if the members themselves will say something about this mess at all. On the 'conspiracy level'....this is what I fear the most - if there's anything worse than mass mindless panic and anarchy, it's cold and calculated pain. There's some rumors (nasty ones at that) regarding the members' predebut years - especially Jiyeon, Hyomin and Soyeon - going around online. Personally, I found the one detailed on Soyeon to be a massive shocker and even my confidence in T-ara (and Sso especially) took a serious blow - up to the point that I was even tempted to turn away from the group and went on a rage about it. I had a personal experience where a girl I liked way back in 2010 pulled off something similar to what Soyeon allegedly pulled off during her SM trainee years (that is if it happens to be true) and regardless to say, it was horrifying and painful. But the more I think about it, something really seems a bit suspicious. Take into account that the current members had yet to say anything about the issue so far while these terrifying predebut rumors have spread online along with that old far just being the biggest goofball of Kpop in general - it is possible that the agency may have deliberately manipulated/made up and leaked this kind of stuff to keep the members away from doing anything. KKS has been damaging the group countless times for years and for him to pull off something like this discreetly is certainly not something that can be denied or ruled out at all. I don't want to sound like a conspiracy theorist but part of me tells that it can't be just antis or netizens who spread such malicious content in the first place, especially given the complexity of the situation. Regarding the SONEs taking our side....hmmm, is there any more about this? I ran into some SONEs around earlier that definitely had a completely opposite view of T-ara (if you check AKFG, one of their authors got fired recently for excessive anti-T-ara ranting and he's a diehard SONE) so it'd be well appreciated to know how many are empathizing for the group On the other hand...I'd say the fandom (both Int. and K) could do some recovering and rebuilding now too. If possible, whether it be in the short or long run, start getting more active against that miserable ass of a company - clearly, the K-fandom has taken a massive blow and they could use some help too, even if this place is small. Better than nothin' I guess. -
[12.08.01] Kim Kwangsoo, "I met with Hwayoung for 30 minutes"
Scatter_88mil replied to Elly's topic in News
Rather than attack the antis, if anything, attacking CCM is what is a better course of action. The possibility of the girls not saying anything is highly likely due to those controversial rumors regarding the members' pasts going around online - and given the timing, one can suspect that CCM itself may have leaked them simply to keep the members from doing anything. It's only a theory I came up with recently but I think it does beg some thought. There's got to be a good reason why the members have yet to say anything. -
Considering CCM made itself look like a big joke to the police, it wouldn't surprise me if the police themselves didn't even bother investigating this case seriously at all. Coming from a guy whose granddad was also a police officer for much of his life after being discharged from the ROK Air Force....he probably would have just laughed at whoever from CCM filed the request at the police station. Lol.

[12.08.01] Haeundae Lovers PD, "Soyeon is courteous and works hard"
Scatter_88mil replied to nathaniel's topic in News
Sigh;; Admittedly, my faith and support for them is beginning to waver and die down on them slowly (and painfully). I want to hold out to see how it'll end and then pass my final judgement from there on but....it's a lot harder than I thought it'd be. There's practically dirty rumors and accounts of each member's past breaking out here and there - even for my most favored member (Soyeon). I don't want to believe it but the evidence is simply just too overwhelming, even for me O.o Alternatively, it could be possible that CCM is deliberately leaking this sort of stuff to prevent the group from speaking out on their own. But I don't know. I think I bit more than I could chew when I became a fan of them in the first place.... -

Scatter_88mil replied to nathaniel's topic in News
Well, I guess Soyeon's name is somewhat cleared....should I take this as good news? Or could he be possibly be bribed from KKS? Crap, I can't even think straight anymore with the amount of crap that's going on now. -
[12.08.01] T-ara's concert postponed until the end of the year
Scatter_88mil replied to nathaniel's topic in News
It was postponed because he's already got an appointment with these guys at the day of the concert was supposed to occur. http://i1254.photobucket.com/albums/hh606/Scatter_88mil/roflbot6.jpg -
[12.08.01] Kim Kwangsoo, "I met with Hwayoung for 30 minutes"
Scatter_88mil replied to Elly's topic in News
"-T-ara's promotions? First of all, T-ara will continue their promotions without Hwayoung. The plan for now is to have them remain as a 7-member group. Dani will only be added to T-ara after December as planned initially. It is also mandatory that T-ara proceeds with their concert on August 11th, but they will take a break from variety programs. The report regarding the massive amounts of ticket refunding at the concert is also not true." Unthinkable. The more he vomits out, the more worse it's getting. What makes this guy think that Areum and Dani will be safe from all this? I don't like the new member additions at all and will continue to be vocally against them but for their safety, they are much better off just staying away from T-ara at all costs. Continue promoting? The only thing T-ara will get if they continue in the middle of this mess is likely a whole jackload of black oceans and very possibly, a series of physical attacks from antis, no matter how beefed up security gets or whether if it goes reported or not (unless they somehow get an army of riot cops as security - but hell, even the police seem to take CCM as a joke). This is insane. -
[12.08.01] Over dramatic? "T-ara and Hwayoung both shed tears last night"
Scatter_88mil replied to nathaniel's topic in News
Until T-ara or/and Hwayoung say their own words, I'm not believing whatever crap he says. He's clearly beyond any point of having any credibility in his words and it's making him look pathetic and silly at best. -

[12.07.31] CEO Kim Kwangsoo, "Hwayoung brought this upon herself"
Scatter_88mil replied to nathaniel's topic in News
It's all down to the board and the guys in CJ Group who can decide if KKS has to be fired or not. Mnet's parent company is a chaebol (CJ Group, as said above) so it's clear that they're not exactly independent. But considering the extreme severity of the situation, it's only a matter of time before CJ Group might make their move. There's little to no doubt that they're extremely unhappy with the mess themselves, judging from the reaction from the public and how poorly KKS is handling it (well, more like trying to save himself). -
[12.08.01] Hwayoung apologized to CEO Kim Kwangsoo in tears
Scatter_88mil replied to nathaniel's topic in News
What is this? I don't even. Apologize to that old greazy toad? I don't want to go to the extremes but the more BS I hear from that sorry excuse of a CEO, the more I think people should just gather in a crowd and pitch a massive protest right outside CCM's building. Things are tipping up worse than ever imagined. -
[12.07.31] CEO Kim Kwangsoo, "Hwayoung brought this upon herself"
Scatter_88mil replied to nathaniel's topic in News
At this point, all I can imagine is just see a swarm of people right outside CCM's building and cause a riot - and the police probably would feel hesitant to intervene, seeing how KKS even made a false statement about them. Who the hell in their right mind would want to say the police were involved when they weren't even contacted about the issue in the first place? The guy must be smoking a whole tonne of crack in his office every passing hour. Props to the police out there for speaking out the truth of their part. -
You know, on the side note....for one of the more popular girl groups out there, the building that their agency is based in looks pretty cheap. And I thought they moved to a bigger and spacious building. Clearly not the case. I guess it does raise the possibility that CCM is going through financial times since they ONLY rely on T-ara for any form of real income whereas all its other acts have become flops. And know what? The very day CCM collapses, I think the fandom should celebrate it as an anniversary.
