If they didn't like it, why didn't they switch off their damn tvs or change the channel instead of watching T-ara throughout the whole show? If you hate something, just stay away from it. I know it's a tv show but they had a choice. i change the channel whenever I see someone that I despise on tv. It seems like the netizens hate T-ara A LOT but yet they seem to be more interested in T-ara compared to their fans. I hope MBC doesn't succumb to the pressure by these ignorant netizens and apologize.12 points

[12.08.05] True or not, the public will only believe what they want about T-ara's bullying situation "Tara-'s Hwayoung Was Not Bullied!" Written by Kim Yong Hyo, a reporter who has written many editorials on hot issues within the entertainment industry for the column [연예세상 비틀어보기] T-ara’s Hwayoung never once mentioned the word “bullying.” And in reality she was not bullied. Netizens are merely creating evidence of bullying. (Those who seek the truth about such ‘bullying evidence’ please see the post http://thetaratruth.tumblr.com). Nevertheless, the public now believes “Hwayoung was bullied” as the truth. Why is this? Probably because from the very beginning, many believed in the rumour that there is bullying among girl groups in the entertainment industry. But some activists used what is claimed as ‘evidence’ to cleverly fabricate stories and to stir up the innocent and trusting public. The first time I heard about the news of Hwayoung being bullied, I asked “So you’re saying that T-ara’s Hwayoung was bullied”? Because this it not the truth. Recently, I went with T-ara to their Tokyo Concert to gather information, and Hwayoung and the other members got along very well. Used in relation to her, the word ‘bullied’ is inappropriate. Born with a beautiful appearance to a relatively well-off family, she grew up lacking nothing. And also with her father’s vigorous support for his daughter to become an artist. (Personally finding his way to a large agency company for his twin daughters to become artists, and interfering with CCM with all his might, a father like this, if his daughter really was bullied, would he really stand by and do nothing?) Of course, because young girls are grouped together in girl groups, issues of envy and jealousy will come up sometimes. (This is true not only with T-ara, but also other girl groups). But to part of the public who are on a witch-hunt against T-ara, these issues were not small conflicts, but collective violence. I can guarantee, such incidents did not, and could not possibly exist. But the public believes that T-ara members are bullies, without a doubt. Therefore, some of the members’ past and private life etc have also been dragged out into the public for discussion. Even more cunningly, netizens have packaged and claimed their actions on the internet as done to protect the victim Hwayoung from the other members’ violence and bullying. T-ara is now fully wounded. But the cruel public continues to use their hatefully crafted products (i.e the ‘evidence’) to mock them. They truly see their own actions as legitimate and just. T-ara’s Hwayoung was not bullied. Even if there was conflict with Hwayoung, the level of intensity and strength compared to the bashing now done to Tara is not even one in a million. The public only believes what it wants to believe. The more frightening part is that they will never admit or accept any rebuttals to the contrary. Their reaction to this article will probably be, “Oh, he must have received money from Kim Kwangsoo.” But this is not a rebuttal. It is the truth that those who hate T-ara never want to believe. *** Source: http://news.nate.com/view/20120805n15192 Translated via Chinese translations by: @kckclalala5 points

For me, I would say that Hwayoung wasn't close to other members, but bullying would be too strong a word for that. I wouldn't deny that there was a rift going on in the incident and most members have a different opinions than Hwayoung, but that's it. The members decision to bring the differences online was a big mistake, but does that make them a bully ? I'm sure that if we had left them alone the situation would have been sorted out like most girlfights. And not ended up by Hwayoung leaving and T-ara taking all the hate. I've never idolize T-ara. They're a group of girls who has different strengths and weaknesses, but putting them together on stage makes them one of the best GG entertainers in K-pop. I just don't want to see them getting all the hate they don't deserve from the people who don't really know them.4 points -

MBC should make an announcement after the show, the content is simply saying thanks to them who watch the show and really taking care of MBC's image towards the public and close it up with a bold statement of apology that they could edit T-ara out but they DID NOT. Why ? Because MBC put respect on what happen to their guest, ignoring the fact that this random complain would happen and support the victims of unhumane hipocrisy. well done MBC.4 points -

