She says, "Whenever I hear my mom's voice through the phone I don't recognize it. Then she directly said to me 'Soyeon this is your mom!' and I thought she was still my aunt." She continues "It's hard not seeing her. We're really busy and have more work now. I feel sorry. She must be so hard working, it so hard that she hardly talks to her mom and it's kinda sad how she doesn't recognize her mom's voice but I'm happy she still tries to call her.