While the bashing for pre-recording is quite unwarranted for, I think people here are getting a bit too comfortable with the possibility Hwayoung WASN'T bullied for sure and are defending them a bit too blindly. People, sh!t happens behind the scenes and while the 'evidence' that netizens and antis had gained has been debunked/countered for the most part, we can't really/actually fully deny the possibility some type of bullying may have occurred. I could easily say the evidence gained by fans that absolutely no form of bullying occurring is just as flimsy and circumstantial as much like what the netizens and antis had used - they're from variety shows - stuff in FRONT of the CAMERA. And idols are expected to act like fakes in front of the camera. This isn't the land of unicorns, fairies and the like. Kpop is a bloody cutthroat industry here and looking at CCM's past record, group conflict has been around for sure - SeeYa and 5dolls in particular. What makes T-ara such a special exception to this? Think about it. T-ara ain't saintly angels themselves either and honestly, people are back to treating them to such. That's why fanwars and conflict between fans and antis exist, ungratefully so. For those laughing down on T-Jinyo's efforts at current, stay off the high horse. While their recent activities/actions are laughable, keep in mind that the organization's only been around for a week or so. There's still a lot of uncertainty on what kind of stuff they can pull off. After all, Tajinyo's antics all lasted over a period of several MONTHs. Stay steady and observant, people. T-Jinyo is far from over.3 points -
This is getting silly. No apology necessary! So many of these people are going on and on about how T-ara are bullies, bullies are evil, etc. Yet places like T-jinyo with 340,000+ members, rather than using their newfound popularity and influence in a positive way like trying to educate people on the perils of bullying and being bullied, they choose to spend their time digging up flimsy evidence to "prove" that Hwayoung was being bullied (a majority of which is complete nonsense, by the way), spamming message boards to have T-ara removed from programs, starting ridiculous petitions, etc. I think that's rather telling of their true motives. I too believe there may have been bullying going on, but I'm sure that it happened when the cameras were off and I don't think it's the real reason why Hwayoung was removed from the group. These people want the truth behind the whole situation, but the only truth they'll ever accept is their own twisted version of the "truth" which they believe they already know. What else do they want? There are just as many lies and twisted facts in their arguments as there are in those from CCM. I'm sure they started off with good intentions, unlike Tajinyo, but at this point they're turning into the same thing...3 points

I would consider this a positive step for KKS in becoming a better CEO. I think what a lot of people fail to realize is that this is not only a learning experience for T-ara, but for KKS as well. Hopefully he will learn that slave driving like the way he does will cause T-ara to be more stressed. Which will in turn lead to internal conflicts. Also, "I consider all the T-Jinyo and Sajeongyeon members to be people who love T-ara" ... What? I'm pretty sure a lot of the people in T-Jinyo are antis looking to cause trouble.3 points

don't worry, i don't hate them, i only not respect them anymore. i came from a country that have many problems, corruption, lies everywhere, never appreciate their own cultures, etc. that's why i adore a country like korea (well, actually east asia) who always appreciate their own history and cultures. but how korean react about these scandal just make me so dissapointed. recently there's a bullying issue in my country (even that issue was aired on TV), but they never do something like Knetizens did. the difference in the bullying issue in my country, they really have a proof (they have the video), but people reaction never like how Knetizens and Kmedias who even make a fake information and screencaps and almost all korean hate T-ara just based on rumors. lol how can i hate you min young? you are T-ara fans and still stand for them. i can't hate T-ara real fans2 points

To be honest, as much as I like to see T-ara again, I think MBC should edit them out. As for WGM, maybe they should delay it or something.. Because this issue is still hot, this outcome is expected. If T-ara kept a low profile, the public will forget them quicker but if they appear on broadcast often, it seems unlikely that the public will easily forget them.. This is why celebrities go on a long hiatus after involved in a scandal....2 points -
It's so funny last night. They were bashing Jiyeon and I showed them the fact that the show was prerecorded before the controversy. They were all pretty quiet after that. Why should they apolgize about something they didn't do ? The only people that needs to apologize right now are the netizens and reporters. They nearly destroyed T-ara with their witch hunt. Nearly all of them just used false articles to bash T-ara and we can prove nearly all of it false now. And yet they don't believe in our explanations, what a bunch of ignorants.2 points

The public will believe the media if and when they want to believe. For there are already a lot of other articles circulating around that defends them and with many more facts with some sort of base then the suppositions or lies we are seeing. But I agree that the media is generally trying to bash them. Witch actually makes sense because people pay much more attention and are much more interested in those kinds of story then in story were t-ara helps puppys. Sad but true, and it could have been any other group with the same reaction, t-ara was just unlucky. So yeah, most of the public don't care about the truth, they just want some scandal to talk/complain about.1 point

someone wrote this on tumblr Everyone wants the truth, but when they do tell the truth, no one believes them. Why? Because it’s not the truth that they want to hear. You all just want the truth that would benefit your side the most. You want your truth because you don’t want to be wrong for bashing T-ara as much as you did. No truth will ever be enough for you at all. When people show this truth, no one wants to believe that they were wrong and they’ll come up with excuses to prove otherwise. You can’t just blindly pick a side without knowing both side of the story. You all believed Hwayoung’s side, but when someone posts T-ara’s side, no one wants to believe it. Why? You were shown the whole truth, not just small part of a clip edited and posted as bullying. We just have to live with the fact that no truth will ever be enough for some people. No matter what you do, how you show it, how sorry you are, no one will care because it’s not what they want to see or hear. T-ara was successful before Hwayoung and I’m sure that they can become successful again with the support of their fans. Hwayoung learned to be an idol and a good rapper and I’m sure that she will be successful in the future as well. I hope that netizens will stop pushing this matter more. I think T-ara,Hwayoung, their families and friends have already suffered enough because of this. If you really want to make a difference in life and prevent bullying, then go to schools, talk to kids, make organizations, ect. Just sitting behind a computer and making/joining T-Jinyo won’t do you any actual good in the cause that you want to help. They can turn T-Jinyo into an organization that helps prevent bullying in schools, workplace, ect. Make a protest for something actually meaningful.1 point

[12.08.02] T-ara to reach 150,000 fans in Japanese arena tour next year

[12.08.02] T-ara to reach 150,000 fans in Japanese arena tour next year T-ara plans to embark on an arena tour next year in Japan. T-ara's Japanese agency EMI JAPAN and J-ROCK have said, "All artists dream of being able to have arena tours. T-ara is planning to have an arena tour in Japan next year." According to their Japanese agency, T-ara want to reach over 150,000 Japanese fans in the arena tour which will begin next year. T-ara had a Japanese tour earlier this year with performances in Nagoya, Osaka, Fukuoka, Sendai, Sapporo and their finale on the 25th and 26th at the Budokan Hall in Tokyo. Performing at Budokan is a dream for Japanese artists, and T-ara was one of the first Korean acts to perform there. Despite being on a weekday, the 20,000 two-day concert was completely sold out. EMI JAPAN and J-ROCK said, "T-ara have received an explosive reaction with Japanese fans. We're begining the early preparations for the arena tour right now." T-ara finished "Day by Day" promotions and now Eunjung, Hyomin and Soyeon are persuing individual activities in dramas. Core Contents Media said, "We hope that the public can welcome back T-ara a little bit by a little bit. They will return with good music and a more mature image after having time to self-reflect and they will continue to try harder and harder." Meanwhile, T-ara will release a new Japanese song "Sexy Love" at the end of October. *** Source: http://news.nate.com/view/20120802n11303 Translated by: Nathaniel @ Diadem1 point -
because of this controversy, t-ara members will be too stress in the future esp in variety shows because everyone will watch them more closely and their interaction with the new members... this will be too tiring for them, i mean having no rest no sleep and then be judge for little things now when attending shows will affect the girls surely. i hope ccm have realize this things and stop adding new members already..The old members have no time and energy to babysit new members and expect them to be lovey dovey all the time. gosh thinking about all the public attention when the girls do variety shows and inspect their interaction is giving me a headache1 point
